This is the same as my regular Tin Man, but this one has a heart. The heart is made out of metal and is hand cut by me. He is about the same size as the other little guys that I sell, he may vary in size. As with any handmade item, no two are alike. The ears might be smaller or larger, cans are different, hanger is shorter or longer. They still do the same thing; just hang there for your viewing pleasure.

Hey, all you winchime lovers! Or maybe you just like to drive your neighbors nuts with them. This isn't one of those high pitched ones, but has a more deep tone to it. The wind here in Kansas can really be terrible at times, so I built this to hold up in our wind.

The shortest pipe on this is 13" long and the longest is 22". The whole thing from top to bottom is about 42" long. The clapper is a round wood piece with little wood beads on both sides. A large fender washer is at the end of the cording to give it a little extra kick!

The Tin Man Birdhouse

What bird wouldn't love to fly in here and call it home? This birdhouse has a telescoping hanger on it which makes it a good 4 or 5 inches taller. The hanger must be up or down; no happy medium. They are sturdy as they are made here in Kansas and the wind blows alot here. Every one of my creations is different. In what way? you may ask. Well, for one, the cans are different and maybe the lids I use for the ears are a little different in styling like the grooves or lines on them. His hat might be on straight or to the left or right, but never on backwards.

If you don't want to use this house, then it would make a great addition to your Wizard of Oz collection.

I think everyone should have a little "Oz" at their house.

This birdhouse is 17 1/2" tall with the hanger up. Sometimes they can be taller or shorter depending on the can that I use. It's about 8 1/2" at the widest point. The one shown in the picture weighs in at 12.3 ounces.

This little man is made out of metal food cans that I get from friends and family. I go to recycle centers around here as well to get alot of cans for when I mass produce these for my Craft Shows.

Each Tin Man has his own personality and is different. Every one of them that I make are a little different in some way. The ears might be bigger or smaller, the cans are different, the hanger is longer or shorter. Most people can't tell the difference, very few can and they are the ones that study each one carefully to see what one they like the best and then make their purchase.

These hold up quite well here in the ever-blowing Kansas wind. Each Man is jointed at the neck, the arms and the legs. They make a little noise, but not enough to tick your neighbors off (darn)! You can proudly display him in your house with the rest of your OZ collection if you like. Some people put them in their garden or hang them in trees.

He usually measures about 24" long and with the hanger extended, it makes him about 4 to 5" longer.

Blue Iris Czech Glass Beads Rosary

These beads are different and that's they way that they come to me. Some of them are brown, green, and purple but the majority are blue. I finished this rosary with an interesting cross to give it a little more kick. The connector is Sterling Silver and the cross is pewter in an ornate pattern with rhinestones.

These beads on the rosary are interesting. When looking at them as you would in your hand, they have a pink-purple look about them. If you hold them up to the light, they look blue-purple. The connector is Sterling Silver and the cross is pewter.

The smaller round beads on this rosary are what the Czech's call "Druk" meaning round. The larger beads are faceted and are in the same color as the others. This is the first Rosary I have ever made and too bad I'm not of a religion to use this, because I would keep it for myself. The color is beautiful! I used silver plated eye pins and jump rings along with a Sterling Silver connector and crucifix. The photo doesn't do it justice, but tried the best I could to bring out the detailing. This is an ornament that my Mom taught me how to make in the late 70's. I've made alot of these in the past years and I have one lady that buys a ton of these when I get new colors in. Guess you can never have too many angels around. There is no glue holding these together, just wire. You can purchase a wire hanger to hang this on your tree or you can just sit them around. You can put them in your vehicle as a "Guardian Angel"...that's what my Dad did a long time ago.

This angel is a little over 2" tall.
