Welcome to Polka Dot Market on Etsy!

I'm Sally, the owner/designer/seamstress of each of our polka-dot-inspired handmade products.

My husband and I have two little girls and we live in Birmingham, Alabama. I work at home playing trains, having picnics or swinging outside between sewing our guest's custom-made gifts. Every item is handmade upon your order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION

Shipping Rates - First Class or Priority Mail available. We charge our customers only the COST of shipping. There is never a handling fee.

Delivery - Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your custom gift as every item is handmade upon your order. We will send you a tracking number via e-mail once your package has shipped.

Payments - We accept PayPal. Please pay promptly so we may begin processing your order right away.

Satisfaction - Your total happiness is our goal! We will exchange your item if needed. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
