Crochet e-pattern, Lion Stocking, Gift Bag, Pillow

$3.95
Originally, I had planned to submit my design to a magazine. However, reading their submission requirements, I read that they wanted yarn labels. Since the yarn I'd used was hand-me-overs and scraps, I figured I'd set the pattern aside, make a new one with newly purchased (not to mention labelled) yarns and then submit.
However, after 7 months of sitting, I felt it was time to offer the pattern for sale myself. I still haven't bought the labelled yarns for the lion!

The pattern calls for worsted weight yarns (when working the mane, an assortment of worsted, baby, sport, even eyelash yarns would be awesome but this is not necessary), and buttons or 'google eyes'. Or, simply embroider the eyes. Polyester stuffing gives the head a slightly raised look. Lion is app. 14" tall by 10" wide, size may differ slightly according to your tension.

This would be great as a Christmas stocking, or year round as a gift bag. Or, stuff, sew the top closed, and you have a pillow! I do plan on designing more animal gift bags/stockings, and if you purchase this one, you will receive a discount on any future stockings in this line.

The pattern will be sent as a PDF attachment to an email within 24 hours of purchase, unless I have a notice regarding vacation time in my shop. In that case, the pattern will be sent ASAP when I return. Believe me, after a few days away from my computer, I practically knock the rest of my family over to get to one quickly!

Now, for copyright info: this pattern is NOT to be redistributed in any way, whether free or for sale. This means no posting the pattern on websites, passing on in emails, selling the pattern at craft sales, and especially no selling the pattern at any online store (or auction site). Or in any way I haven't listed here. What you may do (heck, I like for people to make money!!), is make a few to sell at craft fairs for profit, as long as the pattern is not included. Please, NO mass production, and if you would like to sell online, please email me for authorization, only because I sometimes sell my finished items online.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And keep an eye on my listings, I am hoping to do another animal stocking soon!

Crochet with worsted weight yarn, finished piece will be app. 34 x 36". This was done in bright colours, I have yet to make one in more conventional 'baby' colours, but one day, I swear I will!

Pattern will be sent as a PDF attachment as soon as payment is received. Although usually I am on and off the computer through the day and evening and can then send the pattern within hours (hey, sometimes minutes!), please allow up to 48 hours. If you have not received the pattern in that time, please first check your bulk and trash folders, then contact me and I will re-send. The pattern will be sent to the email provided by Etsy, unless otherwise specified.

Copyright: Please respect copyright. Purchasing the pattern does not mean it is yours to do whatever you would like with. You may not copy and/or re-distribute in any way, printed or electronic, free or otherwise. You may make several of the item to sell at craft fairs for profit (I would love to hear if you've made money!) and a mention of my name as designer would be awesome.
Because I sometimes sell my finished items online, please, no online selling without authorization.
Thank you for reading and respecting copyrights!

Bunny in pic was done using KoolKidz, which is a chunky yarn, although I found it to be not much thicker than worsted. I just finished making one with baby yarn, and have a 7" tall bunny, ideal for a wreath or for a basket. Outfits both call for worsted weight yarn.
If you embroider the features as opposed to using beads or buttons, the doll is child safe.
If you have any questions, now or after purchasing, please don't hesitate to ask.
Patterns are sent via email, in PDF (requires Adobe Reader) so no shipping charges!

Crochet Pattern, Valentine Teddy Bear Toilet Paper Cover

$2.25
Meet Sherbet the Teddy Bear. Sherbet is not any ordinary Teddy Bear, he's a bear with a purpose: beneath his heart-covered tummy hides a spare roll of toilet paper.
I know, not very romantic...but he'd still look cute decorating for Valentine's day, or work him in pastels for a baby's room. No one *needs* to know he hides toilet paper!
Made with worsted weight yarn, beads/buttons and polyester stuffing. If using beads and buttons, he is definitely NOT a toy for young children. If using in a baby's room, be sure to keep him out of reach.

Pattern will be sent as a PDF attached to an email upon receipt of payment. This requires Adobe Reader, which is found on the internet for free download.

Due to their nature, patterns are non-refundable.
Please respect copyrights. My patterns are NOT to be re-distributed in any way, printed, electronic, whether free or for sale. You MAY make several items to sell at craft fairs, as long as the pattern is NOT included and as long as the item is not mass-produced. Because I sometimes sell my finished items online, please no online selling without first contacting me.
Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Crochet Pattern, PDF, Stretch The Snowman TP cover

$2.00
An original crochet pattern for Stretch the Snowman toilet tissue cover. Hides two double rolls (vertically) of toilet tissue or a roll of paper towel. Make in the same colours as the Snow Couple (also available in my shop) and have a trio of snowmen in your living room. Guests won't know they actually hide toilet paper!
Uses worsted weight yarn, polyester stuffing and some small trims.

There is graph work involved for the skeleton design, or simply work ignoring reference to colour change for a solid blanket.
Use on the back of couches to help protect the fabric from hair and oils, or put under kitty's food to keep the floor clean. Would make a fun table centrepiece as well, the brighter the better!!

As with all my patterns, you are more than welcome to make several up to sell at craft sales. Because I do sometimes sell my finished items online, I would prefer no online selling without contacting me first.

The pattern will be sent as a PDF attached to an email. Postage fee will apply.

The pattern is NOT to be redistributed in any way, electronic or printed, for sale or free.
If you have any questions, please...just ask!

$2.75
I had such fun coming up with this design! After purchasing some yarn from a fellow Etsyhookers Team member ( DebbysAddictions.etsy.com )
the yarn just called out to be made into something huggable.
Fuzzy Bunny is made holding one strand of worsted weight yarn and one strand of eyelash yarn together as one for a fuzzy (yet workable--you can see where your stitches are!) doll.
He sits app. 7" (18cm) tall, or you can sew the legs on in a standing position for a taller bunny.
Safety eyes and nose were used for this design.

As with pretty much any pattern, half the fun is playing with yarn. This pattern can be made without the novelty yarn for a smaller, much less fuzzy bunny, or with thread--always using the appropriately sized hook!

Pattern will be sent as a PDF attached to an email upon receipt of payment. This requires Adobe Reader, which is found on the internet for free download. If you do not receive your pattern within 24 hours, and there is no 'away' notice in my shop, please check your spam folder.
Crochet Pattern, Little Boy or Girl Doll

$2.50
This came from a desire to create a mannequin body for the clothes I design for 4 1/2" fashion dolls.

Crochet this boy/girl using size 10 thread and polyester stuffing. The pattern gives instructions for the basic doll, but you are certainly free to add hair and facial features! Yes, he/she does have a belly button, this is of course optional.
The pattern can be followed using worsted weight yarn with an appropriate hook, your doll will just be considerably larger.

This mini mannequin measures a hair over 4 1/2" tall. Unfortunately, he does not stand on his own, but for displays, a loop of invisible sewing thread can be threaded through the top to hang him. Make several in different colours to complement your handmade clothing you sell--here or elsewhere.

Pattern will be sent via email as a PDF, which requires Adobe Reader (download found free on the internet). Unless specified, PDF will be sent to the email address provided by Etsy.

Please respect copyrights. This is my pattern, and by purchasing, you agree NOT to share it in any way, print or electronic, free or for sale, alone or in a kit. You MAY make several items to sell at craft fairs for profit--I'm all for making money! Because I do occasionally sell my finished items online, I would prefer no online sales without contacint me beforehand.
Make in conventional colours, or make him a fantasy zebra in bold neon or primary colours!
Pattern is worked from graphs, and although there are colour changes, and you may choose to work from separate balls for each change...I simply carried the yarn throughout while working over it, gave it a nice effect when the black showed through.
Use the pattern to make a re-usable gift bag, or make some for unique stockings next Christmas (you can always add a bow or some Christmas greens to make him more festive!), or, turn him into a decorative pillow.

Pattern will be sent as a PDF attached to an email upon receipt of payment. His mouth...er...oral groove...is app. 1/2" deep.
Pattern includes instructions for basic Perry, with contractile vacuole (star shape), macronucleus (orange shape), food vacuole (yellow shapes) and exlains how to add some cilia (his brightly coloured 'hair'). Also includes a full-coloured picture of finished Perry.
*Please note, this is not designed to be a toy for small children, due to small parts.

Make these up in 100% cotton yarn, the brighter the better! A full colour picture is included in the pattern.
Pattern will be sent via email as PDF, so you pay no postage fees! If you do not have Adobe Reader to open the PDF, you can request a Word Perfect Document, or MS Word.
No printer? No problem! I do have to charge $1.75 within North America for postage/paper & ink for 1-2 patterns (check out my other patterns available!). I make no profit on this, postage alone is $1.70. Outside North America, please ask about postage on printed patterns.

I do prefer paypal, as it's faster, but if you would prefer to send a money order, not a problem! If you are in the States, you MUST get an international money order, payable in US funds. Domestic money orders are not cashable in Canada, and would have to be returned, delaying sending the pattern.

Please keep in mind copyrights: you may NOT copy this pattern and share in any way, whether via internet or printed means. You MAY make several to sell for profit, as long as the pattern is not included in any way. Since I sometimes sell finished items online, I would prefer no online sales without contacting me first.

This will make an afghan app. 60 x 72". Alternate the 15 smilies with 15 plain squares for a wonderful graduation gift.

There are colour changes involved, or, simply cross-stitch the pattern on after the square is finished in a solid colour. Pictures show four of the first squares.

Squares would also make a nice pillow...or sew two together and attach handles for a fun tote! Afghan would make a great gift for the student going away to school!

As with all my patterns, respect copyright. No sharing, no re-distributing in any way. You MAY make items using the pattern and sell the finished item for profit as long as the pattern is not included. A mention of me as designer would be greatly appreciated! Because I sometimes sell my items online, please no online selling without first emailing for permission. Which, I have been known to grant!
