This smoke gray prism nearly shouted my name when I glaced by a shelf in my favorite vintage shop. Tucked away in a basket, hidden in a corner, I have no idea how I noticed it.

I took it home, and waited impatiently for my moonlit finished Swarovski crystals to arrive. Oddly, I had ordered them the day before finding the prism, and I just knew they'd be perfect.

I dug through my stash... this was going to be spectacular. I pulled smoke colored Czech firepolish beads out, found some gorgeous vintage clear crystal faceted beads, and put myself to work.

The finished piece is hung on a simple, yet sturdy, 16" sterling silver snake chain. The drop itself measures a dramatic 4" - a regular cleavage enhancer. A second, smaller prism is set at the top, with a 3mm silver freshwater pearl adding a subtle touch of elegance.

Soft, smoky and sexy. Thunder, rain and lightning! This piece is great for a sultry bride, or for a fabulous opening at the opera house.

Your piece will include the option of:
*5 - 9 strands of hand-wired freshwater pearls and/or crystal in your choice of colors
*white or ivory coque feathers, goose feathers and or marabou, stripped and plain
*antiqued gold or white enamel filigree base
*your choice of attachment (comb, alligator clip,or barrette.) Headbands are available at a minor additional charge.
*your choice of vintage bauble to "finish" the center

Additional options include multiple vintage components, hand-beaded flowers, and vintage millinery and/or ribbon and lace. If you desire to have these items included, I will provide a quote and invoice for the additional items.

Custom pieces generally have a two-week turnaround, unless additional materials/supplies need to be ordered. You will be notified of the timeline after you place your order. Timelines are based on prompt communication between you and me.

The charges include the additional time it takes to photograph and post your custom order in progress.
