ABOUT ME

I'm a spinner, knitter, crocheter, photographer, and artist who for her day job works in the software industry as a software test engineer. Insofar as spinning goes, it's been a hobby for about a year now. It started off with a drop spindle but I have since adopted a Ashford Traveller named Lucy. :)

The name brennx0r (pronounced BREN-zsaur, 0 is a zero) is a name that friends gave me years ago and just stuck. Not the best at naming things I decided to set up my etsy shop with the name.

I'm a sucker for all things soft and fluffy. I also LOVE unusual color combinations. Both these things some out in my yarny creations - I hope you like them as much as I do! :)

CUSTOM ORDERS

I do custom orders! That's right - if you don't find the color that you're looking for, I can help make your yarn dreams come true. Here's how it works (2 different choices!)

CHOICE ONE:

1. Peruse your favorite fiber sites and pick out the fiber you want.
2. Don't buy the fiber! Simply send a link to the fiber to me via Etsy message. At this point, I will purchase the fiber. Also, please let me know what gauge of yarn you want, as well as if you want the yarn to be plyed. Please allow 1 week for the spinning process (enough time for me to receive the fiber and spin it).

3. Once the spinning of your order is done, I will post a link for your custom order. Now it's time to purchase your new yarn!

Please allow for around 7 business days for the fiber to arrive, as well as for yarn to be made and sent. Voila! Now you can have the yarn of your dreams!

CHOICE TWO:

You have purchased tons of fiber, but now you realize that you have way too much in your stash to spin up and enjoy lickety-split. :(

Send the fiber to me and I can spin it!

Spinning's flat fee of $2/oz. You send the fiber to me via any method you'd like; whatever you spend for this will be what I spend to ship the new yarns back to you.

Easy as pie!

SHIPPING

I use USPS Priority Mail using PayPal shipping labels. PayPal buyers, please make sure that your PayPal shipping address is correct, as this is what's used for the label. If you would like your yarn to be sent with another carrier, please contact me to let me know before you place your order.

HOLDS

I am happy to place holds on items on your behalf.
To hold an item, please contact me via Etsy conversation, citing the item that you would like to place on hold.

Items can be held for up to 3 days.

DO NOT BUY the item that you would like to place on hold, as if you change your mind about the purchase and don't want to 'hold' it anymore, you will have an Etsy charge for going through the purchase process, I will have to spend money relisting the item. As a general rule of thumb in my shop, any item that is relisted due to lack of payment or via purchasing the item for a 'Hold' will receive negative feedback from me. Simply put, I do not like relisting items.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made one week (7 days) after the completion of the Etsy shopping cart purchase process. I'm pretty flexible about payment, so please contact me if payment cannot immediately be made. Sadly, if I am not contacted concerning payment within 1 week purchasing the item, I will relist the item and give you negative feedback as a result of having to relist the item.
