This little notebook is just the right size to carry in your pocket or bag!

I made this lovely small notebook entirely by hand from thin, buttery-soft, nut brown deerhide, and with a unique hand stitched binding. It has a lovely, smooth, tactile feel and a soft sided, wrap-around design with matching strap to protect the pages. Medieval style binding with exposed stitching on outer spine.

The open book lays flat, making it easy to use. High quality 80 lb paper, acid free and archival. Pages are hand-torn for old-world feeling. Perfect for writing, sketching and light wash watercolor.

I used natural waxed Irish linen thread to create the medieval style binding with exposed stitching on outer spine.The beautiful rustic wooden button on the front is hand made from walnut wood.
