I took photographs of some favorites from my vintage toy collection and ironed printed transfers onto prewashed 100% cotton patches affixed with a special fusible backing. Each image was handcut to form and the result is this neato fabric patch of a creepy sightless doll head with really red lips, ready to iron onto your shirt, bag, jeans, or whatever you like. Approximately 3 inches in height. Iron on instructions included.

Also available as a sew on patch with white border left around image for sewing. If you prefer a sew on patch to an iron on patch, please put this in note to seller when checking out.

I have accumulated a large number of critically damaged vintage children’s books and usually cut out the useable pages to make mirrors, buttons, magnets and cards. Some images are too large to be made into accessories or too beautiful to cut up, so I decided to mat and frame some of these exquisite antique illustrations.

This is an illustration by Hildegard Woodward of a frolicking girl. The page was carefully cut from a damaged 1929 book, pressed flat to remove any subtle waves in the paper and then hinge mounted with linen tape to a backing board and matted with a soft white cotton rag mat. All matting materials are conservation quality and acid free. The window opening of the mat is 4x6 inches and the overall mat size is 8x10. Unique addition to any home decor.
