This sleeveless dark Victorian top is dripping with lace. It is made with a rayon brocade print fabric. The skirt in the picture does not come with the top, but you can find it with my other listings. It has crushed/velveteen side panels. This super light weight skirt is somewhat plastic like, yet is still fabric. It has some stretch and crinkle to it. This is a somewhat thin fabric so you may want to wear something underneath if you are less daring. It has an elastic waist band and is about 42 inches around {Size Large-XL}, but may have more stretch to it.
