These falls are approx 24" long, very light and earthy. You'll look like a wood nymph or sea nymph when you wear them. They are full of brown twisted synthetic hair, along with soft and fluffy wool peices that run in shades of chartreuse, to forest green, to brown. They are very light and can be stored in a ziplock easily when you're traveling with them. For regular storage, falls should hang by their ties in your closet.

How to wear:

Step one:

Put you hair in a high ponytail. Keep your hair that way if you want your fall to blend in with your natural hair or hide it by twisting it into a bun and secure it with a rubberband, bobbypins, and whatever else you may need to tame it. A Wide, flat bun is easier to hide than a very tall one. If making it smaller causes bits of hair to stick out, pin them down with bobbypins.

Once you're satisfied with the way the hair is up, put lots of gel or hairspray in. It will keep any loose hairs from trying to escape, and will make it more secure base for holding up the fall.

Step Two:

Tie the ribbon braid that is attached to the elastic loops round your buns, with the fake hair hanging forward over your face. Tie it snugly to the front of your ponytail being careful not to tangle the falls into them.

Step Three:

Flip the hair back over your bun and out of your face. Pin as needed to get it to hang the way you want it to look.

I used to think pearls were for uptight suburban house wives lost from the 50's. Not anymore. These rice pearls are amazing things made from a freshwater mussels trying to smooth over the irritating sand that gets to them. If only more women could make such beauty from their own suffering.

This set is made from wet felted ALPACA and lovely silky ribbons. It can be tied around your ponytails over your ponytail elastics or around piggi-buns. It can also be made on combs then tied on piggi-buns, etc. It is one of my very lightest sets and very versatile.....pinned up-dos are gorgeous with these. The "dreads" I have in stock are more of a redwood red than pictured and blend into red to dark brown hair nicely. The bulk of it is about 16" long and 24" at the end of the ribbons.

This comb is made from creamy wool faux dreadlocks, a bit of veiling, leather, real pearls, and feathers. It is a fabulous acessory for up-do's and works to decorate short hair. It's hard to see all the pearls in the pictures, there are quite a few. Very glam.

For short hair....grab up a sprout of hair and tie a small rubberband tightly around it. Then shove the comb over or under it anchoring to the elastic by one of the ties on the comb or by a bobby pin. Voila! Short is now flowing...

This comb is inspired by Burlesque, Gothic Lolita style and 60's Coco Chanel. I used a bizarre peice of coral to display it. It is about 4 1/2" long with about 6" of ribbon hanging down. It started with the centerpiece which was one on my Grandmother's clip on earrings. I sewed it onto a black hand cut kidskin flower and hand stiched Swarovski pearls around the edges. It also has black lace and some vintage metallic ribbon with sterling silver end-caps with Swarovski crystals dangling from them. The black velvet leaves crown your head. It's paradoxically very sophisticated and "little girl dress up"!

This choker is somewhat more like a collar when worn. It is made of kidskin on the top layer with little brown lizard skin squares embellished with paula shell. The back is deerskin. It is entirely handmade. There are some sterling silver findings and the adjustable clasp is silver too. The points are strung with red coral and black freshwater pearls.

I made the blonde set for Sakuracon in Seattle and people seem to like them so I'm making more. They are very light and tie onto piggi-buns.

They are 32" + long.

The flowers are attached to a c-shape that attaches to buns and has a long double ended dread attached to it. That item is sold seperatly. I will list them soon!

These braids are one of my "blonde to Goth" fantasy creations I've been making recently. They are extremely long (like down past your butt) and ridiculously cute. They start golden blonde and curly at the top and finish in black ringlets with white yarn. Each side also has two blonde to black heat sealed kankalon dreads that are steamed into ringlets.

They are designed to tie under messy pig-tails pulled half through on the last band wrap. You know...so there are loops? You can see what that looks like in the third picture of my friend modeling them at Symbiosis this summer.
