Description
Sweet little 12" Patience is a cloth repoduction of a Presbyterian doll, and I used a vintage pattern. She is all cloth, painted all over and sealed. All clothing is cotton and removable including dress with tiny buttons down the back, blooms and bonnet. A real treasure at this price!

Her face is hand painted, body of of cotton Bali hand dyed fabric and wings are fabric made from liquid Sculpey and wire. Fanta is embellished with silk flowers, beads, hand dyed lace and organza Hair is blong mohair.pieces. A cord attached to her back allows her to hang freely.

Original one of a kind fabric box by the artist. Each panel is 5' square, and is created with a sandwhich of upholstery fabric, Timtex stablizer and a cotton backing fabric. Each panel is unique with its own surface design incorporating the use of stitching, homemade chenille, stamping, beading, feathers, leather and more. A very 3_D effect! the box has leather hinges and closure in front and is firmly stitched together at sides and bottom with upholstery thread for strength. A wonderful gift or purchase for yourself!

Unique and all original one of a kind fabric box! side and bottom panels and 5" squares, and the front panel is 8" tall. front panel has mermaid graphic designed by the artist and printed onto fabric. The graphic is colored with pencils and sealed. Front panel is covered with netting and trimmed with blue fler trim over top edge.
Each of the three side panels are different with their own unique surface design. There are embedded objects, free motion embroidery, stamping, shells, beads, painted lace, fibers and netting to create the very dimensional 3-D effect. Each panel is created with a sandwich of the surface design on cotton fabric, Timtex stablizer, and cotton backing fabric. Edges are machine finished and then hand stiched with 4 ply embrodery thread. Displays beautifully in the bathroom to hold tissue or guest soaps, or to give as a gift item filled with goodies!

Although the same pattern is used, each one of my original Mermaid Pincushions is created with her own unique embellishments to be a one-of-a-kind piece. She stands 9" tall and is securely mounted on her cotton floral print throne.
Her upper body, head and limbs are from flesh colored velour and her lower body is from cotton print fabric. Her features and hand painted, needle sculpted and sealed.
body is lightly beaded and enhanced with hand dyed lace, beads, tiny shell sequins and micro beads. She is fully armatured for posing.
Throne is embellished with hand dyed lace pieces, angelina, pryop enhanced organza and beads. throne is attached to a flat felt base and is weighted.
Hair is a variety of fancy yarns.
