This necklace reminds me of the beauty of a tropical waterfall. The sterling silver bubbles make me think of the wave water cascades from high depths and cascades to down below.

It seems no matter what the weather may be outside, while I may enjoy it, I always dream of Spring. There is something so fresh, so new and so energizing about Spring and so I modeled this necklace to try and re-create that feeling.

Amazonite gemstones in a cool teal/aqua blue lend a refreshing color, along with the clean lime green of a jade flower. Jade symbolizes good fortune, so I have added the flower to represent the fortune of life. Together the beads are a lovely combination.

Beauty can be found anywhere. Even in the worn out, or run down places, industrial ruins, or dark city corners sometimes a flower sneaks out from beneath cracks and rust and manages to bloom.

I was inspired to create this necklace in an array of metals, including sterling silver, copper, brass and gunmetal so it's slightly industrial mixed metal look can serve as a reminder that beauty can be found everywhere.

While May may bring flowers, our entire lives can bloom with love and graciousness.

I drew, drilled, sawed (pierced), textured and finished each flower by hand.

Sizing: The first section of the necklace measures about 18" and there is a 1 1/2" extension chain to adjust the length. The second chain layer hangs about another 2 1/2- 3 1/2" longer.

I love crisp, breezy air and aqua blue skies. In homage to those lovely skies, I've created a colorful hot air balloon ready to soar through the air.

I've layered a rainbow of sparkly czech glass crystals between thin layers of drilled copper. The bright basket then hangs beneath a handmade copper balloon, hand-pierced and hammered with texture.

It's quite a large and eye-catching pendant at 3" long. The basket is 1 1/4" wide and the balloon measures approx 1 1/2" at it's widest.

This reminds me of some sort of insignia that would represent a gorgeous alien race, soaring through space. Or perhaps it is a relic of an ancient civilization. Perhaps it reminds you of a dark heroine who lurks in the shadows of industrial warehouses.

Regardless of how you use your imagination, this piece is definitely industrial-looking, large and noticeable.

The insignia was sawn by hand out of copper and then I torched it multiple times to give it striking variations in color, and an edgy look. A smaller copper circle has been attached by a riveted brass screw. The necklace hangs from an 18" copper chain that is finished with a lobster claw clasp.
