One side of this bonnet is a lovely white eyelet lace fabric with a great 1 1/2" hand made/crocheted lace brim. The other side of this bonnet is a plain ivory cotton. It is slightly adjustable via the ribbon tie at the back.

I use pre-washed cotton fabrics for my bonnets. Because of the age of this fabric I would recommend a hand cold water wash/air only dry, touch up with iron.

There are 2 receiving blankets which measure approx. 35" X 35" which is the perfect swaddling size and also great cover ups.

A reversible burpee approx. 8" X 16" with the same fabrics as the receiving blankets.

Included are three handy cloths - re-usable wipes - for baby clean up jobs. Two of these measure approx. 8" X 8" and the third is approx. 6" X 6" and are also made of the same soft flannel.

Child's poncho with matching cloche in the palest of blue is just the sweetest little outer gear for the most special little girl in your life.

It is a one of a kind OOAK set as I used no pattern and just worked the poncho as I crocheted. The V neck line has a crocheted chain laced through it – the ties end in big fluffy pompoms.

The Cloche hat is child sized with a trio of pompoms on the side. The hat can have the brim folded back if needed.

The poncho measures approx. 18” from neck to hemline. I believe this will fit a child from 2 to 4 years of age. It is of such a design as to fit a child for a good long time.

This poncho is hand wash, gently squeeze to express excess water and lay flat to dry, push poncho into shape as it dries.

The Paci Lead is approx. 10” long and is made with a snap on one end to attach the lead securely to baby’s clothes. The other end will hold the pacifier. Simply slide the paci onto the lead and pull the snap end through the loop at the other end.

The Toy Tether has a pair of Velcro patches on each end – one to Velcro to the toy and one to the stroller, grocery cart, car seat – or wherever you need it. It is made of a combo of white stars on blue and a red/white/blue stipe. The Toy Tether measures approximately 15” with both ends velcroed shut.

There is also a snack sack in this set that is made of a lovely read, white and blue cotton fabric. The interior of the bag is lined with water resistant nylon and it is fastened with a ¾” wide Velcro fastener. The Snack Sack measures 6” X 7”.

Sooo - here we have a baby boy gift set with blanket, burpee, small bib, large bib, toy tether and a pacifier leash.

The blanket is crib size and measures approx. 29" X 40". It is topped with this great Texas Longhorn fabric, with cows of all colours, cowboys and chuckwagon cooks all on a dark blue background. It is backed with a coordinating blue flannel and lined with Warm and Natural.

There is also a burpee that measures approx. 8" X 18". Again - topped with the Longhorn fabric, lined with Warm and Natural and backed with blue flannel.

Here is a winter hat for your child, warm and cozy and hand knit. I've been making these since my own boys were wee ones and now make them for my Grandkids and Great Nieces.

The main colour used in this hat is a warm rusty brown. For detail it has a sand flecked stripe with raised edges and the midst of this a light blue flecked strip. There are a pair of tassels bouncing off the tip of this hat and the ties also have tassels on the ends. You can tie this hat snug around your child's head to keep those cold winter winds away from little ears. So snug and warm.

Here is a great little beanie in alternating stripes of medium purple and a nubby yarn of lots of interesting colours – blue, turquoise, purple, yellow, and green. Both are acrylic yarns.
This hat would fit a child with a head circumference of about 15” and would be suitable in for either a girl. As an example – this hat fits my 5 year old Granddaughter with bit of stretch to go. It is meant for autumn or winter but could be worn most anytime.

These pads are made with a cozy flannel on one side, vintage chenille on the other and for maximum absorbency they are lined with Warm and Natural.

The pink camouflage burpee is the smallest, measuring approx. 8” X 12 ½”It has a wide, straight band chenille on one side in snowy white chenille and the reverse side is a warm cozy pink camo flannel.

The sage green burpee is made of thick lines of this lovely sage green with a slightly raised curlicue on the bottom of this side in the same green chenille.
It is backed with a sweet coordinating flannel in a coordinating green and covered with dots of various colour. This burpee is lined with Warm and Natural. This burpee is approx. 9” X 23”.

The White on White burpee is made of a snowy, wide line chenille, with the chenille lines going in 2 opposing directions. It is backed with snowy white flannel and lined with Warm and Natural. This burpee is approx. 12” X 22” and is actually large enough to double as a change pad if needed.

In my efforts of stock reduction, these Burpee pads, normally priced at $8.00 each are now reduced to a set of 3 for $18.00.
Machine wash/dry.

Baby Blanket of Vintage Chenille

This baby blanket is made of a sunny yellow, zig zag pattern, vintage chenille on top, and white cotton backing. It is lined with Warm and Natural. This is a warm, snuggly comforter for any child. The photo's do not do this blanket justice - the yellow appears washed out in the pics and it isn't - it is a true solid sunshine yellow.
This blanket measures approximately 37" x 42".
It would be great for traveling, covering baby to keep him/her warm, a cushy place for baby to sit and play, for use on picnics - whatever you choose to use it for.
When vintage materials are used in an item, there is the possibility of the odd flaw. I try hard to use only pieces that do not have imperfections but occasionally I will miss a small flaw.

This is the sweetest little vintage style bonnet, made with a pattern handed down from my Grandmother. As well as being a sweet, pretty bonnet, it is also quite sturdy and will hold its shape indefinitely.
