The Roux Collar has a ribbon tie which makes it adjustable for nearly every neck 12 inches and up, and it's 1.5 inches wide without the beadwork.

Hand-pleated champagne and scarlet dupioni silk with a gently frayed edge, dark rose velvet ribbon, pale gold and dark rose braid, faceted garnets, ivory freshwater pearls, sterling silver Balinese heishi, bronze-colored Japanese hex glass seed beads, and tiny irregular garnet beads.
