Firefly Lampwork Beads - Sea Foam Glass Dichro Heart and Spacers - Glass Bead Set

$17.00
Sea foam is a color used to describe a beautiful color of sea glass. It is that "coke bottle" green we are all familiar with, originating from Coke bottles at the turn of the century. This is a much nicer color than "real" sea foam that I usually see on the beach, which is a kind of slimy brown color. ;-D

I am sticking with the sea-foam-green description, since green is my favorite color and very calming, like the sea. It is also very similar to the anemomes common to where I visit (photo #4).

This heart has some beautiful purple-teal dichro glass swirled deep inside for added sparkle. The dichro glass is thanks to my friend Andrea Guarino (http://AndreaGuarino.etsy.com).

This listing (and price) is for the heart. The spacers are included for free - they match, but the dichro is pretty faint in the spacers.

CONSTRUCTION
This heart was made melting glass rods in a propane-oxygen flame. Each bead I make is created by "hand" - no molds are used. Colors: pale emerald, purple-teal dichro.

PENDANT-I-ZATION
If you are not a jewelry designer and wish to have this fish wired up as a pendant, please see this listing to arrange:
http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=7482599

HEART MEASUREMENTS:
Hole-to-Hole (vertical) = 18.6 mm
Side-to-Side (beak to tail) = 30.0 mm

These fried eggs make great earrings! They would also make a nice mini focal or cell/purse charm.

Each bead is "hand-formed" -- no molds or presses are used, so the size/shape will vary bead-to-bead. If you prefer one on the larger or smaller side, please make a note on checkout, and I will do my best to accommodate.

***Price is per each. Photo is representative.***

These beads were made using Effetre glass.

All of my beads are created in my studio by me and fully annealed in my computer-controlled kiln.

BEAD MEASUREMENTS - Widest Points:
Approx size: 10.5 - 13.5 mm hole-to-hole

1 inch = 25 mm

SHIPPING INFO:
*shipping is COMBINED* - additional items ship at no additional charge in the same package to same address.
