These recycled library pockets are so cute I almost couldn't sell them. Then I realized that I made way too many to use myself anyway.

Use them the traditional way for lending your books and DVDs to friends -- or in an unexpected way, such as your art journals or letters.

Oh letters, I remember them.

This art zine is about the art of letter writing. It's got some writing about my history with letters, and even a bit about how to write a letter. (Hint: It's easy).

If you like to think about letters, or remember the Reading Rainbow episode where Levar goes to Chinatown and gets his name in calligraphy, we should be friends.

One custom state mixed paper journal

You call the shots for this custom, one-of-a-kind keepsake journal made from mixed paper and featuring the state of your choice cut from a vintage map on the cover.

Any state, any color -- though Hawaii may be sorta hard.

The cover is a textured cardstock and the whole thing measures approximately 4 1/2 inches wide by 6 inches tall.

The found papers could include braille paper, science dittos, colored legal paper, graphic grids, printed patterned paper and more. The inside covers feature a book pocket and lending card. It's hand stitched with a colorful contrasting string. 20 pages.

Sets are nicely packaged using the scrap paper leftover from Phantom Limb production -- so they are ready to give as gifts as well.
