A gorgeous glowing guardian angel floats out over the water in this print from my original watercolor painting "Bay Angel."

This peaceful piece is 8" x 10"...the image area is 5" x 6 1/4" with extra white space around it.

Printed on high quality acid free cardstock, and enhanced with colored pencils, ink and acrylic paint. You can't tell from the scan, but the angel's transparent wings are highlighted with irridescent blue, violet and green paint. The surface of the print looks very rich with the different textures of the pencils and paint. There is a lot of detail and color subtlety that did not pick up in the scan.

Comes in a clear protective sleeve, with a mat board backing, ready to frame.

Gee, MUD and SNOW at the same time!

This is an 8 x 10 print from my original watercolor painting "Snowy Conversation" The image area is 4 1/4" x 5 1/4" with extra white space around it.

Printed on high quality acid free cardstock, but it looks just like the original because it's hand-colored with colored pencils and acrylic paint, and ink. You can't tell from the scan, but there are tiny irridescent, glittery snowflakes addded onto the artwork. There is a lot of detail and color subtlety that did not pick up in the scan.

My entry for this theme festival is "Polar Bear Slider", an original mixed media painting. It was painted with watercolor, pencil, and acrylic. The painting is five x five inches, unmatted. It's hard to see the detail from my scan, my camera died.

This polar bear's fur has white acrylic and silvery pearl acrylic paint, along with warm golden tones. The snowy background really looks icy and cold...I used sparkly irridescent white pearl and irridescent blue paint. The cool tones of the snow and ice really set off the warm tones of the bear. By looking at the artwork from different angles you can see all the shine, sparkle and furry detail.

I created this mini painting by starting with a monoprint on hot press watercolor paper. I enhanced the image with more paint, and added a flying crow over the waves. This painting has a lovely, soft and simple texture and feel. The scan doesn't really show all the variations of the blues and greens. It is beautifully matted - with a white outer matt and a light blue liner mat, the size is 9.5" x 4.5" It has a foam board backing and is shrink-wrapped.

I found this cool old ceramic Boston Terrier dog/doorstop in an antique shop. He was solid white before I took a brush to him! I covered him with cute purebreeds and also some rescued mutts. There is a ton of detail, my photos don't really show all the details, such as how expressive (and cute) his eyes are, and his furry detail on the parts that aren't covered with dogs.

He is about 11 inches high and is painted with UV resistant acrylic paint and varnish so he can stay outside in the warm season. I keep him indoors when I'm not home as my neighbor hinted that he could be "dognapped" if I leave him outside! I think I am more worried about my "neigbor" taking him!
