Bio

I can't remember a time in my life when I wasn't fascinated with art- the colors, the smells, the way paper feels, the coldness of clay. As a child, I watched my parents change buildings with nothing more than paint. I was fascinated watching them mix the colors that would transform the space they were working on. I dreamed of being able to play with colors and create something from nothing when I grew up.

I 've been very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with nearly every medium. However, it wasn't until I found glass in 2004 that every sensory feeling in my soul was filled.

Molten glass is unlike any other medium, it has a true will of its own. To tame it, it cant' be too cold or too hot. It has to be just right. When everything comes together in the flame, working the glass becomes a beautiful, perfect moment in time made possible by God.
