This gorgeous band is handcrafted from start to finish. A hand-milled titanium base is inlaid with copper. We love the contrast of the two metals! The copper can be polished to a high shine or allowed to develop its natural patina, whichever look is preferred. Either way, this ring is stunning.

Band width is just over 1/4" and we can craft it in any size up to US 15 (half and quarter sizes aren't a problem.)

We love the raw look of this ring! We have taken a hand milled titanium band, given it a distressed finish, and then tension set it with a rough sapphire. We can craft this band in any size up to US 15 (half and quarter sizes included). However, we can never recreate the band in this listing exactly, as each uncut sapphire is different. All are blue and roughly 3mm, but none are exactly alike.

Ancient Kauri Wood and Titanium Ring

This style band is our favorite, and we're so excited to be able to inlay ancient kauri wood into these rings now. The ancient kauri that we are currently using is 30,000 to 50,000 years old (certified; contact us if you'd like to purchase a certificate of age along with a ring and we'll make a custom listing for you.) The wood isn't petrified, but it is preserved underground, and once harvested, can be worked like other woods.

Rob is so impressed with how this wood works up!

This classic looking wedding band set consists of two hand milled titanium rings that are inlaid with ancient kauri. The ancient kauri we used is certified to be 30,000-50,000 years old. Besides its age, though, we find kauri to be extremely beautiful when worked as well as durable. Each band has a domed profile and are under 1/4" (5mm and 4mm as pictured.) Width can be adjusted to suit anyone's preference, and we can craft this set in any size up to US 17. Remember also that engraving is included in the cost of this set, making these rings truly customizable.

Cocobolo Hand Turned Ring II

This is a variation of our popular cocobolo ring. Unlike than the flat, straight sides that our first cocobolo ring has, this ring has convex sides. Cocobolo is an exotic wood with a gorgeous grain that has to be seen to be believed. Although it isn't waterproof, cocobolo is more water resistant than other types of wood.

This ring can be crafted in any size up to US 15 (half and quarter sizes aren't a problem), and band width is approximately 1/4" (although this measurement, like size, is totally customizable.)

Our finished rings are sanded smooth, sealed, and given a two part, food grade wax polish.

Titanium Ring with Mokume Inlay

Mokume gane is Japanese for "wood eye metal." Many (in this case 21) layers of metal are fused, gouged and drilled, folded, and flattened to acheive a wood-like look. We've taken copper and silver mokume gane and inlaid it into one of our titanium bands. This band has the look of a wood inlay ring but the durability of an all metal one.

We can make this ring in any size up to US 17 (convo us if you need a bigger size.) Band width is approximately 5/16" as pictured, but this measurement as well as the width of the inlay is totally customizable.

This simple but elegant band begins as a solid piece of aerospace titanium. That rough material is hand milled into the finished ring pictured. All of our titanium jewelry is hand machined; we don't use computer controlled machines or lasers to create our jewelry. We've set this band with a 3mm champagne diamond (.1 carat, SI-1 quality.) We picked some of our favorite types of wood to make this neat little ring. We glued up three thin pieces of wood- two African coral with black walnut in the middle. The resulting ring, with a dark band sandwiched between two redder bands, is very striking. The finished ring has been sanded smooth, sealed, and given a wax polish.

This is a different take on our wood and aluminum rings- a 3/8" wide aluminum band with a cocobolo inlay. The wood and metal are flush, which makes this a very classy ring. It can be crafted in any size up to US 15. We can use titanium or copper as the base and any other wood in our shop as the inlay- just convo us if you want a ring made from different metal or wood, as we are always more than glad to work with you to create just the perfect ring.

Our wooden rings are sanded smooth, sealed, and given a food grade wax polish. Chunky Maple and African Coral Ring

This hand turned ring was made at the request of one of our repeat buyers and we liked it so much that we decided to offer it in our shop on a full time basis. Rob glued three thin pieces of wood up- two pieces of curly maple with a piece of African coral sandwiched between- then turned a ring from it. The result is this amazing looking ring =0).

This ring is a bit wider than our other rings, with a band width of approximately 3/8". It can be custom made in any size up to a US 15. We use the strongest glue available to us and our striped rings are super strong and durable. Our rings are sanded smooth, sealed, and then given a wax polish.

The men's band is a wider titanium band with a double inlay of narrow wood strips (manzanita burl is pictured.) The narrower ladies' band has one thin, centered inlay. While widths on these bands are totally customizable, as pictured they are 5/16" (7.5mm) and 3/8" (5.25mm). Other woods can be inlaid in place of manzanita, as well. 14K Yellow Gold and Garnet Stackable Ring Set

Another take on an old design- this is simply our sterling silver and labradorite band remade with different materials. Hand twisted 14K gold wire forms the center band, which is set with a 5mm garnet cabochon. The outer two bands are hand hammered and distressed. Worn together, this makes a nice little set, but the central band can be worn alone as can the plain bands. This is a versatile piece of jewelry!

Cocobolo and Osage Orange Handcrafted Ring

We used two of our favorite types of wood to make this ring- cocobolo and osage orange. We glued up three thin pieces- two cocobolo with a layer of osage orange in the middle- and then turned a ring from them. The results were this striking two-toned ring. The darker grain of the cocobolo looks great against the lighter color of the osage orange. No stains or dyes have been applied to this ring; the colors you see are the natural colors of the wood.

Sapphire and Titanium Ring (tension set)

Another take on our tension-set rings, this ring features a rounded band and a 2mm natural blue sapphire. Each tension set band that we create is heat tempered for extra tension; the sapphire in this ring is held in place very securely.

Band width on this ring is just under 1/4" (6mm), but this measurement can be customized. We can make this ring in any size up to US 15. Half and quarter sizes are not a problem! To make this ring truly customizable, it can be set with a pink, white, or yellow natural sapphire instead of blue. The finish can be polished, brushed (matte) or slightly iridescent.

This band is a hand milled aluminum ring that Rob has inlaid with three sets of three very narrow cocobolo inlays. The groups of three inlays are set at equal distance around the ring. This ring is handcrafted from ebony and maple and has been set with a 1mm natural white diamond. We love the way gemstones look set into wood, and this ring is no exception. The diamond is very striking against the ebony in this piece.

Cocobolo Hand Turned Ring

This ring is hand turned from a solid piece of cocobolo. Cocobolo is an exotic wood with a gorgeous grain that has to be seen to be believed. It has a very tight grain and natural oils that make it more water resistant than other varieties of wood (although it is NOT waterproof!) The color of cocobolo often deepens and becomes more rich with time after it is cut.

Each finished ring is sanded smooth, sealed, and given a two part, food-grade wax polish.

This ring can be crafted in any size up to US 15 (half and quarter sizes aren't a problem) and band width is approximately 1/4" (although this measurement, like the size, is customizable.)

There is a story with this ring. The story is that we have kids (strange, wierd little people, lol) who like to hang out with us and make things. Usually they just do things like make tiny monkeys out of pipe cleaners and even tinier books for their pipe cleaner monkeys to read, but this last week our almost-ten-year-old son decided to play around with some scrap rings. He dug out the scraps from our mistake box and made the pictured ring himself (with parental supervision of course.) He's very proud of himself =0D.

This band is cocobolo and is inlaid with corian. It's made exactly the same way as our ti and wood inlay bands. It is about 1/4" wide and can be made in any size up to US 17.

All proceeds from the sale of Ben's ring design will go towards the purchase of more pipe cleaners (because you can never have too many monkeys.)

This band consists of a hand milled titanium band that has been inlaid with jarrah wood. Jarrah (Eucalyptus marginata)is a wood native to Australia that has a gorgeous red color. Slightly narrower than some of our other inlay bands, this ring is just over 1/4" wide. We can craft this band in any size up to US 15 (and half and quarter sizes aren't a problem.)

Like all of our titanium bands, this ring is made by hand on the lathe. We don't use computer controlled machinery to create our titanium pieces- each ring we craft is made to order, to the specifications of the person requesting it. Tension-Set Titanium Band

This titanium ring is Rob's favorite so far (the ring pictured is the one he wears every day =0)...) This listing is for a diagonally cut titanium band set with a 2mm cubic zirconia (choose white or emerald- other colors available upon request; just convo us.) The darker iridescent finish on this ring is a result of the tempering process, and is very permanent (we have to take off a layer of the metal to remove this from our other tension set rings.) Rob has worn this ring to work in a steel mill for several weeks to test the finish, the setting, and the ring's overall durability, and it looks as good now as it did the day he made it.

This ring is approximately 1/4" wide and can be made in any size up to US 15. Half and quarter sizes aren't a problem, and larger sizes are available as well; just convo us if you need something bigger than a 15.

He's heated this one super hot to blacken it, then skimmed the surface of the band. The black color stays in all the nooks and crannies and gives the band an aged, antique look.

These rings *CANNOT* be resized. We make each ring in exactly the size that we are asked to make, and cannot be held responsible for a ring that doesn't fit because the buyer made a mistake in sizing. We will, however, gladly give a refund or exchange any ring that *we* mis-size, or that is defective in workmanship. We highly recommend that you have your finger sized if you are unsure of the size you need!! Also, remember that the wider the band, the snugger the fit of the ring.

Our jewelry is all handcrafted with great care and attention to detail... each piece is a unique work of art. We treat every ring that we make like it is the *only* ring we have to make. All of our jewelry arrives at your home in a hand sewn bag, tied with ribbon and with hang tag, suitable for gift-giving.

Our rings are intended to last a lifetime. Truly, they are heirloom pieces. However, our wood rings can *NOT* be submerged in water repeatedly. (Come on, we all know that you don't set a drinking glass on a nice piece of wood furniture!) Even our water resistant woods can't be soaked on a regular basis. If you want a truly waterproof ring, we suggest our titanium or corian rings =0). Also remember that wood can be scratched, nicked, or dinged.

These bands are available in any size up to US 17, and widths are just over 1/4" for the wider band and just under 1/4" for the narrower one (these measurements are customizable, however.) This band is a bit of a departure for us- we work with wood and metal mostly, but when we get a chance to work with corian, we are always happy with the results. This band has five evenly spaced blocks of blue marble hard surface material inlaid around it's outside. We think this band is quite unique and beautiful. This unique band is a hand milled titanium ring that Rob has inlaid with nine narrow copper inlays (three groups of three inlays each, evenly spaced around the band.)
