Painstakingly knit on my antique 100+ year old circular sockknitting machine, (which is quite persnickety, cranky and incorrigible!) These special socks are made with nice thick hems on the top band to prevent stretching out and sagging, resulting in comfort and better fit. They are created without those ugly bulging seams on the toes, which most store-bought socks have. Diabetics love my socks for this very reason.

Custom colors and patterns, no two pairs alike. This pair I have named Rich Red socks, due to a custom blend of one strand of rich red wool, and another strand of fine dark green wool, and a final strand of creamy natural wool. Makes you just want to dance around in them and show em off!

This rug is reminiscent of the old rag rugs your grandparents had at the cottage or in the farm kitchen.

Wonderful and unusual, this rug was designed and handwoven on my 60+ year-old rug loom. My studio is hidden away in a log cabin along a river in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Rustic woven fabric rug has a very interesting twill pattern design. Colors of the fabric are various shades of blues, soft pastel pinks and lilacs.

Triple layered folded hems are sewn securely on all four sides, not just across one seam like many other rag rugs. This method allows the hems to stay firm and flat and do not roll up.

Warp colors are two tones of blue, small amount of black and white for accent.

This rug is perfect for rustic décor, a kitchen mat, or any teen would be ever so pleased to have this rug for their room. Strong secure rug with closely-set cotton/poly warp threads. Washes well in gentle cycle and hang over porch railing or bathtub to dry.

Custom made artistic textile that could be used as a wall hanging or accent piece in many decor styles.

Handwoven Triple Charcoal Fringey Rug -

This rug has triple textures in the most lovely of materials. Wonderful and unusual, this rug was designed and handwoven on my 60+ year-old rug loom. My studio is hidden away in a log cabin along a river in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Heavy textured rug with very interesting design. Colors are charcoal gray, with tiny flecks of blue, rich deep burgundy, and bright white cotton for accent.

Thick absorbent material makes this rug perfect for use in the bathroom, kitchen or as a fireplace hearth rug. Lays flat and square, this is not a rug to rumple or crinkle up on your floors.

Charcoal sections are created from thick cotton factory surplus, this is Recycling at it's finest. Solid cotton rag strips for the burgundy and white add accent. I learned long ago that a good combination in any rug is LIGHT â BRIGHT â DARKâ¦. And this rug combines all three for a pleasing harmony.

Wonderful and unusual, this rug was designed and handwoven on my 60+ year-old rug loom. My studio is hidden away in a log cabin along a river in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

Rustic woven fabric rug has a very interesting design with heavy cotton fabric, woven in a pleasing repeat of weft strips. Colors of the fabric are rich burgundy, tan, black and white.

Triple layered folded hems are sewn securely on all four sides, not just across one seam like many other rag rugs. This method allows the hems to stay firm and flat and do not roll up.

Strong secure rug with closely-set cotton/poly warp threads. Washes well in gentle cycle and hang over porch railing or bathtub to dry.

Custom made artistic textile that could be used as a wall hanging or accent piece in many decor styles.

This rug is reminiscent of the textured birch bark trees of the great Northwoods of Wisconsin, where my studio is located. Wonderful and unusual, this rug designed and handwoven on my 60+ year-old rug loom.

Heavy textured rug with very interesting design. Colors are creamy natural, deep sage/olive green and black.

Thick absorbent material makes this rug perfect for use in the bathroom, kitchen or as a fireplace hearth rug. Approximate weight is over five pounds! Lays flat and square, this is not a rug to rumple or crinkle up on your floors.

Created from double thick chained sock loopers from factory surplus, in cotton and polyester blends. Recycling at it's finest. Strong cotton/poly warp threads with overhand knotted fringes. Washes well in gentle cycle and hang over porch railing or bathtub to dry.

Colors of white, blue and tiny bits of rose are found in this textured rug with a very interesting stripe design. Colored rag strips of blue and bits of rose are accented by sections of textured creamy white cotton. A very pleasing repeat of the pattern makes this rug interesting both close up and viewed from a far.

Thick absorbent material makes this rug perfect for use in the bathroom, kitchen or as a fireplace hearth rug. Lays flat and square, this is not a rug to rumple or crinkle up on your floors.

Rustic woven fabric rug has a very interesting design with custom dyed heavy cotton fabric, woven in a pleasing repeat of stripes. But the rows of burgundy and green have a twist! The random spacing of each color, in a clasped-weft woven technique, gives visual interest in a pleasing harmony of colors.

Of course, they are my Fav Colors, and it was a very enjoyable rug to weave!

I am pleased to offer some of my spinning rovings, which are custom processed and carded. These are fleeces from local sheep and llamas raised in the great Northwoods of Wisconsin, grazing peacefully just 10 miles from my little log cabin in the woods.

This listing contains processed roving balls of luscious black llama fleece and silver lambs wool, from columbia/dorset cross young lambs from their first sheerings. It is perfect for spinning up lofty soft yarns, suitable for most any project. The total weight of this batch is 20 ounces.

If you prefer to buy less than the whole batch, please email me at pfundt@gmail.com and I can split up the listing here and create a brand new exclusive listing specifying that you are the buyer, with only the total amount of the rovings you wish to purchase!

These rovings are all from a smoke free home, and will be packaged carefully for shipping. Wonderful and thick plush cotton chenille, these handwoven country towels were designed and created on my 60+ year-old loom. My studio is hidden away in a log cabin along a river in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

This lovely piece can be used as a towel, a table mat, or place over a loaf of homemade bread or to keep a basket of muffins warm! This towel is the thickest of the batches I wove, as I was sampling different plys of weaving yarns into a good thick absorbive fabric.

( I use them over a basket of home baked goodies to welcome new neighbors or as a hostess gift! )

Rustic woven towels are lovingly made with heavy all cotton warp string and a nice attractive multi-ply cotton chenille. These towels have a very interesting design with multicolored warp threads in a Twill pattern to enhance it's beauty.

Triple layered folded hems are sewn securely down both sides. Size is 16" across, and 22" long.

Custom made artistic textile, designed and developed by myself, and each of my handwovens are unique and one of a kind!

I am pleased to offer some of my specially blended and hand dyed spinning rovings, which are custom processed and carded. These are fleeces from local sheep and llamas raised in the great Northwoods of Wisconsin, grazing peacefully just 10 miles from my little log cabin in the woods.

This listing contains processed roving balls named Charcoal Cinders, after the llama who graciously surrendered this years fleece, named Cinders.

This gorgeous blend is streaked with fibers of both white and black llama and blended with silver lambs wool. It's perfect for spinning up lofty soft yarns, suitable for most any project. The total weight of this batch is 33 ounces.

Wonderful and thick cotton, these generously sized handwoven country towels were designed and created on my 60+ year-old loom. My studio is hidden away in a log cabin along a river in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

This lovely piece can be used as a towel, a table mat, or place over a loaf of homemade bread or to keep a basket of muffins warm!

( I use them over a basket of home baked goodies to welcome new neighbors or as a hostess gift! )

Rustic woven towels are lovingly made with heavy all cotton warp string and a nice attractive multi-ply cotton. The complex woven borders of green trim are also highlighted by the coordinating green stripes within the body of the towel.

Carefully hemstitched fringed hems add to the attractive design. Size is 20" across, and 30" long.

Custom made artistic textile, designed and developed by myself, and each of my handwovens are unique and one of a kind!

Hello folks...

I am offering for sale my very own --How To Warp a Sectional Loom -- video, available in both DVD or VHS format.

This would be an great addition to any weaver's library of DVD's, and would make a great gift to the weaver in your family.

This DVD is a friendly visit to my loom room, and in a chatty method of teaching, I will show step-by-step how I warp up a sectional loom.

Years ago, weavers learned how do to things at the elbow of other weavers. So consider this new DVD technology to be saving you the time and gas to drive all way to my Loom Room in the Northwoods of Wisconsin! But of course, if you would like to stop by, the coffee pot is always on---

Starting with the basic tools and planning the warp color order for the rack, I show the reasons and methods I utilize to get perfectly wound warps with little or no mishaps. My dialog is peppered with helpful hints and tricks to make your warping process easier. Although there is no right way or wrong way to do most anything... this video will help you to understand what I do and why I do it, and why my warps are nice and neat and evenly tensioned.

By no means is this a professionally created production. It's just me in a T-shirt and shorts, chatting to you with my video camera on a tripod. What it lacks in glamour of fancy productions and graphics, it is chock full of the meat and potatoes of sectional warping! Just as if you were sitting right there by my side.

When I thought I was done with the filming, giving a nice little closure; I decided I needed to add a few more tips. So there are a few PS Segments at the end: why I thread with a long hook, my special warp saving hint with diluted glue, and my favorite method for chaining sock loopers for rugs. Those are a few of the most requested hints that I have been asked for over the years on the various weaving lists I am on. So those hints are a bonus to the warping information!

When I go to someone's house to teach them sectionally warp a loom, I charge $30 plus mileage. So this is a bargain and we both save gas!

This rug is reminiscent of the textured birch bark trees of the great Northwoods of Wisconsin, with flecks of sky here and there. It reminds me of where my studio is located. Wonderful and unusual, this rug designed and handwoven on my 60+ year-old rug loom.

Heavy textured rug with very interesting design. Colors are creamy natural, deep dusty blue and splatters of grey and black. Will coordinate with most any decor!

Thick absorbent material makes this rug perfect for use in the bathroom, kitchen or as a fireplace hearth rug. Lays flat and square, this is not a rug to rumple or crinkle up on your floors.

Created from double thick chained sock loopers from factory surplus, in cotton and polyester blends. Recycling at it's finest. Strong cotton/poly warp threads with overhand knotted fringes. It is a very heavy rug.

Very rich and unusual texture and most folks will try to guess and guess again what this rug is made out of! Custom made artistic textile that could be used as a wall hanging or accent piece in many decor styles.

I use the US Postal Service, either First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail if you prefer. I only charge exact shipping costs, no hidden excess fees for handling. If requested, I will add insurance and I recommend Delivery Confirmation be added to all shipments.
