Bio

For as long as I can remember I have always loved accessories and making crafts. If I could have given my 5 year old self a glimpse of what I would have been doing 20 years later I would have been a very happy little girl! My first business, Booty Beltz started as sort of an accident to relive boredom from a summer job when I was studying business at the University of Alberta. Sometimes tiny random ideas can change your life as long as you have the motivation, passion and gusto to go with it instead of just letting them fade away. I am a big believer in taking control of your own destiny and that dreams take work and dedication. I also love to have fun and live my days with a lot of purpose and meaning. To make a long story short Booty Beltz evolved into Bootyfly Bags over the course of about 2 years. I have learned a ridiculous amount from running my own business, met remarkable, creative people and now through many mistakes and triumphs feel I am doing what makes me the happiest and fills me to the with the stuff I think everyone deserves in life. When I do have free time I like to spend it with my family and friends, practicing yoga, traveling and doing “research” (aka shopping!)

I think my Bootyfly Bags are really well made, super stylin, and fantastic value. If I didn't think this I wouldn't have devoted all my time to creating them and would have a boring office job instead! So I truly hope you love them as much as I do and please send me your feedback.
