BLUSHING ROSES - Romantic EMBELLISHED FRAME - Vintage Millinery-Rhinestones-Pearls-Victorian Postcard

We found the most charming frame and decided to alter it with vintage romantic millinery and roses!

Vintage and antique linens and laces with a pink theme embellish the bottom of the frame, complete with antique mother of pearl button and darling calico heart glass cabachon! At the top left corner, we added vintage pink millinery trims and coordinating vintage rickrack trims. Across the top inside border, we added a length of vintage rhinestone and faux pearl necklace chain. SO ROMANTIC!

We have included a GORGEOUS original Victorian roses postcard (the frame DOES include glass, but we removed it for photo-taking purposes). You can certainly remove this postcard and replace with your own photo. The opening is 4" x 6". Outer measurements are: 5" x 7".

These baubles dangle from a stunning vintage brass chain, embellished with an additional chain of brass and matching pink catseye glass beads! Brass lobster clasp closure. Poor vintage goodness! The PERFECT necklace to wear with your sweater or cardigan!

We've used two different stunning vintage brass chains. The first is an intricately shaped brass link chain, to which we attached a vintage lobster clasp closure. We then used a beautiful filigree brass chain, enhanced by a gorgeous vintage drop crystal chain! Where the two brass chains connect, we've added a charming vintage unused brass heart shaped locket and some pretty pearls!

Necklace measures 24" long; crystal drop adds an additional 4" to the length! A STUNNING piece!

HARDCOVER SKETCHBOOK JOURNAL - Romantic French Girl with Frills

We found some wonderful journal-sized sketchbooks, and knew they were the perfect pairing for our antique and vintage ephemera!

This one-of-a-kind hardcover sketchbook/journal has been covered in an antique-style ivory scrapbook paper. The spiral binding has been "hidden" under a length of vintage creamy crocheted lace. A length of gorgeous vintage 40's striped millinery ribbon has been ruched and added to the cover as well.

Next, we added a most charming Victorian carte de visite (cdv) photo of a young and elegantly dressed girl (she's got a dreamy expression, too)! We added vintage velvet millinery leaves and vintage silver dresden to the top, and a border of vintage aqua velvet trim below. Finally, a mangnificent vintage silver sequined star was added to the aqua velvet. This sketchbook measures a tad over 4" x 6". There are 80 sheets (160 pages) of acid-free paper inside.

Fancy your wrist snuggled in this exquisite and comfortable one-of-a-kind lace cuff!

We've used our very best antique and vintage laces for our new line of cuffs! This lovely cuff combines vintage cotton laces, vintage aqua velvet ribbon with matching vintage crochet lace, gorgeous handmade creamy Victorian lace, and a length of vintage eiderdown cotton from England. We've also added a tea-stained "Paris" stamped muslin piece (from vintage1955.etsy.com!), and a vintage cotton seagreen, ivory velvet millinery leaf and an aqua millinery posy. Two gorgeous antique mother of pearl buttons complete the look.

This wonderfully fancy cuff closes with a large brass lobster clasp, which attaches to a brass jumpring (looped through a vintage pearl button). Another brass jumpring can be added to shorten the length; or the button can be moved to add to the length. As it is, this cuff closes at 7.5".

Such a delightful find! A Victorian children's book from the late 1800's had seen lots of loving use! The binding had come loose, so we've given the glorious cover new life as a collage!

"Summer Hours" is the title of this charming antique book cover, with an illustration of a young boy and young girl picking apples! We've embellished this witl vintage and antique trims, laces, and millinery! An antique lace ribbon has been added to the top so this can be hung. Measures 8" x 10", not including the lace hanger.

We started with a brasstone chunky chain bracelet and added a length of sweet pink catseye glass beaded chain. An ivory nosegay charm was added, along with a strand of three pastel freshwater pearls.
