These moderate Kripalu Yoga flows are designed to assist you with developing a daily yoga routine to maintain flexibility, strength, and well being. The poses include: mountain, quarter moon, warrior II, knee-down twist, triangle, tree, and three gentle abdominal strengthening exercises.
Alternate between each session daily for optimum results. Each session is set to relaxing music.
