Hello, and welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy browsing all the goodies I have created. As you can see, I enjoy playing with all sorts of supplies. Having grown up in a home where we were always surrounded by projects in progress, I find myself at home now when I’m surrounded with all sorts of possibilities. I am inspired by colors, textures, and all sorts of things that catch my eye! I am enjoying offering the fruits of my crafty adventures to the world via Etsy while staying at home with my crazy little guy. Payment

Payment may be made via Paypal, credit card, or money order. To make payment with a credit card via Paypal, you do not have to be a member of Paypal. Simply use the Paypal link on the payment page at checkout and indicate that you do not have a Paypal account in the correct space.

Payment must be received within 3 days of your order. If you choose to pay with a money order, then please let me know in the notes to seller upon checkout.

Items not paid within 3 days will be canceled and relisted. Orders indicating payment with money orders not received within 10 days will be canceled and relisted.

If you experience problems with PayPal please notify me immediately.

As per Etsy policy, non-paying buyers will be reported.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Please make payments in U.S. dollars, no other currency will be accepted.

Shipping

All orders ship First Class unless otherwise indicated. Priority Mail and overnight shipping are available upon request.

All standard items ship after payment is received and funds are cleared, approximately 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date. If faster shipping is a high priority for you, then please convo me to discuss options.

Shipping times for custom orders will be determined on a case by case basis.

Standard shipping does not include insurance; however insurance can be purchased for any order upon request. When insurance is not available or purchased, the buyer will be responsible for loss or damage.

I cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit. For this reason insurance on any purchase is highly recommended. Any problems with shipment should be handled directly with the postal service.

Returns

I would like for your shopping experience to be pleasant. For this reason, I take care to include everything I can think of in the details of each listing, and I welcome any questions you have about an item before purchase.

Because of this, no refunds or returns will be offered, except in the case of seller error—say you receive the wrong package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the Paypal address is the address where the package should be sent or to communicate clearly if the package should be sent to another address.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer refunds or replacements for loss or damage that occurs in transit (unless insurance has been purchased). Any problems with shipment should be handled directly with the carrier.

Custom Orders

I would love to work with you on a custom order. Payments for custom orders totaling less than $25 are to be paid in full before work on the order will begin. Orders $25 or more require a 50% deposit with the balance due before the order will be shipped.

Gift Certificates

I am happy to offer gift certificates in $5 increments. You may choose to receive the gift certificate via e-mail, in physical form, or both.

An expiration date and authorization code will be included on each gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and any unused portion will remain as a credit for the future. Feedback

Etsy allows users to submit feedback as a way to rate buyers and sellers. I appreciate feedback, but I do request that you contact me with any issues that may arise before leaving negative feedback. I am eager to try to work through any problems that you may experience, but I must first be aware of these problems.

It is my policy to leave buyer feedback upon shipment of the item, but I am happy to refrain from leaving feedback if you indicate your wishes in the notes to seller upon checkout or contact me via conversation before your item is shipped.
