I really like this pattern. It's my modern woodsy faux bois pattern, that I would paint on my walls if I didn't think I'd get in a world of trouble for it. This is the Woody pattern, made up of log ends that I have branded on. This piece is in antique black, which beautifully and subtly shows off the pattern while maintaining a sophisticated look.

I start with a thick leather tooling leather and cut, brand and dye it. Then I finish with a protective coat, and hand stitch the edge. This wallet will stand up to heavy use for generations! This wallet has six places for credit cards, a divided slot for money, and space behind the credit card slots for more cards.

Solomon Wallet - Leather in Blue, Orange and Antique Black

This is a new arrangement of the Solomon pattern - it's a geometry inspired pattern with overlapping circles in the corners of the wallet. The colors are light blue, dark blue and orange with an antique black wash.

I start with a thick leather and brand, treat, paint and dye it. Then I finish with a protective coat, and straight stitch the edge. These wallets will stand up to heavy use for generations! It is straight stitched around the edges (can also be done with a lacing), has six places for credit cards, a divided slot for money, and space behind the credit card slots for more cards.

This tattoo-inspired pattern has a wonderful nautical feel to it. It's also been simplified quite a bit, so even if you're not into tattoo art, and just like birds and stars, it is a wonderful piece! The birds are light blue and white with little yellow beaks, the stars are dark blue and white, and the purse has an antique black wash. It has silver hardware and is stitched with a black lace.

This is a medium sized purse with an adjustable strap. It is a wonderful purse for every-day use and comfortably holds a wallet, keys, glasses, phone, and a few extras.

La Sirena was always one of my favorite Loteria cards. There's something so alluring about a mermaid. This is my version of La Sirena on a passport case, so she can keep you company during your travels. The colors are blue, white, brown, silver and green and it has an antique brown wash.

This is a passport case that is approximately 4" x 5-1/2" when closed. There is a slot for a passport on one side, and then space for credit cards, an ID and cash on the other. It's quite a handy little travel companion!

I start with a tooling leather and cut, brand paint and dye it before adding a protective finish. This piece is stitched together entirely by hand using a waxed thread.

Nelly Billfold Wallet - Leather in White, Black, Red, Green and Brown

This is a great little wallet - folding, like a normal wallet, with space for bills and plenty of credit cards, but much smaller! So small, actually, that it fits comfortably in the front pocket of most pants.

This particular one is in the Nelly pattern in white, black, red and green with a distressed brown wash. This pattern is inspired by traditional western tooling, wild roses, and skulls. The dimensions of the wallet are approximately 3-1/2" x 4-5/8" closed.

Poppy Big Big Big Purse - Leather in Red, Orange, Yellow and Burgundy

This purse makes me so happy! I love using the entire surface of the bag for the pattern, in this case the Poppy pattern in red, orange, yellow and burgundy. This bag is sure to be noticed (and admired!).

I start with a thick tooling leather and cut, brand paint and dye it before adding a protective finish. The stitching is done by hand, and takes many hours.

Dimensions are 12" x 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" and it has a turn-lock clasp. The strap is removable by way of snaps. Of note, leather does stretch, and it keeps it's form when it does. So, where the purse will be a little tight to begin with, you will find that after a few weeks of continued use, you can fit more things in there. It has a stretching max, so it won't get huge, just a little bigger.

I have to say that even though I made this piece with my own two hands, even I would be thrilled to receive it as a gift! It's hard to caputure the detail in this bag in a photo. It's a new piece, the Ginger Lace handbag, and it has the Ginger pattern cut out of a piece of tooling leather and then rivited and stitched onto the body of the handbag. The colors are white, gold and sage with an antique brown wash on the lace piece, and then the body of the handbag is chocolate brown. It's truly a unique and stunning piece!

The size of this handbag is perfect for every-day use. The dimensions are 12" x 8" and the side tapers from 3-1/4" to 1-3/4". It has a 1.5" wide strap and a hidden magnetic closure inside.

I'm still having a hard time deciding what a unisex clutch should be called, but whatever the name, this is certainly one that could be easily (and stylishly) used by men or women. It's the Blaise pattern, which is heavily carved, in red and antique black. It's stitched with a red thread, and has a brass magnetic snap closure.

This particular size is great for carrying around your every-day essentials - it easily fits a book, plus a few extras (wallet and cell phone/blackberry), or whatever your needs may be. Dimensions are approximately 10" x 8" x 2" - it's a great size/shape to carry under your arm, in your hand, or to throw inside a larger tote bag.

Jasmine Locket Necklace - Leather in Silver, Pink, Sage Green and Antique Brown

I love this necklace! This is part of a new line I am working on of jewelry. The locket is an antique style glass and sterling locket, and it is on a multi-strand sterling chain (my favorite with these lockets). Inside I have tooled a tiny piece of leather with the Jasmine pattern. It's a tiny hummingbird in silver and green with a pink flower and a green leaf.

Tokyo Camo Purse - Leather in Turquoise, Aqua, Pink, Silver, Gold and Black

I can't imagine where you'd blend in with this piece, but sometimes it's good to stand out! The body of this purse has a camo pattern with shades of turquoise and aqua, with hot pink and silver sakura flowers riveted to the straps. The handles and bottom are black, and the hardware is brass.

Alysious Medium Messenger - Leather in Black, Silver and Antique Black

I think this is the first truly "gender neutral" bag I've done in this size, and I did it simply because I wanted to! I loved the small Simon messenger so much that I wanted to make it bigger, but I didn't want it identical, so I made the Alysious bag. It's dedicated to my husband, who loves the symbol of the Fleur De Lis, and can only wear argyle in accessories.

The colors in this piece are black and silver in the Fleur de lis, and the entire thing is covered with an antique black wash (it's black, but allows some of the tan of the leather to show through, so goes well with both black and brown - very versatile!). The piece is finished with black rivets and silver hardware, and an adjustable strap. It has a twist-lock closure. It's about 8x10x4, and is plenty big enough for your every-day needs.

It is taken from a tooling leather hide and then cut, branded, treated, painted and dyed. The bag is riveted together, and the closure is actually a magnetic snap, hidden by a buckle. You can adjust the buckle, so if you need to put more stuff in, you can do that too.

I needed to make a pouch for those, like me, who insist on carrying folded pieces of paper in their bags. I always fold papers in half, and shove them in my purse. They get wrinkled and icky, and then I usually end up throwing them away. But, this little beauty holds perfectly a folded piece of paper - No more crinkles! Of course, it could also hold quite a few other things, if you'd rather use it as a clutch, or a purse, it's up to you!

This piece is in the Byzantine pattern in gold, burgundy and sage with an antique black wash. The hardware is silver and black, and it comes with a detachable wrist strap. There are clips on both sides, so you could attach your keys or a little fob to the other side, or you could use it as a purse with a shoulder strap. The size is approximately 9.5 x 6.5.

I start with a thinner tooling leather for these - still thick enough to be durable, but not quite as stiff as the belts and larger bags. I cut, brand, treat, paint, dye and treat it again so it's extra durable. It is riveted on the sides and has a snap closure.

Nut Trifold Wallet - Leather in Antique Yellow and Antique Brown

This is a new pattern called "Nut" and it is about a squirrel who lost his. There is a little squirrel on one corner of the wallet and a nut on the other - when the trifold wallet is closed, one or the other will show. The squirrel and the nut are leather colored (what I like to call "antique yellow") and the rest of the wallet has an antique brown wash.

This wallet is plenty big enough to hold all of your cards, and it has a see-through ID slot. It's a great wallet for those who like to carry a bit more on a daily basis.

Ko-Ko Collar - Leather in Silver, White and Antique Black

This is a simple and sophisticated collar for a big dog! It is a 1.75" width collar in the Ko-Ko pattern inspired by art nouveau dahlias. The leaves are white, and the flowers are silver, and the entire thing is covered in an antique black wash. The hardware is silver.

This buckle was made by Canadian Metalsmith Andes Cruz as part of the Moxie and Oliver/Andes Cruz belt and buckle collaboration (affectionately called "Waisted"). It was designed specifically for Moxie and Oliver 1.5" belts, so it will fit any of the 1.5" belts in my shop (shown in the last two pictures with the Southwest Summer and Jasmine belts).

The buckle is entirely handmade with a copper base and silver hummingbird on top. It's a simple design, and looks absolutely stunning with any of my belts!

Heidi Pouch - leather in Silver, Blue, White and Antique Black

I'd love to have an owl in one of our trees, but it would have to be a pretty tiny owl to fit! This little pouch is the Heidi pattern, with a little blue and white owl in a silver tree. The pouch has an antique black wash.

The pouch about seven inches long and three inches high, and if you're light on make-up it's the perfect size (eyeliner, concealer, lipstick/gloss, mascara). It also works wonderfully as a clutch (small cell phone, ID & cash, and a lipstick - the perfect fit!).

I just love experimenting with poppies! This is the poppy pattern that I use for my clutches/pouches on a purse. The poppies are in pink, orange, peach and yellow, and then the entire thing was dyed pink and then covered in a mahogany wash. The mahogany wash makes this bag a little more subtle, but still truly unique.

The dimensions of this bag are approximately 9" x 9" x 4" and it has a detachable strap, so it can be worn on the shoulder, across the body, or be carried strapless! It would make a great purse for daily use, or for a special occasion. The purse has a twist-lock closure.

My husband calls this my "Cowgirl Purse" because it looks a little more western than some of my other pieces. The contrast between the silver on the body of the purse and the dark mahogany is a surprisingly beautiful combination, especially with the little purple Forget Me Not flowers.

The size of this handbag is perfect for every-day use. The dimensions are 12" x 8" and the side tapers from 3-1/4" to 1-3/4". It has a removable strap and a hidden magnetic closure inside.

I just adore this clutch. It's the perfect size for carrying your every-day things, or maybe a journal, your pens, and some glasses (though we might not all need those, I certainly do!)

This one is in the Oh Deer pattern with silver birch trees and a white deer silhouette on the back. The piece is covered in an antique black wash. This piece started as a thin piece of tooling leather and then I cut, branded, and dyed it before applying a protective coating. The entire thing is stitched carefully and lovingly by hand.

Flury Wristlet - Sage, Silver and Antique Black

These pouches are so versatile even without the strap, but the detachable strap makes it indispensable! I have used one for five years now, as a wallet, a clutch, a make-up case, and an assortment of other small things that need safe keeping (like jewelry inside a purse). This one is in the Flury pattern with silver-sage and silver-gray snowflakes, with an antique black wash. The sides are riveted together and the wristlet attaches by a little clip. The hardware is silver.

This pouch is about seven inches long and three inches high, and it works perfectly for day or evening use. Since the strap is removable, you could easily keep it in a larger purse during the day and use it on it's own at night.

I start with a thinner tooling leather for these - still thick enough to be durable, but not quite as stiff as the belts and larger bags. I cut, brand, treat, paint, dye and treat it again so it's extra durable. It is riveted on the sides and has a snap closure.

I love the subtlety of this buckle. The buckle is a copper buckle by Andes Cruz with what I have always called a biker cross on it (a Maltese cross) for the Moxie and Oliver/Andes Cruz collaboration we affectionately call "Waisted." A subtle way to express your individual style!

I'm not sure where the idea came from, but the final image reminds me of beach balls. Bouncing beach balls, to be more specific. The colors are a burgundy red, sage green, and chocolate brown. The entire thing is covered with an antique brown wash.

I start with a thick leather and carve, paint and dye it. Then I finish with a protective coat, and either straight stitch or lace the edge. These wallets will stand up to heavy use for generations! This particular one is straight stitched around the edges (can also be done with a lacing), has six places for credit cards, a divided slot for money, and space behind the credit card slots for more cards.

The all-over branding on this wallet reminds me of the traditional western tooling - but it's really got a modern twist! This one is branded with sakura blossoms, and just a few of them are painted in red, white and pink with silver. The wallet has an antique brown wash, and has silver hardware. Finding the perfect wallet sometimes reminds me of the three little bears - most are either too big, or too small, and seldom among the traditional wallet choices do you find one that's just right. That's why I'm so entertained by all of the possibilities for a wallet - this one has three slots for cards (one outside, and two inside) as well as a clear ID card slot, and a money clip. It conveniently holds the necessities for those who carry a light load.

It's been a while since I've made a biker wallet, but it seemed like the perfect style to put the Look Ahead pattern on. The Look Ahead pattern has a crow on white branches with silver leaves - it's the perfect pattern for those winter bike rides.

I start with tooling leather and then brand, paint, dye, and finish it with a protective coating. Then I lace it to the inside of the wallet. The thickness of the leather means that these wallets will last for many, many years.

This wallet has several business card/id card slots, a zippered pocket, and two accordion style pockets. The approximate dimensions are 3-7/8" x 7" closed. The chain snaps around your belt loop with a snap, and there is a clip to hold keys at the top of the chain. The chain is removable.

When Andes Cruz sent this buckle to me, I was stumped for a bit trying to come up with a design that would work well with it. As it turns out, the rock garden inspired Zen belt is the perfect match for her Om buckle! The colors are shades of gray with an antique black wash, and the buckle is engraved copper.

For the belt, I start with a thick piece of tooling leather and cut, brand, and dye it before applying a protective wash to keep it safe from the elements. The thickness of the leather and the process that I use is designed to give my pieces a much greater longevity.

I will be cutting it down to size, and adding holes, when you place your order. So, please send your size when ordering. For women send your measurement where you like to wear your jeans and for men, send your pants size.

This particular belt is 1.75" wide and the buckle is removable (by way of snaps) so that you mix and match your belts and buckles.

Irish Coffee Belt - Leather in Orange, White, Gold and Antique Tan

I noticed I was running a little low on belts, so I thought I'd make some more! And, what better a way to kick start my new project than with a little Irish Coffee? The pattern is actually inspired by Morning Glories, and it has a bit of an art nouveau feel to it. The colors are orange and white in the flowers, gold leaves, and it has an antique tan wash.

I start with a thick piece of tooling leather and cut, brand, paint and dye it before applying a protective wash to keep it safe from the elements. The thickness of the leather and the process that I use is designed to give my pieces a much greater longevity.

Fireworks Wristlet - Leather in Red, White, Blue and Antique Black

It must have been the loud cracks last night that inspired this one! This is the Fireworks wristlet with little colorful explosions all over. The colors are red, white, blue and antique black and the hardware is silver.

This pouch is about 7" long by 3" high, and it works perfectly for day or evening use. Since the strap is removable, you could easily keep it in a larger purse during the day and use it on it's own at night.

I start with a thinner tooling leather for these - still thick enough to be durable, but not quite as stiff as the belts and larger bags. I cut, brand, treat, paint, dye and treat it again so it's extra durable. It is riveted on the sides and has a snap closure.

Poppy Belt - Leather in Turquoise, Purple, Yellow and Antique Black
