Here's a painted portrait of a fox who was a head of her time. She was a jazz-listening, gin-swilling, un-married, fast-dancing, land-buying kind of a gal.

This one is painted on a canvas panel with acrylic paints, and it is framed and ready to hang. It has an easel leg in the back, so it sits all on it's own quite well, also.
The painting itself measures 5" x 7" inches (12.7 cm x 17.8 cm). Including the frame brings the measurements up to 7" wide by 9" tall x .75" thick. (17.8 cm x 22.9 cm x 1.9 cm)
It is signed by the artist on the front.

He's made from super soft fuzzy fleece, stretchy fabric, non allergenic polyfill, and soft felt beak and wooden bead eyes. His shirt is hand sewn from felt, and the details are all hand cut and attached by moi.

tiny rust felt chick plush toy - oh dear, that's a lot of words

This tiny little chick stands...all on it's own! Really. Those little legs support it. I know! I'm amazed, too.
*although, please note that the legs might get a little bit shifted during mailing, even due to everyone's best efforts. You might need to nudge them back into place. But it's easy.

He measures a wee 2.5" inches tall by 1.5" wide by .5" thick. (6.3 cm x 3.8 cm x 1.2 cm)

He's made from very snazzy eco felt, and is entirely hand sewn. The little details are hand embroidered on. (Except of course the eyes and beak- felt & plastic, respectively.)

Plush Cake

I've always wanted to have beautiful cakes on my counter. The only problem with that is 1. I can't make beautiful edible cakes 2. They go bad and 3. I want to eat them.
Behold! The solution to your cake-as-decoration needs!
Or perhaps the ultimate hostess gift?

I made this cake for the Plush Team's Iron Plush challenge. My secret ingredient was velcro.
I came up with a cake that features velcro very heavily as both a decoration and a useful part. The white strips are velcro, as are the white polka dots. Velcro is attached to the back of each faux flower.
The flowers can then be moved around willy nilly, or removed completely for a different look.

This cake is kind of big. It measures 8" tall (10" to the top of the flowers) and the bottom layer is 9" diameter.

Chickenpants Limited prints are released every month in
editions of only 30.
They're printed on high quality photographic paper. It has a little white border to assist in framing.
They measure 5 x 7 inches (12.7 cm x 17.8 cm). Each one is signed and numbered by the artist (me!).
Each print is packaged securely in a plastic sleeve with a stiff cardboard backer, then shipped in a stiff mailer.

Snacks and Refreshments Cookbook - So Vintage It Hurts

Okay. So. We bought this house from a little old lady with a hoarding problem. And when she left, she left behind a LOT of stuff. Some of it horrible. Some of it awesome. And here, for your consumption/amusement is one of the finds.

Imagine my delight when we pulled this gem out of another box full of saved restaurant napkins, John Birch Society pamphlets, and broken odds & ends that had been saved forever.
Neon green cocktails! Shrimp pinned to a fish! Garnishes that appear to be made from Doritos! And that's just on the front cover.
Inside, you'll find such gems as Mock Pate de Fois Gras, Tiny Tuna Cream Puffs, Calico Tomato Cooler, Flapper Pudding...I could keep going.
Entertain/horrify friends and enemies alike!
Lavishly illustrated in colors that food should never be. (And black & white illustrations, too.)

The book measures 7" x 10" inches, and is 61 pages long. It was published in 1963. It's in really excellent shape, but it does have that vintage scent. Authentic!

Okay. So. We bought this house from a little old lady with a hoarding problem. And when she left, she left behind a LOT of stuff. Some of it horrible. Some of it awesome. And here, for your consumption/amusement is one of the finds.

Here's an adorable pattern for a little girl. It's marked as size 2, breast 21. The pattern is by Butterick.
It appears to have all the pieces, plus the instruction booklet. (Although piece #11 is also marked as piece #16...which is odd, as it claims to have only 13 pattern pieces.) The pattern is mostly cut, but in decent condition.

Fart Machine - Original Painting of a Flatulent Dog

Take one Corgi. Add a dash of (stolen) human food, a scoop of kibble. Let sit. Vapors should appear within an hour, stinking up the whole house.

This painting is part of an ongoing series all about dogs...and the terrible things they love to do.

This painting is the original. It is acrylic on wood, and it measures 4" x 4" (10.1 cm x 10.1 cm) total. It has a scalloped edge painted gold (instant frame!). The portrait part measures 3" x 3" (8.6 cm x 8.6 cm). It's unframed, but it has the aforementioned scalloped edge and a little hanging attachment on the back, so it is ready to hang.

Pug square painting on wood

This is one painting out of a series of four that I made of dog faces. Each one has scalloped edges that are painted gold. The face is outlined in either gold or silver leaf paint, depending on what I thought was right for the breed. And each one is completely unique.

This painting is acrylic on wood. It's unframed and it measures 6.75" x 6.75" including the scalloped edge which is painted gold. The actual picture part measures 5.75" by 5.75". It has a little fixture on the back, so it is ready to hang.

An art critic once described this particular piece as "a turnip on chicken legs". Which is actually a pretty good description.

It's painted with acrylics on heavy 140 lb. watercolor paper. The painting itself measures 5" x 7" inches (12.7 cm x 17.7 cm). It is framed and matted, which brings the grand measurement up to 8 1/8" across by 10 1/8" tall by 1/2" thick (20.6 cm x 25.7 cm x 1.2 cm).

The Chickenpants are natural tricksters, and they've long been pestering me to make them something to make getting away with mischief easier.
Introducing the perfect Chickenpants disguise- a mustache.
It's made of felt and embroidery floss, and comes in any color you'd like. It ties on in the back, as you can see in the last photo.

Each one is cut by hand without a pattern, so each one is going to be just a wee bit different.
They measure roughly 1.5" (3.8 cm) long, with a generous amount of embroidery floss attached to make tying not an ordeal.

Let me know in the "Message to Seller" portion of the checkout which color you'd like. The main color featured in these photos is blond, but they're also available in orange, black, white, blue, chartreuse...really, any color you'd like.

(And a word of the bleedin' obvious: No, the Chickenpants featured in the photos do not come with your stache. Unless you order them separately of course, in which case, I love you. The models are Celeste (#148) and Russ (#147). Doesn't Celeste look dashing in a stache?)

Luke Skywalkerpants dreams of adventures fighting for the good guys. But for now, he's got to get these droids cleaned up and finish his space chores. *sigh* And now to look wistfully at the two setting suns...

He is number 202 in the grand scheme of Chickenpants. (Meaning he was the 202nd one made) He was part of the Stitch Wars gallery show.

He measures approximately 7" inches tall (8" to the top of his hair) by 3" wide by 1" thick. (17.8 cm x 7.6 cm x 2.5cm)

He's made from super soft fleece, cotton, a hand made felt lightsaber, a ribbon belt with a button 'buckle', non allergenic polyfill, felt beak and wooden bead eyes.

Two bits of extra specialness went into this print-
1.) This is the first Chickenpants print to feature one of the other Absolutely Small creatures! It's somebody quite new from a line I'm calling the Jungle Pups. The one in the photo is my total favorite...since I can't quite bear to part with him, he's guarding my desk.
2.) The finish on this print is glossy. The overall effect is brighter, more saturated color, which I think suits this print very well indeed.

How much faster is Priority Mail? According to the USPS website, it only takes 2 business days. First Class Mail takes 3+ business days, Parcel Post (anything over 13 oz.) takes 7 business days. Yikes!
