I was tired of using gross kitchen towels to protect my hands from the cold of my favorite pint of ice cream. Enter a cute cozy!

This one features a vintage fabric from my collection... a red feedsack with white and blue flowers. The cozy has a layer of thermal batting on the inside that reflects the cold back to the source... but it also works on hot things, so you can use it for a big thermos or mug too!

The back is warm charcoal gray fleece, so you won't have any condensation drips.

The cozy closes with a vintage green button and elastic so you always have a tight fit.

This one features bright red and cobalt blue prints from my vintage collection; the kelly green gingham is new. All of them together are so retro and fun! A loop of twill ribbon gives you a place to hang it. The back is thick, unbleached 100% cotton.

My potholders are quilted with a layer of thermal batting that reflects the heat back to the source, and it also works on cold items. Not for use in the microwave.

Fabric pattern placement is not exactly the same in duplicate potholders.

Fun totebag with quilted fabrics in pale aqua, green, pink, and bright red from the "Swell" line of fabrics by Urban Chiks for Moda. Body of the bag is thick, unbleached 100% cotton.

Inside lining is from a fabulous vintage tablecloth of roses and tulips in coordinating pink, red, and aqua. Back of bag features a rose applique from another vintage tablecloth.

Topstitching is done in pink; straps are doubled over on top for comfort on your shoulder and lined on the inside with vintage pink gingham.

Bag measures 12" tall and 13.5" wide; straps hang down 12" from top of shoulder.
