$6.00
An original design of a heart within a stylized heart, hand embossed on creamy Arches text, mounted on a brown kraft-colored square on a pure white card. Named after ee cumming's famous poem, of course.

Hand embossing (as opposed to embossing with a letterpress or with powders and potions and heat tools) involves cutting a series of stencils and carefully making an impression of each around the other with a stylus, one at a time. A certain three-dimensionality can be achieved with this method above and beyond that that other types of embossing are able to convey.

About the card:
-- Blank inside (because you know what you want to say better than I do)

-- Hand embossed with a raised panel to frame the image.

-- Image is hand cut and mounted onto bright white, acid-free 100% recycled premium cardstock

-- 4.25x5.5 (A2) sized card

--Comes with a white 100% recycled paper envelope, packaged neatly in an archival clear cellophane sleeve.

I have plenty of these in stock and can make more to order, so if you'd like more than than listing specifies, just let me know.
Features a quote from A. A. Milne of Winnie the Pooh fame (although this particular quote is not from the Pooh books): "Let us leave the road."

There are many times when one may wish to leave the road. Sometimes all one requires is a little encouragement.

About my paper mosaics:
Made with my signature hand-dyed artist papers, every strip of color in the mosaic is a separate piece of paper that I cut and fit together into a pleasing composition. Hand lettered.

About the card:
-- Blank inside (because you know what you want to say better than I do)

-- Hand embossed with a raised panel to frame the image

-- Printed with Vivera inks onto quality photo paper

-- Image is hand cut and mounted onto bright white, acid-free 100% recycled premium cardstock

-- 4.25x5.5 (A2) sized card

--Comes with a pale blue speckled 100% recycled paper envelope, packaged neatly in an archival clear cellophane sleeve.

Please be aware that color can vary from monitor to monitor.

I have plenty of these in stock and can make more to order, so if you'd like more than than listing specifies, just let me know.
