Hi!
I'm Erinn, I live in Burlington, Vermont by beautiful Lake Champlain with a pack of wild boys and I like to make stuff with yarn. urban-farmgirl is my attempt to turn crocheting into my full time job. Or maybe like a part time job. Or maybe just enough of a job for me to sustain my expensive yarn obsession.
The name is a nod to the style of so many Burlington townies (kids and grownups) that I love; roughly equal parts city hipster and farm worker.
I make things whenever a cool idea and sleeping children intersect and it makes me happy when someone else thinks my work is cool too.

Please email me with any questions, requests or whatever. I can make anything in any colors you have in mind, though if I don't have them on hand it may add up to a week to your ship time while I rustle them up.
I use machine wash-and-dryable acrylic and wool acrylic blends, and hand-wash-only wool, cotton, cotton blends, and alpaca most often, fibers and care instructions are noted in item descriptions. Please let me know if you'd like anything you see in a different fiber, I'm happy to oblige whenever possible.
I offer $2 shipping via Parcel Post or Priority Mail to the continental US within five business days of regular order. $5 international shipping everywhere else.
