Near where I grew up in England, there is a street which looks beautiful in autumn as the leaves change from green to rich fall colors. Now that I'm in Southern California, I do miss the beauty of each season as it chages, so I rustled up these socks as something seasonal for my feet!

These are a cuff down sock incorporating a simple leafy lace design with both written instructions and charts. The yarn was custom designed for the pattern by Carissa Bonham of The Cupcake Factory, capturing the range of colors that inspired the design. Visit http://CarissaMarie.etsy.com.

This sweet collar was freehand crocheted with light openwork around the neck flowing into gentle ruffles around the collarbone. Three delicate wood button provide closure and although the button holes were created at the opening, they could be fastened into the openwork crochet if you desire a fit that is more snug. Wear it as an accent piece or under a jacket to add some warmth.

This is made from 100% soft Acrylic yarn, so can be machine washed and dried.

This is the perfect late summer day, captured from Venice Beach in Los Angeles. Jim Morrison of The Doors lived in Venice in 1965 and "Indian Summer" happens to be one of the first songs the band recorded.

I digitally altered my original photograph in the style of a lomo print. Lomography has unique characteristics including over-saturated colors, blurring, off-kilter exposure and vignettes.

Artemis is the goddess of the wilderness, the hunt and wild animals. She would often roam mountain forests, the colors and wild nature of which are captured in this yarn.

When a storm clears, the sky is rich with blues and purples, while the sun shines flecks of gold across the sky as it tries to peek out from behind the clouds.

That is the story that I am told by this yarn. It is a worsted weight 2-ply yarn from 100% soft and fluffy Merino wool. This was handspun on my drop spindle.

This is what I think you'd get if you mixed black cherries with maraschino cherries. Just top with whipped cream for a tasty dessert!

This yarn was recycled from a super soft merino wool sweater then dyed, using Kool Aid food coloring, and hand washed to ensure that it's colorfast and the kinks from recycling are relaxed.

Recycling yarn provides you with an eco friendly and truly unique project! Due to the recycling process, you may find the occasional stray thread in the yarn. There are no knots that I am aware of in this skein.
