I am currently working on a small portfolio book filled with illustrated phrases that represent some of the standards by which I live my life, and I've decided to make some high quality prints of a few of them as I go. "Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper" is good advice for anyone, I'd say. No cheating!

This image, like most of my illustration work, is created by taking traditional, brush and ink linework, scanning it, and adding color and texture with Photoshop.

Each high quality print was printed on Epson Enhanced Matte paper by an Epson 4800 printer using archival inks. All monitors are different, so print colors may vary slightly from what you see.

Paper size: 8" x 10"
Image size: 7" x 9.25"

I have a lot more prints available through my Etsy shop, both high quality ink jet prints such as this (most available in 5x7 and 8x10 sizes), as well as limited editions of screenprinted designs. Please take you time and check out the rest of my store, if you like.

Everyone loves a skull shirt, am I right?

I made a really small run of these shirts. Each two-color shirt is printed on a Gildan brand t-shirt with white discharge ink (a process that re-dyes the shirt fabric as opposed to laying ink on top of the shirt, so they have a very soft feel to them) and red waterbased ink for the "Whoa, Dang!"

This is the last green shirt I have in any size in this design. If you check out the other pictures, you can see that this design also comes in black, but this item is for the green XL only.

Morning Commute- 50,000 BC Bicycle Mammoth Caveman Screenprinted Art Print

This is a CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) process screenprint of a digitally-finished illustration I created earlier this year. I'm a daily bicycle commuter and have been for years. Some days it's a real battle, but not quite like what it must have been for those caveman bikers fending for their lives against mammoth and saber tooth cats and whatnot.

Each of the four-color prints in the limited edition of 25 was hand-pulled onto a 12" by 9" piece of heavy (120 lb) paper.

Will be shipped flat.

The image on this print was originally created to be used as holiday thank you cards for my moustache wax company, Man's Face Stuff (http://mansfacestuff.etsy.com), but people seem to like it, so I thought I'd make a nice print of it, suitable for framing.

This image, like most of my illustration work, is created by taking traditional, brush and ink linework, scanning it, and adding color and texture with Photoshop.

Each high quality print was printed on Epson Enhanced Matte paper by an Epson 4800 printer using archival inks. All monitors are different, so print colors may vary slightly from what you see.

Mmm, Coffee Beans High Quality Print (8x10)

The original print of this big ol' mess of freshly roasted coffee beans was released as a limited edition screenprint for 2008's Beans and Screens coffee-themed poster show in Philadelphia, PA's Mugshots Coffee. The screenprinted edition sold out very quickly, so I decided to release a second run as a high quality ink jet print.

Kill Great White Shark Screenprinted T Shirt - SMALL

Sharks are rad, it's a simple fact; nature's killing machines and all that. Celebrate your love of the most badass of sea creatures by wearing one of these shirts.

Each two color shirt is handprinted in Portland, Oregon by yours truly. I don't usually do multi-color shirts, so I kept the registration needs sort of loose with this design. The white is discharge ink, which lends itself to a very soft feel. The blue is regular fabric ink.

These are on Gildan, 100% cotton t-shirts. They are slightly heavier, and run a bit larger than say an American Apparel t-shirt.

I created this one-color screenprint to go along with an illustrated zine I released in 2008. The zine is long sold out but I have more of these prints left.

"Whoa, Dang!" is one of my favorite phrases of surprised amazement, and it pops up in my work here and there. I figured Mexican wrestlers might just say it too, why not?

Each print in the limited edition of 45 was hand-pulled onto a 6" square piece of heavy (230#) black paper. Signed and numbered.

Will be shipped flat.

To Do Today Tear-off To-Do List Notepads

I used to write all my to-do lists in one of the three sketchbooks I usually carry around, which made it very easy to forget what I had written in which one. But then I made these to-do list notepads and everything changed; my productivity skyrocketed. Suddenly, all my friends wanted stacks of them too. And now they're here!

Each stack of to-do lists is put together by yours truly at the Independent Publishing Resource Center in Portland, Oregon. Each list has a spot on top for the date and comes in glaringly bright yellow, so you never forget they're there.

Each 4.25" by 5.5" pad contains approximately 40 to-do lists.

Everyone loves a skull shirt, am I right?

I made a really small run of these shirts. Each two-color shirt is printed on a Gildan brand t-shirt with white discharge ink (a process that re-dyes the shirt fabric as opposed to laying ink on top of the shirt, so they have a very soft feel to them) and red waterbased ink for the "Whoa, Dang!"

If you check out the other pictures, you can see that this design also comes in green, but this item is for the black medium only.

I'm working on a small portfolio book inspired by phrases that have become standards for how I live my life, some of which, like "You Gotta Do What You Gotta Do," are phrases that seem to come out of my mouth frequently. I thought the phrase sounded like something a hardcore biker might say, so I put it on his gear, and now he's rockin' down the highway through the desert. Eventually, the images will all be bound in a small book, but I thought I'd make some high quality prints of a few images as I go.

This image, like most of my illustration work, is created by taking traditional, brush and ink linework, scanning it, and adding color and texture with Photoshop.

Each high quality print was printed on Epson Enhanced Matte paper by an Epson 4800 printer using archival inks. All monitors are different, so print colors may vary slightly from what you see.

Paper size: 4.75" x 7" (printing error, made it less than 5x7)
Image size: 4.4" x 5.75"

I have a lot more prints available through my Etsy shop, both high quality ink jet prints such as this (most available in 5x7 and 8x10 sizes), as well as limited editions of screenprinted designs. Please take you time and check out the rest of my store, if you like.

Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper High Quality Typographic Print (5x7)

I am currently working on a small portfolio book filled with illustrated phrases that represent some of the standards by which I live my life, and I've decided to make some high quality prints of a few of them as I go. "Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper" is good advice for anyone, I'd say. No cheating!

This image, like most of my illustration work, is created by taking traditional, brush and ink linework, scanning it, and adding color and texture with Photoshop.

Each high quality print was printed on Epson Enhanced Matte paper by an Epson 4800 printer using archival inks. All monitors are different, so print colors may vary slightly from what you see.

Paper size: 5" x 7"
Image size: 4.5" x 6"

The image on this print was originally created to be used as holiday thank you cards for my moustache wax company, Man's Face Stuff (http://mansfacestuff.etsy.com), but people seem to like it, so I thought I'd make a nice print of it, suitable for framing.

FADGE 100 Doodles Art Book plus FREE Original Drawing

Like many other artists, I like to make little doodles to warm myself up before I really get drawing. One method is to lay down a random slot of ink or paint, and once it dries, draw what you see take shape. I've dubbed these kind of doodles "fadges."

I've collected 100 of my favorite fadges in this 102-page, perfect bound art book and released it through my own small press publishing imprint, Banner Year Press. Each book was printed and bound by me, using the resources of the Independent Publishing Resource Center in Portland, OR.

Each book in the limited edition of 100 has a screenprinted cover and comes with a FREE original fadge from the book!
