The Tweet Tweet apron (part of my "mini me" collection) has a ruffled edge all the way around the apron's skirt and has cute baby pink ric rac sewn on as well.

Sizing information:

The front of the apron at the waist (from ruffle edge to ruffle edge) is 13.75" wide. Remember, the apron front often wraps slightly around the waist, so this would not mean that the child had to have the front of her waist measure 13.75".

Each waist tie measures approximately 17.25" long, so there should be plenty of room for a bow or knot tied in the back.

The total height of the apron from the top of the waistband to the bottom edge of the ruffle is about 11.5".
