I love ladybugs, so I just had to try my hand at making a little ladybug figure.

I also like felting little things, and this is the result.

I think this little ladybug figure has turned out just darling.

This little sweetie took me hours to make using the needle felting tecnique, poking raw wool roving a few thousand times until it takes the shape I want.

It is all wool, except for the metal antenae.

Size- with antenae 1 1/2 inches tall.

Not intended for small children.

I love these buttons they are so unique!

A lovely pair of old (possibly vintage) slightly off white buttons with hanks. THey are abt 1.2 cm high (not including shank) and abt 2.2 cm across.

They have a wonderful swirled texture on the top (remindes me of icing for some reason lol)

My very first bowl, i'm so proud of it, it turned out so cute!

Made with the needle felting tecnique, I poked some superwash merino roving a few thousand times until it turned into this shape!

This is such a soft bowl, and I love the colour! It was hand dyed in shades of pink with a touch of yellow. It reminds me of spring!

Great for your little rings or other special pieces or just for display!

Made from light brown meriono wool and hand needle felted with a barbed needle for a very long time. He has black eye and nose accents.

I love these buttons, the colours are so lovely.

THey are old, possibly vintage?

HOW HE CAME TO BE....
I recently made a hedgehog pincushion. While sharing pics with some of my girlfriends I asked what should I make next? One of my friends said one of her husband, which caused a long, hilarious discussion on the frustrations of men.
So, I put that on my list.
Then the other day my dear husband ticked me off... so I decided it was time to make this guy! Needless to say, my frustrations were well vented with all the long hours needle felting I did in making him! *grin*

4 hold dark navy blue 1 3/4 (4.4cm)inch across. In great condition.
2 hold dark peachy just under 1 3/4 inches (4.2cm) A bit scuffed.
Ivory shank button in great condition. Hard to see but top is all concentric circles. just under 1 3/4 inches (4.2cm)

These are the only ones I have.
