"Stormy Dusk" 12" X 14" wallhanging of purple, blue and stormy, batiks mixed with lavender and charcoal watercolors, all fabrics all cotton. Backed with batik of deep purple, green and brown hearts. Quilted with a silver and black shiny thread. Batting is classic cotton so hanging stays flat and holds shape.
Machine pieced and quilted. 3 small rings on back accomodate ordinary push pins so piece can be hung easily anywhere. Rings are low profile so piece can be used as a table topper. May be machine washed, dried and ironed warm. Unique, lovely and sturdy-- meant to be used and enjoyed for years!
