Baby Squirrels in a Log with a Snail Friend

This listing is for a pillow of baby squirrels in a log with a little snail hanging out on top. It's a dye monoprint (no two are alike), printed on cream muslin, and then appliqued to a beautiful, gray, wool tweed. It was then sewed into a decorative pillow. There are also tiny, vintage, rhinestone buttons sewn on to the snail's eyes. Dye monoprints are a special process where I paint dyes on to a screen like a watercolor, wait for it to completely dry, and then print it with a thickener. They are very time consuming, yet the results are are worth the wait! These pillows look great on a couch or a special chair. They also look great on beds, a dresser or a bookshelf. The pillow's dimensions are 9.5" x 8" x 3.5".
