Lots of color in the paisley print with great textured carpetbag tapestry like fabric. It has orange-reds, teals, yellow-chartreuse, taupe, black, and bronze tones. Great black patent pleather trim and goldtone turn clasp with pleather at both sides. Very collectible and useable too. In really nice shape, was well cared for, no major issues. About a 8 on a 10 scale outside. Interior is roomy, nice and clean, made of vinyl with one zip pocket. Has a few small splits in the vinyl inside where it bends, but no tears or structural problems. Measures 13 1/2x10", not including the handle. A sign of a quality vintage bag is the brass feet on the bottom, which this has.

Candy Licious Vintage Lucite Buttons and Plastics Necklace

$20.00
This necklace goes over the head, and has no clasp. It is composed of disc shaped Mid century blouse buttons in clear and red lucite. They are stacked together to make one shape, and then has great red lucite beaded beads that look like raspberry candies. There are plastic spacers as well, all combine for a sweet look. The bottom bunch looks like a little tassle or faux lariat, really cool on. Measures 15" from top to bottom hung straight. Strung on cotton cord, made in the day, not recent re-make. The cord seems strong, but one could always re-string it or use the beads in a new design variation as well

It is from the mid 1960's. It has a goldtone omega chain type handle that adds to the mod design, and feels really good too. It has a molded gold tone dimensional flower clasp with antique tendrils, see pics. It has nice patina and adds a lot of cute factor.
In nice shape for age, no major flaws. As is normal for age and use, patent tends to have some marks, like finger dents and some light feather scratches. It can be cleaned lightly with vaseline to keep it nice and conditioned. Inside is luxe, satin peach tones and black. It has one pocket for a mirror, but no mirror comes with. Collectible brand, Ande is stamped inside. Nice quality bag. I would say an 8 on a 1-10 scale of vintage condition, 10 being mint. This little bag will be perfect for an evening out and measures 8x5

Beautiful Deep Red Velvet with a swiss style banded floral waist band trim. Was either a winter formal or winter bridesmaid dress I would guess. I think it would look great short as well if you wanted to play a bit with it. Really good shape overall, needs to be cleaned where hem hit floor is a bit dusty. This is tiny and tall..check measurments. Bust is 30, waist 24, hips ok to a max of 34. Total length from shoulder to floor hem is 52". Inseam of arm is 16" check and measure, no returns for sizing. The only problem I see with it is where there is a kick pleat in the back it has opened up a tear above the opening, needs a quick stitch, easy fix. Most likely for a tall skinny small busted gal so do check!

Some of the rows have mirror inserts, one is a bit loose. Size is 32 waist, length of inseam is 24". Well loved looking and in great shape, faded and distressed just right. I bought these 10 years ago or more in a Montreal boutique that remakes vintage

It has the money tree theme similar to Enid Collins who was a contemporary of Gary Gails. He did a few bags that were the same themes as hers. Inside the lid is handpainted signature, decorated for you, Gary Gails Dallas/Japan. It has cute little coin gems, a painted money tree in a pot with glitter accents and a nice clasp. Lucite handle and full mirror too. Measures 6x4.5. There are a few knicks at the corners and oxidation on the brass details, a small dent in the handle..and on the back is a pen drawing of a doggie..don't think that was original to the bag..not perfect shape but as cute as can be and displays well, still could carry it for a special outfit

I had leftover fabric and had these cute little pillows made. They are in really good shape, have the barkcloth (which was almost 30$ a yard)on the fronts and plain black cotton backs. each pillow is 13x11.5 and made by Katherine Lim custom for me. I have since changed my decor and thought someone else with an Atomic Modern or Tiki theme might enjoy them

Enid Collins Texas Sixties Mod Era Vintage Purse Collector CD E Book

$10.00
IMPORTANT MAC USERS: Unfortunatly this CD does not run on a MAC. Reduced for limitied time because I have no cover art made. You get the c-d bare bones.

The long awaited reference for Enid Collins, Collins of Texas collectors & Vintage Purse enthusiasts is here! Even if you are new to this designer, but collect 1950's Atomic Eames Era, and 1960's Mod, Hippie Era Vintage handbags, in general this e-book will delight you!

Until now collectors of the Collins line have had little information on this great American folk artist. In fact, not much was known outside a small circle of major collectors!

This easy to use book on c-d was written with the help of Collins family members, artists for the Collins line, 1950's & 60's shop owners, and exhaustive research of some very important collections.

Chapters are arranged by theme. There were so many different designs each year, as Enid was incredibly prolific. Each chapter contains pages full of fabulous detailed color pictures as well as anecdotal history of the designs It is filled with so many great surprises. I'm sure you'll find it the best work on this wonderful artist to date!

It is a mod mod world still, or so it seems. In the past year or so, designers have sprung up all over the planet with purse lines obviously inspired by Enid Collins. Her style is still fun, and apparently contagious. Still there is NOTHING like the real deal.

I wanted to collect as many pictures of the designs as possible, to provide the viewer with a full gallery like experience. Enid's handbags were truly works of American folk art. It is impossible to own them all, of course but with this great c-d volume, it is the next best thing.

This book includes information never before known by many Collins of Texas collectors, and serves as a great learning tool for new collectors. It provides great detail on the identification & care of the bags as well, serving as the perfect reference & values guide.

Enid Collins Handbag Gallery can be purchased in USA funds. Paypal is accepted, Checks, and money orders. (Credit cards through paypal only)

Insurance is optional at $1.30, Please let me know if insurance is desired. Opened software is non returnable unless defective. The insurance option guarantees a safe delivery!

I'm so excited to offer this Great Mid Century to Modern Artist to new viewers. To see all of these handbags in one place is truly like a walk through a fine museum. They are able to be appreciated by art lovers of all venues for their sculptural integrity, and design. They are addictive!

Not sure if this is gold leaf, it is has a hard sheen to it, molten metal look. This space age jetson type spiney design is true to the character of the period. A couple of feet tall without the shade. You'll need to pick out that yourself. It is the type that is perfect with the two tier boomerang design ones though!
It is wired and turns on. Older wiring should be checked, and even replaced if it were me, but it works.
Good solid shape, oxidation on the base on the goldtone metal, some rusty surface spots, will need to be steel wooled and could be painted to look spiffed up if desired.
Great looking lamp, collectible fab and funky!
I am charging 25 for insured shipping, if it comes to way less I will refund part of shipping.

Supple and thick in construction, very roomy for a medium sized bag. Great carry straps, handbag stlye not for shoulder. Has a nice interior with center snap and two flaps, room for all you can cram in. Very useable shape, about an 8 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being mint. No major problems that I can see. There are a few small fingernail dents near the top that don't show from a distance, and a green patina on the brass rivets, normal wear for age of brass componants. I like the look of patina on brass, but you could polish if you wanted. It also has brass button feet on the bottom, a sign of a well made purse. Measures 10x6 aprox.

Inside is open and roomy with one flap and one zip pocket. Shoulder strap. It is in really good shape for age. There are a few smudgies on the leather and some oxidation on the hardware but nothing to detract from use, just normal wear for the age, it was well kept. I would give it an 8 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being mint. The inside is nice and clean, no problems. This bag is mid sized, mod and bright! It measures 9x9 not including the handles and has a nice geometric triangle pattern. Very chic collectible designer

It is mid sized and perfect to use for an evening out. nice shape, has a few scuffies as is common for patents, and one small scratch on the handle but they don't detract from use or value. These can be polished up with a bit of vaseline, very small bit. I leave it to the new owner as some people don't like the original patina messed with.
The inside is the coolest, it is a black taffeta like silk with a really cute coin purse. The gold lettering "HL" is faded but visable. Collectible brand.
10.5x6" are the measurements. The handle can fold in if you prefer to carry it as a clutch. An 8 on a 1-10 scale

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I have provided a guesstimate for shipping and will refund via paypal if it comes to less when I go to the post. Lots of wonderful soft color in the flowers great dimensional textured carpetbag like fabric. It has pinks and berry, chatreuse, yellow, orange and cream to white tones. It has cream rubber like pleather trim and goldtone turn cap clasp. Very collectible brand, Bobbie Jerome, useable too. In really nice shape, was well cared for, no major issues. About a 9 on a 10 scale outside. interior is roomy, nice and clean but for a little bit of discoloration on the cream pleather frame from age..just an aged look nothing major to detract..and could polish up if desired. I thought of using a mr clean eraser..but will leave that up to the buyer as some people (like me)enjoy the natural tea look patina. Has Bobbie Jerome stamp inside and large zip pocket along side of the roomy open interior, as well as a large flap pocket. Inside is a really nice clean fabric interior.
Measures 17x9 1/2 aprox., not including the handle. It has a whimsical swing shape to the bottom, which is rounded. The largest measurement is from those corners across.

It has goldtone hardware, very fancy deco bullet shapes on the ends with decorative row set 5 disc shapes clasp.
The handles are nice and strong, and the bag is in overall really wonderful shape for its age. It has been carried some, and you will note a few small, very faint surface lines from use. I describe these, but they are not major problems to the bag, it just isn't mint..but close for a pre-owned but well cared for bag. The interior is really cool. It is brown suede leather, and has a flap and a zip pocket. There is a tag with the maker info, "Made in England, expressly for Jordan Marsh". We used to have a store here in Maine, it was similar to Filenes or Macy's in stature product value wise.
Nice quality made day bag, deep rich navy blue. Great neutral bag.
It measures 10x8" nice and big!
The base of this bag is a structured oval box that gives the base an oval shape and a solid feel. The cream woven fabric is softly gathered above with the gold cord drawstring and looks like crochet. The whole thing is accented by squash yellow beads in diamond shapes.
Beautiful outside, a 8 ona 10 scale. The inside was made of white silk and is discolored in places at the edge, see pics.
Nice all around otherwise, and of course the inside doesn't show..but it isn't mint. 9x10" is the size opened up.
1960's vintage, very collectible and still good to carry.

International buyers, since it is impossible to pick shipping for these bigger items, I have chosen 10 dollars as an average shipping, I will email with exact shipping after the sale and if it is less I will refund,

It has an awesome brass deco clasp, very sculptural. Slight scratches on it at real close up. The body is soft, but the base is reinforced and shaped so the bag exands to hold quite a bit even though it is a smaller shape. The interior is immaculate, has collectible brand tag, "Garay" and a mirror in a deco shape, a mirror pocket, lipstick pouch and one zip pocket
I just love the cut and design of this one. Great to use for a fun evening or add to your collection. This although slightly faded in areas is in nice shape as i said. only if you look very close will you see some darker areas in the material from age around the frame at the top. There are some small rubbings at the corners from where it sits, see last pic, i really enlarged it, it again, does not detract from a distance at all. Any darker area looks like an antiquing to the fabric as it is uniform. It is about an 8 on a 1-10 scale.
Measures 8x7

It has a dimensional textured stripe that is a velvet, reddish pink, and then a matte beige and green stripe. It is square in shape, had double sturdy handles and measures 9 1/3"x8". It is in very good useable shape considering the age! Use it or add to your collection. It has a hard stance square handle that adds to the cool mid century design, goldtone hardware. In nice shape for age, no major flaws. As is normal for age and use, patent tends to have some marks, like finger dents and some light feather scratches, but this is on close inspection and looks great carried. It can be cleaned lightly with vaseline to keep it nice and conditioned. Inside is cute, clean as can be. Collectible nice quality bag. I would say an 8 on a 1-10 scale of vintage condition, 10 being mint. This little bag will be perfect for an evening out and measures 10x6
