Riveted Series Glass Focal Pendant - Comes with Sterling Chain - A totally new look to glass

$89.00
This is from my very new series, Riveted. I have been working on these for several weeks, finally they are ready to go!

This pendant has a 1.25" diameter lampwork glass focal, made by me in my studio. Nougat glass is swirled with silver leaf, and blue silver glass to create a landscape of swirls and colors. A stormed green dot is added for interest on the front of the bead. Finally, a sterling silver hand forged message with copper rivets is added to the bead. This bead says "GROW." The bead is then placed on hand-forged sterling wire, and the whole thing tumble polished and is given a patina for an aged look.

The pendant is 43mm high and 34mm wide. This pendant comes with an 18" sterling silver snake chain, even though it is not pictured.

If you like this look but want a custom message on a riveted focal, just convo me!

All my glass is made locally within 15 miles of my studio. All my beads are digitally annealed for strength and durability, and washed out with rain water from my rain barrels!
Everglades bracelet - luscious lampwork in greens and shiny silver

$79.00
Even in a tough economy a little sparkle and art can bright one's day. In fact, it is the truly handmade items that can and should be appreciated most when so many are cutting back on buying mass produced stuff we don't need.
This bracelet is simpler than many of mine, with less glass and without a lot of dangles and extra bits with the budget-aware lampwork lover in mind.
Made with oddlot bullseye glass and green lustre glass, each bead contains a hint of green glitter sparkle. They are all digitally annealed for strength.
The bracelet is made of heavy sterling silver wire, and sterling chain, connected with a handmade clasp. The bracelet has been tumble polished and hardened by me, and thoroughly cleaned. It measures 8" for a delicious fit, but can be adjusted if needed.

Inspiration / Story behind this Product:
When touring with some great musicians a couple years ago, we went through Florida in November. It was so nice to have those few days of warmer weather, but the humidity was harsh while touring on the road and working so hard. Even though I did not see the Everglades on that visit, these colors reminded me of what Florida felt like, and the jungly heat made me think of all those lush plants in the Everglades.
