This is a Fine art reproduction of my original mixed media abstract painting, Orbital. At this time, the original work is on display at the Curiosity Shoppe, Philadelphia-- 529 S. 4th St. (@ corner of 4th and South streets).

The image measures just under 8 x 8 with a small white border for framing. 12 x 12 ($20 on Epson watercolor paper) and 6 x 6 ($12 on Epson Velvet) are available upon request- just convo me!

This Fine Art Reproduction is printed on Epson heavyweight archival Velvet, fine art paper (matte) with Epson archival, pigmented inks. It is signed and dated on the front. It comes to you packaged in a resealable poly bag, with a stiff cardboard backing sheet. Your print will be shipped first class mail in a stay flat, bend-proof mailer.

All prints are created after purchase and require at least 24 hrs. to dry or "cure," before shipment.

As you well know, every computer monitor differs. The print that you may receive may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer. I assure you that the print is a faithful reproduction of the original artwork. I spend a lot of time tweeking and color balancing each image until it's perfect. I print and inspect each reproduction myself. I have very high standards for my reproductions and I won't sell or send prints that do not meet those standards. THANKS!!! DGC

Overtures- Original abstract painting.

Two of my great loves combined, geometric form and color!

This is not a print. Sized 12 x 12 x 1.5" on deep gallery wrapped canvas, using Golden and Liquitex acrylic paints and glazes. The sides of this piece are finished in a DARK navy (Prussian) blue that appears until closer inspection to be black. This piece will arrive varnished and wired, signed and ready to go! This impasto in places provides texture...nice layering of color and glazes...superb, bright coloration. THANKS!

Created on a 6 x 12 x 1.5" deep gallery wrapped canvas with stuccoed (Stone textured) sides, so that no further framing is required. Handmade paper, real vintage ephemera and decorative papers were used to complete the piece. Palette is bright and contemporary- red, orange, creamy yellow, deep teal, lime and olive green. As always, it will arrive varnished, wired and ready to hang.

Miss Kathleen- The title is taken from the ephemera used in the original; a postcard postmarked from Hopkinsville Kentucky, 1907 to a Miss Kathleen Tilly in Clarksvile, TN.

My first exposure to art in any form was in the studio of my Mennonite grandmother, who was a folk artist. These unique and recognizbly styled florals are my tribute to her. The palette consists of Apricot, orange and gold, yelow ochre, olive green, lime, kiwi, rust, burnt sienna, teal, turquoise and aqua, creamy Naples yellow, navy, fire-engine red and light Spring green.
