Over the year I have been selling these, people consistently say $5 is too little and that they're worth much more, especially considering all the fees I pay on the $5. So, I decided to offer the **exact same** product for sale, but for $10.

I'm proud to announce the second version of my spreadsheets for Etsy sellers. Trust me, they're handmade. This version is actually 4 workbooks (or files) with 4-5 sheets (or tabs) each. They calculate, they graph, they list. They're even pretty.

The sheets work perfectly in MS Excel, either for Windows or Mac. The first photo is a Windows XP screenshot and the second is in Mac OS X. They work very well in OpenOffice or NeoOffice too. The sheets are delivered in the .xls format, which works great in Excel 97-2000 through 2007-2008. This is the most compatible format, and once you have the sheets, you can save them in a different format (like .xlsx) if you like.

A few example functions:
-calculate pricing (taking into account fees, overhead, etc.)
-list all sales. Sortable by amount, views, customer, Etsy ID, etc.
-list all transactions. Keep track of when you purchased from which vendors, if you paid, what you bought.
-track vendors who burned you: note why, if it's resolved.
-compare cash inflows to outflows (graphed over time and against each other to make sure you're not losing money).
-track purchases (so you can remember what you pay for things and that'll help pricing).
-calculate beads/strand, cost per bead (taking into account wasted beads if necessary).
-figure the costs per each style of packaging you use.
-other stuff :)
