At one point I may have had a particular project in mind for them but it had been so long, I could not remember. I decided to create some collages on heavy watercolor paper to work with the frames. And so this new line of table top framed artwork came about.<br /><br />This is the first in this new series. It is also my favorite out of all 5 I have completed. The floral design in the center of the collage is vintage decorative paper on a roll. (My thrift store score of the month!) I have added several different paper elements including the peace sign, the word &quot;imagine&quot; and the pretty green striped paper above and below the floral focal. There is also a detail of silver separating the sections. <br /><br />Perfect for an end table or shelf, or maybe to brighten up a work space or desk. <br /><br />The frame is part of the art piece and arrives with the collage. At 5 inch square overall, they are designed and made with the same care, detail and crafts-womanship as my larger pieces. The frame itself is pine. The edges are always finished in a coordinating ribbon or trim, and it comes ready to hang.
