This simple and tiny domed sterling silver pendant is a different twist on the typical stamped silver pendant. Doming gives it a new dimension (literally!), and the little daisy spacers and hand-formed (by me) ball pin add to the handmade charm.

This piece in my wish charm series says "love" in simple lowercase letters. This makes a lovely and positive gift for anyone going through a rough time or celebrating a victory over adversity.

As a reference, the o in this alphabet is just over 1/16 inch high (about 2 mm).

The disk is just under 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) in diameter. I've applied a gray patina and rough sanded it for a natural but refined look.

The chain is a delicate sterling silver cable chain with a spring ring clasp. Standard length is 18 inches (~46 cm), but I can make the chain any length you like between 15 and 22 inches (38 and 56 cm). If you don't specify a length, I will make it the standard 18 inches.

The last photo shows a similar necklace of the same size on a size medium mannequin so you can get an idea of how the necklace looks on, but please note that it is not the exact necklace for sale in this listing.

This chunky etched pendant has a lot movement to it.

The background is a slice of copper etched with a leaf pattern in a grid. It is subtly patinaed in reds and greens. The patina is protected with two coats of wax to help preserve the color, but it will darken and age gracefully over time. The copper is folded over to create a shelf from which the hand-formed sterling silver ball pins with rustic base metals and vintage shimmery whiteish glass beads are suspended.

The ball pins are suspended from a hand-formed sterling silver wire. Links with the same beads as in the pendant give the whole necklace a cohesive look.

The copper part of the pendant measures not quite 1.25 inches (3 cm) square. Total length from where it attaches to the chain is just over 1.5 inches (4 cm).

The sterling silver medium-weight cable chain has a Bali-style hook clasp and is approximately 21 inches (~54 cm). If you'd like the chain to be shorter, just let me know in the "notes to seller" section during checkout.

etched brass pendant with flowers

This etched brass disc has an abstract textured flower pattern. The etching process brought out a lot of the copper on this particular pendant, so no additional coloring was added. The face is protected with a coat of acrylic, so the color will not change over time. The unetched reverse will gradually darken over time.

The etched pendant is suspended from a pair of brass rings adorned with a small pale green glass bead, which in turn are attached to the chain.

The brass chain is 18 inches (~46 cm) long.

The brass disc is 1.25 inches (~3 cm) in diameter.

This etched copper disc with a copper bead charm is double-sided, with a vintage floral motif on each side. It is subtly colored in deep red and plum. The color is protected with a layer of wax, but will age and deepen over time. (I suggest rewaxing every so often to maintain the finish.) The pendant is reversible - just flip the charm to whatever side pleases you that day.

The charm is a copper pillow bead with a pale green glass bead stacked on top. Pewter daisy spacers give it a finished look.

The brass chain is 18 inches (~46 cm) long.

This etched copper oval is double-sided, with a snippet of the poem "L'Automne" by Alphonse de Lamartine on one side and a vintage fruit tree pattern on the other.
