These sweet booties are knitted and crocheted with pure wool. They tie in the back with a crocheted strap that keeps them on baby's feet. My customers tell me that this style of BurryBabies booties never slip off their baby's feet.

The booties are knitted in a lovely lavender wool and crocheted around the top with eyelets and dainty picots. A green wool daisy is crocheted and appliqued to the top of each booty and centered with a satin flower in lilac and green. The booties fasten with crocheted ties made of the same green wool.

Totally adorable, these booties would be great all year round but are especially lovely at Easter time. They will arrive beautifully gift wrapped.

So many parents and baby photographers love these hats because babies look so adorable in them. I knit the hats from soft, luxurious Merino wool. This yarn has a lot of resiliencey, especially when wet. After you hand wash the hat you can stretch it to size. That way you can get a lot of wear from it. The hat is made to fit from about 4 months to 1 1/2 years, but as you can see from the photos, its life can be extended further!

Banana Cream Pie Baby Sweater Set

This luscious baby set will make all who see it go bananas!

I knitted the sweater and hat in luxurious, warm, washable Merino wool. It's comparable to cashmere, only stronger and less apt to pill. The main color is cream and the patterns that are knit in are gold - very flattering to most baby complexions.

Sized to fit a baby from 6 months to 1 1/2 years old. The Merino yarn can be stretched when wet allowing you to use the sweater for a long time. Some babies will be able to wear it up to their 2nd birthday. The hat is made with a roll brim that can be turned down as baby's head grows. You'll probably be able to use the hat until your child is 3 years old or more. The actual measurements are:

Chest - 21 inches around
Length from Shoulder to Hem - 9 1/2 inches
Hat - 6 1/2 inches unstretched (easily stretches to 17 inches)

This is a challenging style to knit. It not only has Fair Isle designs knitted into the back and front, but it also has a detailed placket front which makes for easy dressing as well as chic style. The sweater is tipped at the sleeve, hem, and neck edges with the gold yarn.

Finally, the crowning touch is the bunch-of-bananas buttons on the sweater and hat. So cute. Expect lots of oohs and aahs.

I knitted and crocheted this jacket with luxury 100% Merino wool. It's soft, warm, and washable. Merino wool is one of the best fibers you can put on your baby because it's absorbent and warm so it will keep your baby comfortable all year long including on warm summer evenings. Merino is a natural fiber and not made from petroleum as acrylic yarn is.

I designed this set to carry the Bumble Bee theme throughout. The sweater is striped in gold and black with ribbed edges for snugness and an open shoulder for ease of dressing. The shoulder buttons up with adorable bee buttons, too.

The hat is striped like the sweater and has crocheted curlicues on the top that bounce when baby moves his/her head.

This little dress is pure luxury. I knit and crocheted it in the softest English wool available. This is a finely knit in tiny stitches - a time consuming process. The dress is not bulky, so it fits gracefully.

I knit it in violet with rust picots crocheted around the edges and a rust flower in the center. The dress closes on each shoulder with violet tulip buttons for easy dressing.

It is soft enough to be worn next to baby's skin as a dress in warm weather and works well as a jumper with a shirt underneath when the weather is cold.

The dress is a size 1 to fit babies from about 4 months to a year. As baby grows, the dress can be worn as a tunic, extending it's use to about 2 years. The actual measurements are:

Around chest at underarm = 25"
The armholes measure about 7 1/2"
The length from shoulder to hem is 13"

This adorable sweater and hat set is another of my new series for fashionable little guys. It will fit a preemie or newborn baby from birth to about 3 or 4 months.

I crocheted this one-of-a-kind outfit with high-quality cotton yarn in varying shades of blue. The set is soft and cuddly - just right for a newborn. The sweater is a cardigan style that buttons with three puppy dog buttons. The cuffs can be folded back or let down as baby grows. The hat, similarly, can be worn with the brim up for a newborn and then folded down as baby's head grows.

The sweater measures about 8 1/2 inches from shoulder to hem, and 16 inches around the chest. The hat is 13 inches in circumference, unstretched, and easily stretches to 14 1/2 inches.

Picture you're little darling in this adorable baby sun hat. It will keep the sun off her face, head and neck while producing constant compliments.

I crocheted this soft little cotton hat in a rather open stitch for the sides, and tighter stitches for the top and the brim. This enables the top of baby's head to be more protected, allows air to circulate on the sides, and makes the brim stiff and adjustable so you can fold it up or down as weather and style dictate.

I crocheted a large, 4 inch diameter, three-layer flower with a central bobble and added it to the hat for infant bling and flair. The little point on the top of the hat adds another dimension of whimsy to this one of a kind hat.

The hat will fit a baby from about 6 months to about 2 years. The long span of fit is because the open stitches stretch from a circumference of 14 inches to 16 inches or more. Your baby will get at least 2 summers worth of wear from this hat. Then you can pass it on to family or friends' babies or keep it as an heirloom. The hat is hand washable and very durable.

I used a variegated nubby cotton yarn to crochet it. The yarn is a lovely combination of pink, fuchsia, and orange, and it has a great texture that feels wonderful. The jacket is crocheted in an openwork stitch to keep baby cozy without being overheated in the warm weather. The jacket also looks great over a sweater when the weather is cooler. This is really a 4 season jacket that will allow for lots of wear all year round.

To finish the jacket, I crocheted and appliqued a large fuchsia flower on one side. The flower is centered with a cream satin ribbon flower. I added snaps to the front for easy dressing and topped each snap with another ribbon flower.

This jacket will fit babies from about 6 months to 18 months. Of course, babies differ in size, so your baby may be able to wear it starting at about 3 months. The actual measurements are:

Chest - 20 1/2 inches around.

The booties are sized to fit babies from 0 to 3 months. They make a great present and come gift wrapped in colorful tissue paper with satin ribbon.

I designed and crocheted them in my smoke-free, pet-free studio and will package them securely so that they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
