Black Merino Wool Bunny

$32.00
Another Peeper friend.

I love this little one. I'm happy that the merino wool is working out well for this design. Angora is getting harder to find! The wool has nice smoothness to it - doesn't collect lint (as much black materials do).

This lil one is 4.5 inches (ears not included).

Comes with lucky penny in belly.

Has seafoam-coloured features and wool felt ears.

Coral Peeper BUNNY

$32.00
This is a mid-size bunny made from an angora sweater. Four inches in height (ears not included).

Each bunny comes with a lucky penny in the belly.

They are carefully handstitched by me (with lots of attention). A sturdy little friend for you or a beloved.

They are called 'Peepers' because you are display them in a little vessel (a glass or jar) and the bunny 'peeps' out at you and watches guard (keeps a watchful eye on you).

Also fun inside a cupboard.

They are incredibly soft!

These make nice keepsakes for children and are wonderful gifts.

Fatal Distraction B O O K (full-length graphic novel of poetry, illustration and collage)

$21.95
YAY i finally have my book back in stock! PLEASE NOTE - there is only a limited amount of this book in stock. Everywhere. It is out of print!!!! (i'm working on a new book).

This is a full-length graphic novel.
It is filled with stories told in fragments and bits.
Each page building on the last.
It is very fun to read at random like a 'Choose Your Own Adventure'.

It is funny, sad, and bittersweet.
Dealing with some of my favourite subject material: relationships falling in love and falling apart (or not), ROCK, being in bands, copycats, distractions, princess di, mother theresa, feelings of being a major dork in the world, lambs, sexpots, lucky charms...tons of inspiring graphic design.

This book is 5 years of material and is part of my ongoing body of work. It is the second full-length novel after TEMPER, TEMPER which is currently sold out completely and selling online for..like..$200 (depending on the market price. It's so weird. Don't ask me).

I am currently at work on a THIRD book...and a fourth which will be all colour (details to be revealed at a later date but it is an exciting and thrilling venture!!)

Oh a review i remember off-the-top-of-my-head..Bitch Magazine described this as a 'feverdream of a book'. and some other @ Pop Matters said 'genius'.

i use my bookwork as a container to hold my ideas and thoughts...innermost..it's all true. I reference these works to do largescale installation pieces and visual art work. It takes me a very long time to make my books. They are done entirely by hand via cut and paste. I only scan the images in the final stages. Actually, if you knew/saw my process - it would blow your mind. It is a very complex process I have developed/invented for myself.

PS!
it is impossible to convey the brevity of this book with 5 Etsy thumbnails images...it's almost 300 pages! I have been told many, many times how much fans of this book love it. sigh. always flattering.
