· This quilt measures approximately 42" x 52" and is made with 100% cotton batik fabrics in 2 inch squares in a grid patchwork pattern of Spring greens, mahagony browns and cool blues. It is subtle accents with the chinese charcters of "Peace," "Moon," and "Star" in a slightly darker brown/black. The borders compliment by emphasizing the quality of the chinese charcters, but in a completely abstract way. This is quilt truely peaceful and cool. The batik fabrics allow the colors to ebb and flow like watercolor washes. It is quilted with variegated colored 100% cotton thread in a meandering pattern that mimics how water flows.

· My personal signature in the form of coordinating rosebuds inspired by origami folding art is attached to the bottom right corner of the quilt, and each quilt also comes with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.

· This completely quilted original creation is perfect for a baby crib, nursery wall, or for car trips, roll the quilt in a complementary neckroll pillow case made of muslin and coordinating grossgrain ribbon ties.

This quilt measures approximately 40"x50" and is made with 100% cotton fabrics. This quilt was inspired by the design concept for circle play and a desire to use my batiks, and additional fabrics in a different way then I have been. The result is an almost watercolor effect done with squares and triangles. The addition of stylized Leaves adds interest, as well as leaves quilted the border and the circular shapes in the background. This would make a perfect quilt for a baby or a little child's room, or even a wall hanging in that guest bedroom.

I was looking for somewhere to put my pins and needles the other day, and I realized that I that I didn't have a quick place the poke a couple of pins and my needles and that I really didn't have a safe place to put them in a bag so I could take my hand work from room to room or location to location.

So for all you crafters out there looking for something a little different I have come up with a new little needle book or pad if you will. It measures 4"x4" and is made of cotton fabrics and flannel which has batting sandwiched in the middle to give it a soft, yet sturdy enough appeal for putting those traveling pins and needles in a home. It comes with a ring attached to the back so you could hang it on the wall by your work station, or hook it to the inside of your purse if you are on the go. It is also adorned with a dimensional pansy for the decortive appeal and also makes it easy to spot.
