This is a collaborative collage zine made at the second zine social, June 16 2009 at the the Coachwerks in Brighton. There's contributions from something like seven people. The middle two pages are the results of a game of Exquisite Corpse. The excellent cover is by Amy Godliman.

using space one - a zine about social centres, squats and alternative modes of living

you get a long rant about various social centres i have visited or lived at around europe, as well as a profile of the poortgebouw in rotterdam.

there are occasional pictures and the zine is A5, black and white, with 24 pages and a cover.

This zine has been reprinted due to popular demand! Actually, that's not true, it's more because I got a free photocopier and thought I would print up some back issues.

It contains a story called 'The State of Doldrum' about a talking cat, a story called 'The Tale of Ripley' about a psychopathic homeless person of confused gender living in New York and an interview with Green Smatroll, who are an excellent ska group from the Czech Republic.

It also features artwork, two poems (one by James Joyce), a short fiction piece and some reviews (Easttek and Ambush Records at Waterfront).
