Gossip Girl Crocheted Wrap Necklace

This piece is a very unusual lightweight, crocheted, wrap necklace. It is so sassy, tangled, fringed and frayed. It adds a lot of flair and personality to any look.

This piece was great fun to create. It's a one of a kind piece, hand crocheted and designed by yours truly.

This piece is made from black and beige cotton crochet thread. The long flags or ladders (I'll call them) are in no particular order but are all spaced out equally. I've added a few rows of black to the length of the piece and have added lots of black fringe. The fringe was cut to the longest flag length of the 2 it is between...whew...that sounds confusing.

This piece has a very tangle-y unorganized look, which I love. I think it looks great as a garland also. (Which sounds weird and crazy, I know.) So...I took a photo to show what it looks like.

This wrap necklace is one long piece quite like a scarf but smaller and way more lightweight. :) It measures: 56 inches (Or 142cm) There are 29 flags or ladders.

This makes a wonderful handmade gift for that gossip girl you know...or well maybe you are her....

Chocolate with Cream Crocheted Cluster Bracelet

This bracelet was made with a chocolate and cream variegated crochet thread. This is my own pattern, a one of a kind piece. It is most unique with it's clusters of cream in no particular pattern. My idea for this thread was to cluster the cream color together while leaving the brown/chocolate color for the length. This has turned out to be one of my favorite pieces so far.

The bracelet measures: Almost 7 3/4 inches in length. (It has a little stretch, and will stretch to 8 inches) It is approx. 1 3/8 inches wide. This is approx. because it doesn't have an even edge. (Or 19,6cm x 3,4cm)

The bracelet closes with 3 small snaps.

100% cotton, combed, mercerized, singed crochet thread. Size 20 thread using a 8/1.50mm hook.

Original acrylic painting. And is varnished for protection for years to come. My vision was for this to have a smokey multi-layered, hilly look with many shades of grey, black and white. And I wanted the brightest red I could find for the flowers so they would really pop out on this smokey background. I've drawn detail on the red part of each flower so each one is different from the others. This painting has my signature on the right side of the painting (not to be seen from the front). This is made on gallery wrapped canvas. It is a thick canvas, the depth of it is 1 5/8 inches or 4 1/2 cm. Canvas has been stapled on the back of frame, no staples showing on the sides.

This painting is very bright and fun. This is ready to hang...sides of canvas are painted or it could be framed if you like.

The last photo here I cropped very close to show the detail. Although, the color is more true in the previous photo's.

I have used a light, soft super, light periwinkle with a little yellow and tan, brown and white colors. Here is a dozen flowers that will live forever. The tan-ish flowers have many details, each one is unique. Their centers are tan and burgundy in color. The stems are also very detailed, the same stems I've done in a few of my other paintings. The texture in the sky looks a bit like icing. My signature is hidden on the right bottom side of the painting (not to be seen from the front). This is made on gallery wrapped canvas. This necklace was made with a chocolate and cream variegated crochet thread. This is my own pattern, a one of a kind piece. This is a free form crocheted piece. It is most unique with it's clusters of brown in no particular pattern. My idea for this thread was to cluster the chocolate color together while leaving the cream color for the length. This has turned out to be one of my favorite pieces so far.

The necklace is adjustable and will fit any size neck. The crocheted part measures: 13 1/4 inches in length. (Or 33,5cm) The necklace measures 40 1/4 (Or 102cm) with the brown and cream spotted ribbon. At the widest point of the crocheted part it measures 1 1/2 inches.

100% cotton, combed, mercerized, singed crochet thread. Size 20 thread using a 8/1.50mm hook.

Crocheted Bracelet with Vintage Lace, Chocolate, Cream and Taupe On Sale

This bracelet is crocheted using a 7/1.65mm hook in Cotton crochet thread. Beautiful earthy colors of chocolate, taupe and cream. This bracelet is lined and hand stitched in a cotton printed fabric. The vintage lace piece is used here for the gorgeous edging. Then it was finished with these fabulous vintage buttons. I've crowded 6 of them into a small space on the end, each one is different and all but one of them is metal.

These buttons have been waiting in my button tin for just the right project, they are from an antique store that used to be in our town. They are interesting motifs, crests, shields etc...one is dotted and the other is striped... they all look antique brass in color.

There are 3 hidden snaps under the buttons. These snaps could be moved to make the bracelet a little larger, if you would like these snaps moved just let me know...it would add 1/2 an inch to the length.

As the bracelet is right now it measures 7 inches from snap to snap. (Or 17,6cm) The total measurement of the bracelet from lace edge to lace edge is 8 1/2 inches. (21,5cm)

Lately I've been seeing many things made out of vintage neckties, dresses, skirts, headbands, bracelets and brooches. While at an auction over the weekend with a friend I found many vintage neckties in beautiful fall colors. I love mixing the ties with feathers and vintage buttons.

This brooch has a layered look. It has 2 stacked, vintage buttons in blue and chocolate, a spotted feather, coordinating fabric pieces, one blue and one chocolate brown (with raw edges) and 2 vintage tie pieces in navy with a cream dot and blue with white and red dots, also white tulle and light golden tulle and medium blue satin folded ribbon.

This brooch looks great on a jacket, coat, dress, bag, sweater, scarf or hat. Recently, a fellow Etsian wrote and suggested these pins/brooches could also make a groom's boutonniere. I think she had a great idea...the pins are very unisex.

Olive and Black Ruffled Crocheted Necklace

This necklace is made up of 14 layered ruffles in alternating colors of black and olive green. This necklace is 14 1/2 inches in length and will fit neck sizes 14 inches or smaller. This necklace is adjustable, it has 2 buttonholes. If you need this necklace a little larger please let me know, I can easily add another button hole at no additional charge.

This necklace is my own design/pattern and has many hours of love in it. Although this necklace is a little irregular, an avid crocheter would notice that the ruffles are inverted. I noticed this a few rows into the ruffles but thought that it didn't take away from the beauty of the necklace. But I am selling this necklace for a bit less for this reason. I would normally sell it for $64. but because of the inverted ruffles it is $54.

This necklace closes with a vintage black button.

Vintage Necktie Garland

This vintage tie garland was a lot of fun to create. I recently found many vintage ties at an auction in these beautiful fall colors. I thought they looked cool altogether so I decided to make a garland out of them. This garland measures approx: 109 inches, a little over 9 feet.

This garland has many colors of brown, tan, green, blue, red, white, salmon, cream and rust. The tie pieces are sewn onto a long brown grosgrain ribbon with a beautiful light brown fabric behind the ribbon. This fabric has raw edges.

All but one of the vintage ties are silk with the other being a polyester fabric. A few of the tie pieces are the actual end of the tie but most of them are cut pieces that are made to look like the end of the ties.

This garland would look great hanging as a decoration for Thanksgiving or Christmas on your fireplace mantle or Christmas tree. I also think it would look great hanging in an office. Another idea I thought of was a place to hang your tie tacks, if you had a bunch of them. There are 17 tie pieces in 7 different patterns.

The vintage ties have been freshly laundered.

Fern, The Brooch

Fern is lovely with her long white feathers and little white beak. So lovely, I thought she should be a unusual little brooch. Fern, herself, is 3 1/4 inches long and an 1 1/2 tall. The total length of the brooch is 5 1/2 inches and 2 1/4 inches high.

She sits among lovely silk fabric in light olive and sand colors, vintage lace in beige, light golden tulle, and small checked green and ivory wired ribbon and small brown and ivory checked ribbon.

A pin is sewn to the back. She looks great on your bag, sweater, jacket or coat. She also happy sitting in your house.

Fern is a little delicate but very stuck in her brooch home with hot glue. :)

This little doily has crazy tiny stitches! It also has every bit the work of a larger doily, with more than 3 hours of time. Suitable for framing. Or to use with a teeny tiny tea (or coffee) party set. The doily is only 3 3/8 inches (Or 8,5cm) around and has hundreds of absolutely tiny stitches. Those of you who wear bifocals (me included) may want to get them for a closer look heehee...

The crochet needle used here is US10/1.15mm, using 10g cotton crochet thread.

Random Rectangle Crocheted Necklace in Beige and Black

This necklace is a one of a kind original, using my own pattern.

It consists of 16 rectangles. These rectangles measure 1 3/4 inches by 3/4 inches. (Or 4,4cm x almost 2 cm) The total length of the necklace from button to buttonhole is 21 1/2 inches. (Or 54,5cm)

This piece has been one of the most challenging and time consuming creations thus far, but it has been worth the challenge for me because it really turned out like my vision. The thought was to create a shadow effect by using black down two sides of the rectangle and on the connecting chains.

Also used here is a cool black and white dotted button.

This piece also looks great hanging on the wall horizontally.

This lace centerpiece is a collection of my hand crocheted doilies. I love the thought of doing something different with an old look. Each doily here was made with 50g 100% baumwolle/cotton thread using US10/1.15mm and 7/1.65mm hooks. This piece measures approx. 31 inches long and 12 inches wide. It makes a lovely conversation piece for your dining room table, buffet or sofa table etc.

This piece is a collection of 9 newly created doilies (Crocheted by me-Monicaj) loosely tied together using strips of old lace, trim and ribbon.

The 9 doily measurements are:
3 1/8 inches (or 7,9cm)
3 3/4 (9,5cm)
4 3/8 (11cm)
4 1/2 (11,4cm)
4 7/8 (12,3cm)
5 3/4 (14,5cm)

with the largest being 9 inches.

This bracelet is made with silk and bamboo yarn in ivory and also teal and taupe cotton crochet thread. The big, vintage caramel/taupe button here is just for looks. The enclosure for this bracelet is a big hidden snap in the back. (Under the button) This is my own pattern and the only bracelet of its kind.

The overall measurement for this bracelet is a little over 1 1/8 inches wide (or 2,8cm) and 8 inches long. (or 20,3 cm) This yarn has a bit of stretch to it. Although, it is important to note that the fitting measurement for the bracelet is 7 1/8 inches because the hidden snap takes up some of the total length.

Made from 70% Bamboo/30% Silk. Also made with Cotton crochet thread.

This yarn has a FSC label stating: Mixed Sources, product group from well-managed forests, controlled sources and recycled wood or fiber. Eco-friendly.

This bracelet is a little similar to my "Beyond Obsession Bracelet", it has a similar fluffy look with the difference being cut fabric strips instead of the lace design. This bracelet is made with silk and bamboo yarn in ivory and the strips of fabric are cotton. I have also added a black velvet button in the center and some black eyelash trim. As I was creating this bracelet, I thought it looked like it was missing something and after a while experimenting with different trims and lace, I decided that this eyelash trim added just the touch I was looking for. The button here is just for looks. The enclosure for this bracelet is a hidden snap in the back. This is my own pattern and the only bracelet of its kind.

This bracelet is a little over 5/8 of an inch wide (or 1,5cm) and 7 1/8 inches long. (or 18 cm) This yarn has a bit of stretch to it.

Made from 70% Bamboo/30% Silk.

I've chosen a beautiful deep chocolate and teal cotton crochet threads. And created 5 tiny, little, intricate flowers with beaded centers. The beads are two different shades of brown.

Lately, I've been having a lot of fun designing and crocheting these tiny little brooches. The crochet needle is the smallest one at US10/1.15mm. This one is 3D with a flower looking design in the center, this cream colored circle is 1/4 inch high with a very tiny taupe ruffled edge. This sits on a light pink background with taupe surrounding the pink and cream surrounding the taupe. Wow, that sounds a bit confusing. I've sewn this to a pale pink cotton fabric with a lovely raw edge. This has a pin sewn to the back.

This would look great pinned to a bag, clutch, purse, or a sweater, shirt or jacket.

Embroidered Butterfly Apron with Vintage Crochet and Tatting

Recycling, repurposing, reusing is what this apron is all about... a collection of vintage pieces made into a darling apron.

This apron is my second creation from the gorgeous vintage finds I have purchased recently with some pieces of table linens I have been collecting for a few years.

One vintage table linen has been used for the outer edge of the apron, it is cream with an orange edge. Another embroidered piece has been used for the butterfly pockets and the ties of the apron. The main part of the apron is yellow cotton with a striped yellow cotton fabric as a double pocket. This couldn't be complete without a gorgeous (1 7/8 inch) crocheted lace piece along the bottom and a very unusual (1 inch) tatted lace piece (handstitched) at the top. This is a pattern of tatting I had not seen before, very cool and crazy looking.

A wonderful gift for the gourmet cook in the family or for your summer entertaining.

The pieces used here are in fantastic condition, one tiny mark on the underneath side in the seam under the tie is the only visible mark I could find on these lovely vintage pieces. The apron measures 15 inches by 25 3/4 inches wide with the ties measuring 30 inches each. (Measurements in cm's 38 or 65,2)

While in Indiana on vacation I went with my sisters, Mom and nieces to our favorite antique shop. It is there I found the most beautiful vintage tablecloths and pillowcases with absolutely gorgeous tatted edges. I was a little nervous to cut them, but I took a deep breath and thought to myself...*this is why I bought them to make things out of them*, (recycle, repurpose, reuse) still it was difficult.

My thoughts were to make skirts and possibly dresses but then aprons would be so nice also...oh so many ideas. Anyway, this is my first creation from the gorgeous vintage finds...a tablecloth pillowcase apron!

The vintage tablecloth has been used for the pocket of the apron and the ties. The pillowcase with the tatted edge has been used for the main part of the apron.

A wonderful gift for the gourmet cook in the family, or maybe if you just want to look like you know what you're doing in the kitchen heehee.

The pieces used here are in fantastic condition, no marks or stains visible. And the tatting it's in amazing condition! It is 2 inches wide. While in Indiana on vacation I went with my sisters, Mom and nieces to our favorite antique shop. I was a little nervous to cut them, but I took a deep breath and thought to myself...*this is why I bought them*, (recycle, repurpose, reuse) still it was difficult.

My thoughts were to make skirts and possibly dresses but then aprons would be so nice also...oh so many ideas. While cutting out more aprons today I found myself with a piece of vintage tablecloth fabric just the right size for a pretty bracelet, it's the first tablecloth bracelet I've made.

The vintage tablecloth bracelet is accented with vintage tatting of light blue, a piece of cream vintage lace under the button, and the button of light blue from my collection of old buttons. This button matches the tatting so well. There are 3 hidden snaps...the button is just for looks.

This bracelet measures 8 1/2 inches altogther from end to end. *****It is important to note***** however that the bracelet measures 7 7/8 inches (19,9cm) from the middle of the snaps on both ends.

I really love making my own rules when it comes to crocheting...this is total crocheting freedom which I love. This has no pattern, it just comes from my inner most thoughts.

This crochet needle is the smallest one at US10/1.15mm.

This bracelet has sweet little ruffled edges of cream, taupe, light pink and chocolate brown. I've sewn in some tiny strips of thin, pale pink cotton fabric because I made the rules, heehee. This bracelet is accented with a lacy button, which is just for looks. There is a hidden snap underneath the button.

This crocheted bracelet is quite a conversation piece. Mostly, my thoughts while designing this piece was beauty that is mostly unseen like the floor of the ocean in a cute, 3D, ruffled floral sense. shew...that sounds totally weird...Crocheting gives one a lot of time to think.....heehee

This bracelet is very intricate, a one of a kind piece with my own pattern. I may make another one similar but it won't be exactly the same.

Beautiful Big Buttons, Crocheted Bracelet

This bracelet started with the gorgeous buttons. They are one of my most favorite finds, inside a jar of vintage buttons I purchased recently. I knew when I saw them I wanted find a fun use for them. This bracelet is the result. It's my own pattern and the only bracelet of its kind.

It ended up looking quite tribal. I've used an ecru/cream cotton crochet thread and a (loosely sewn) black trim to outline the edges. This bracelet is made with a teeny tiny crochet hook (US10/1,15mm)....with rows and rows very small stitches and one big buttonhole.

This bracelet is 1 1/2 inches wide (or approx. 3 3/4 cm). And approx 7 1/8 inches long. (or approx. 18 cm) This bracelet will fit wrist sizes approx.5 1/2 to 7 1/8 inches.

The colors in the buttons are amazing...cream, black, brown, coffee, toffee with swirls of goodness. The buttons themselves are large approx. 1 1/8 inches around.

Intricate Stitches Freeform Crocheted Bracelet, One of a Kind

A piece of wearable art from the present and past.
I love combining new with vintage, so I've taken a beautiful piece of vintage lace and vintage pearl buttons and attached them to a newly crocheted bracelet of my own creation.

Some of my bracelets are similar but no two are alike, I like making the pattern as I go. I love this process because it is challenging.

This bracelet is made up of 4 different colors of crochet thread, using 2 different crochet hooks. 7/1.65mm and the barely visable hook 10/1.15mm. I have 3 very intricate ruffles, 2 teal and one in cream with the top edge of the bracelet having a picot edge of dark taupe (milk chocolate color).

This bracelet measure approx. 6 3/4 inches in length (17 cm)and has a little bit of stretch to it.

The buttons are just for looks, the bracelet closes with 3 small hidden snaps. This bracelet has many hours of love.

Romantic Pale Pink Fringe Crocheted Necklace with Fabric and Tulle

Handmade ooak, using my own pattern.

This necklace is made with the palest pink strips of cotton fabric and 3 shades of baby tulle. The pale tulle shades are white, pale pink and pale gold. This tulle has a bit of sparkle to it. I have tested the tulle around my neck and it is not the itchy kind...maybe a be ticklish but not itchy.

This necklace is....romantic, girl-y, unique, very frazzled and frayed and totally cool with lovely raw edges.

The necklace has been crocheted using 100% cotton crochet thread in cream.

This necklace measures 16 inches in length. It has a button closure. (Or 40,5cm) The longest piece of fringe measures 7 1/2 inches.

This is the very moment when she (Mom) gazed off. It seems that is when the most amazing trick happens. Captured here is that very moment...in crazy bird form.

Only the word "Celebrate" is stamped on the card though. I thought the story behind the artwork was a little too long for the card. The inside of the card is blank. These cards are embellished with ribbon and raised hearts.

Handmade, one of a kind (ooak), using my own pattern.

This necklace is made with vintage linens, a piece of fabric really with a pretty little scalloped edge that I just loved and wanted to create something new with it. Something this dainty and darling just can't be tucked in a drawer right?

I love cutting strips of vintage goodies and incorporating them into something interesting and unique.

This necklace is that....very different, very frazzled and frayed and totally cool with lovely raw edges.

I started by crocheting a little necklace with a picot edge and piecing the fabric with the crochet hook, making a fabulous multi-layered neck piece.

I absolutely can not wait to create more! It was so much fun.

This necklace measures 16 5/8 inches in length. It has a button closure. (Or 42,1cm)

This necklace is crocheted and made up of layers and layers of cut vintage lace. It seems to go with everything and punches up any outfit. This necklace is OOAK, my own pattern. The lace pieces were worked into the rows of stitches while crocheting the piece. It also has 6 crocheted chains with lace pieces on the ends. Made with 100% cotton yarn. This necklace measures 18 1/2 inches around and has snaps for closure. I have added and extra snap so it can be a bit adjustable.

It is a gorgeous creamy color, with amazing cut vintage lace. All of the lace is of the same design.

Baby Tuxedo Dress

OOAK. I like the look of a big ruffle down the middle of the dress, so I made a wide ruffle with a double row of gathering. I sewed it kind of flat so it won't be flipping everywhere, then put loads of vintage buttons for fun. Every girl needs a little animal print in her wardrobe right? Although, I am not sure what animal this might be. ?

I have used all new materials on this dress, except the buttons. The dress material is super soft suede feeling material, although it is not suede. I would say it's the color of light milk chocolate. It has a slight stretch to it. The colors in this wide ruffle are cream, deep chocolate brown, gray and tan. The ruffle is a very unusual fabulous print, such a must-have for me. The ruffle material is the same type of fabric as the dress. The inside bodice is lined with the same light milk chocolate material. Finished with 2 vintage buttons from my collection at the shoulder enclosure.

Okay, the size...It's approx. 3 to 6 months. I will give you the exact measurements so you'll know if it will fit your precious little one this fall/winter. You know it will look so cute on her...

From the shoulder to the hem it measures approx.: 15 inches (approx. 38 cm). Under the armhole (around the chest)it measures approx. 22 inches (56 cm) around. The armhole opening is approx. 10 inches around. The widest point at the bottom is approx. 32 inches around or (81 cm).

Wash in cold, lay flat to dry. Cool iron if needed. Caution this fabric will scorch easily with a hot iron.

This is a one of a kind. This amazing button I've been saving for just the right project, it's gorgeous and has a bit of patina on it. A big highlight of the dress, I think.

This necklace is super fun and flirty. Using my own pattern, I concocted a fringe-y conversation piece for your neck. This necklace is made from cotton crochet thread in soft brown (taupe) no.20/25g. This necklace is very intricate and lightweight.

This piece measures: 18 inches in length (Or 45,6cm) It has a small striped soft brown and tan button for closure. The longest piece of fringe measures 1 5/8 inches.

I've had it in my mind lately to create a crocheted bracelet with random popcornballs on it and then thought it would be even better if I painted the popcorn to match the amazing big gray vintage button. This bracelet is my own pattern, a OOAK.

I have a love for crackled looking buttons. And once again I created the bracelet around the buttons. I love the color differences in the buttons and that they are different for one another. This is my pattern and the only bracelet of its kind.

This Bracelet is also painted with acrylic paint, which gives it a totally different look and shows the details of the stitches and the buttons.

It looks quite earthy/tribal looking. I've used an ecru/cream cotton crochet thread. The buttons are cream with black detail on the front and black on the back.

Original painting is done in acrylics. This painting has been on my mind for a while. I work a lot with lace (new, vintage, crocheted, and tatting) and for some time now thought I would like to create a painting including bits of lace. This lace is very aged (some of my very favorite pieces) and are very intricate. The lace has been sewn onto the canvas. The texture was created with lace pressed into flexible modeling paste. After a drying time painted with many shades from white to cream, meringue, pale pinks, light pink, salmon, tan, tiny bits of gold, milk chocolate and deep chocolate brown. This is made on gallery wrapped canvas. It is a thick canvas, the depth of it is 1 5/8 inches or 4 1/2 cm. Canvas has been stapled on the back of frame, no staples showing on the sides.

This painting is ready to hang...sides of canvas are painted.

Please let me know if you would like more photo's of this painting, I would be glad to send you more views. I've tried to show this painting in different types of light, the last 2 photos were taken in direct sunlight.

Beyond Obsession Freeform Crocheted Bracelet

It started with a box of vintage lace I found (and purchased) at the Quartz Mountain Wild Flower Festival...it was an exciting find! My mind immediately left the room and surroundings and concocted many things to make from this lace. Thinking of patterns, stitches, colors etc...

This bracelet is the result. It's my own pattern and the only bracelet of its kind.

It's super fluffy...with rows and rows of cut old lace. Rather hard to describe but here goes: First I crocheted the bracelet making my pattern up as I went. I made open stitches so I could have room to tie the lace with mostly lots of double crocheting, picking up just the back stitch to give it a different look. Then I starched it. I cut strips and strips of the lovely vintage lace. I've used 7 different types of vintage lace. Then I tied them individually, yes I am nuts. These steps took billions of hours (maybe a slight exaggeration). Then I added three vintage buttons. And days later...whaa laa...finished! I love using very old and very new together, it makes me happy.

This bracelet is nearly 2 inches wide (or approx. 5 1/2 cm). And approx 7 1/4 inches long. (or approx. 18 cm) This will fit wrist sizes approx.5 1/2 to 7 1/4 inches. It has a bit of stretch to it.
Made from ercu/cream cotton crochet thread.

The colors of this aged lace are amazing...very light salmon, light coffee, cream and the palest of pinks.
Handle with care.

A new obsession of mine is drawing with the sewing machine. This is similar to a drawing of a baby dress I drew about a year ago only this one is in thread. The top of the dress is made to look like smocking. The skirt of the dress has a piece of vintage super intricate netting. This collage is made up of layers fabrics, a vintage lace edge and black intricate trim. Drawn with black thread.

This work has a ribbon hanger on the back and measures 5 1/2 inches in width x 6 1/4.

I started with intricately crocheting the red center and then added ecru/cream petals (ruffled edge), added a intricate flower brad with a red sparkle center and then for the fun part of picking out the ribbon. I've been collecting ribbons for quite some time and the widest ribbon here is black silk with vines of goldish/celery leaves and little red flowers. I've layered it with a red gingham ribbon and then again with a beautiful black organza ribbon. The pin is sewn on the back, pictured here. And the edges of the ribbons are fray checked to keep them from raveling.

I love things that are one of a kind (ooak) and this is surely that... add it to a handbag or jacket or whatever you like to add that unique touch.

The flower measures 2 1/4 inches around and the length of this brooch is 4 1/4 inches.

Here are 3 different types of vintage lace, stacked on top of each other and sewn and tied onto each card with taupe cotton crochet thread. Each card has small differences but they are made with the same materials. The cardstock is beautiful apricot in color.

Damselfly, Bee and Butterflies Beaded Creatures

I dug deep in my closet to find my pattern book to make these little beaded creatures. I like to put them on top of small gifts or make cards out of them. You can also use them for scrapbooking. While I was making a supply for myself I thought...hmm...maybe you all would like them too.

So, here are 5 newly hatched little flying creatures. Are they hatched?? Do they fly?? No, but if you hang them in the window they might look as if they are flying.

They are small, teeny...tiny! You will receive 3 butterfies, one damselfly and one bee. Oh ouch I think it just stung me...

These rings were cut from the hem of a beloved skirt. The tiny plaid fabric has beautiful colors of olive, brown, burgandy and cream. Handsewn to these hem rings is a tiny tatted trim in cream.

This listing is for one ring, you choose which one. The rings are $9.00 each or 2-$15 or 3 for $22.

There are 2 different sizes. I have two size 8's (approx) and one size 10-10 1/2 (approx.) These rings are 1 inch wide. (2,5 cm)

I have them numbered in the last photo.
#1 is the largest ring size 10-10 1/2.
#2 and #3 are around a size 8.

Also #3 ring has a slightly different tatted edge.

This bracelet was cut from the waistband of a beloved skirt. The tiny plaid fabric has beautiful colors of olive, brown, burgandy and cream. I left two, double belt loops for originality. Added just for looks are two striped buttons of deep brown and tan. There are 3 hidden snaps underneath. Also handsewn to this belt loop bracelet is tiny tatted trim in cream.

This bracelet measures 7 7/8 inches from end to end. Important to note however, that the wearable measurement of the bracelet is approx. 5 1/2 to 7 1/4 inches. (Or 14cm to 18,3cm)

The hat is made with fluffy cranberry yarn. The double picot ruffle is made from cream crocheted thread. This hat has a unique little circle design on one side of the hat made from 2 different fabrics, one cream and the other a floral. (In the same color family as the cranberry yarn.)
