A simple yet stunning piece that can be worn time and time again. Beautiful shades of lavender with creams and blues floating in a captivating shape. The beautiful glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. Pure borosilicate glass created by hand, no presses were used to create this unique piece. The beautiful shape craeates so much depth and shine.

The glass bead is finished with solid sterling silver wire wrapped for a pretty and elegant touch. Clusters of purple amethyst, faceted lolite and faceted ametrine compliment the glass bead beautifully. The focal bead hangs from a 16 inch solid sterling silver neck wire. Focal drops down about 2 inches from the center. The glass bead is flat on the reverse side so it lays nicely against the chest.

The ADONIA Earrings

Adonia a fitting name for a beautiful goddess. These earrings are just that... so rich, feminine and luxurious.

The glass lampwork beads (the jewels) featured in these earrings were handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful pale lime green with spatters of rust and shimmering dichroic pink dispersed throughout. Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in a very thin gauge sterling silver wire.

The top and bottom of the beads have been wrapped with small shiny sterling silver Thai beads. At the bottom are rich clusters of beautiful, sparkling and faceted songea sapphire briolettes, faceted beer quartz rondelles and in the middle a large AAA faceted oro verde quartz briolette. Each tiny songea sapphire has been wrapped onto a fine sterling chain using sterling headpins. These earrings were definitely a labor of love but well worth the wait.

Earrings hang from solid sterling silver lever back earrings and drop down 1.5 inches from the base of the lever earrings.

A TREASURE of THE RED SEA Bracelet

As a scuba diver I am always intrigued by the ocean and its beautiful living creatures. This bracelet was designed with the magnificent rich colors of the Red Sea in mind. Although I haven't yet been diving in this magical place, it is on my list!

There are four diamond faceted glass lampwork beads handmade by me in the flame. These beads turned out incredible (if I do say so myself). :) The colors are rich emerald green and sapphire blue with speckles of blue dichroic glass that shimmer from depths (like the sea). I wish my camera could have captured the colors in these beads better then it did.

As a center focal I have created a round wire coiled of sterling silver fine gauge wire with tiny faceted sparkling apatite and green aventurine rondelles and in the center a beautiful shimmering faceted apatite onion briolette.

Between each glass bead is a pale natural Peruvian Opal faceted nugget bead. The pale natural color of these Peruvian Opals really set off the intense colors in the glass beads. Clustered between each connection are faceted deep aqua blue apatite and deep rich green aventurine rondelles along with smooth blue fluorite all wrapped on hand forged sterling silver head pins.

The bracelet is finished with a beautiful solid sterling silver fancy gem clasp. The bracelet will look beautiful no matter what side it hangs from!

All silver has been oxidized to set off the rich gem colors and to add to the mystery of this piece. The bracelet measures a little over 8 inches so it will best fit 7-8 inch wrist. This one of a kind glass butterful was handmade by me in the flame. Captivating wings of purple layered upon each other for a striking effect. This piece was created completely by free-form, no presses were used to create this butterfly.

Butterfly has been wire wrapped onto a sterling silver bail and dropping below is a beautiful AAA faceted pink amethyst briolette wrapped in solid sterling sivler wire. This butterfly measures a little over 2 inches in length (including the briolette) and about 1.75 inches in width (at its widest point).

This sweet butterfly hangs from a 18 inch solid sterling silver rolo chain. The WHISPERS Earrings

I was inspired by these beautiful rich colors of pale sky blue and browns of the glass lampwork beads. The glass lampwork beads featured in these earrings were handmade by me. Mocha and shimmering gold dichroic glass are softly layered across a pale sky blue base and coated in clear for so much depth and beauty.

Each bead is wrapped in very fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom of each bead are beautiful faceted apatite roundelles. Cascading below each bead is a trundle of grade AAA gems! On the right and left are glowing, faceted aqua blue chalcedony briolettes. Dropping down at the very bottom center are stunning smooth cognac quartz briolettes. Clustered around the main gems are stunning faceted aquamarine briolettes, faceted beer quartz roundelles, and faceted apatite rondelles.

The earrings drop down 1.75 inches from the base of solid sterling silver tear drop french wires. I am in love with these colors and the earrings will make you feel very glamorous!

A MIDSUMMER NIGHT Necklace

Truly a romantic piece! The glass lampwork floral focal was handmade by me in the flame. So thrilled with the way this flower came out. Rich shades of yellow and red with a glowing center.

The glass flower has been wrapped onto a diamond shaped solid sterling silver base along with lemon quartz and crimson red garnet rondelles. Along the outer edge are loops of solid sterling silver wire to give this piece a lacy and delicate look. Dropping from the bottom is a large smooth glowing lemon quartz briolette.

The necklace is all hand wrapped and made purely from scratch. Along the necklace itself are rich large faceted spiral cut butter lemon quartz and large creamy white freshwater keshi pearls. Clustered between each section are creamy beige freshwater pearls and tiny faceted crimson red garnet rondelles.

All wire used to create this necklace is solid sterling silver. All wire has been oxidized to give this necklace a very feminine and romantic look. Necklace measures 19 inches and fastens with a lovely solid sterling silver toggle clasp. Center focal drops down another 3.5 inches from the center of the necklace. Rich romantic design for those midsummer nights! :)

The BLUE LAGOON Earrings

When you look deep inside these beads you will see a blue lagoon. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Varying shades of deep and light blue create the background, while specks of shimmering dichroic glass float suspended in a transparent top coat.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in a very fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom of each glass bead are faceted moonstone rondelles wrapped tightly in fine sterling wire. Cascading below and center are large faceted long moonstone briolettes. On either side are some stunning faceted deep blue kyanite briolettes.

Clustered amongst the moonstone and kyanite briolettes are freshwater keshi pearls, faceted aquamarine briolettes deep blue faceted kyanite rondelles and faceted moonstone rondelles with loads of blue flash. The earrings hang from fancy sterling silver hoop style lever backs and drop down about 1.25 inches from the base of the ear hoops.

Magical shades of turquoise and browns create the most romantic and elegant heart necklace! The glass heart was handmade by me in the flame. This heart is a base of beautiful turqouise with specks of brown and shimmering gold dichroic floating suspended in a clear coat.

The glass heart focal has been wrapped with gold filled wire and a pretty coiled bail. Wrapped on top of the gorgeous heart focal are the prettiest faceted light and deep aqua blue apatite, mystic green topaz and beer quartz. Flowing below this heart are strands of gold filled chain spattered with more beautiful aqua blue apatite and stunning champagne citrine briolettes.

The heart measures about 1 inch in length and width. Including the bail and the beautiful strands of chain the focal hangs down about 4.5 inches from the center of the gold filled snake chain. Delicate and stunning... these earrings will take you from day into evening in the utmost class. The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. Pretty soft shades of cream, pale mint green and pale soft pink floating in a cloud of pastels.

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom with solid sterling silver chain using very fine gauge sterling silver wire. A very intricate process well worth the labor intensity. At the top and bottom are beautiful faceted moonstone rondelles with tons of sparkle. An amazing work of art!!!! This glass focal is stunning and will certainly be a conversation piece. The beautiful glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. My signature earrings in some lovely shades of Fall colors. The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful shades of amber and cream adorned with deep brown flecks of frit. In the sunlight you can see the beautiful bubbling of the frit below the transparent clear glass. Such a pretty effect!

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom with very fine gauge gold filled wire. At the top and bottom are beautiful faceted citrines with tons of sparkle. A stunning conversation piece! This glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful turquoise, shimmering dichroic and gold leaf coated in a clear top coat for much depth and shine.

The frame of the necklace is hand forged gold filled wire hammered and then wrapped in a fine gold filled wire for a lovely and feminine look. Along the pretty swirling frame is the most beautiful and complimentary combination of gemstones including; smooth labradorite, green amethyst, lemon quartz and chrysoprase. Dropping below the glass focal is a stunning and large faceted lemon quartz briolette.

Delightful, elegant and charming all rolled into these lovely Josephine earrings. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Deep sapphire blue, aquamarine blue and spots of silver foil all floating on a puffy white and shimmering dichroic background. These beads have so much depth and such beautiful shades of blue.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in very fine gauge solid sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom center faceted moonstone rondelles have been wrapped to finish the beads. Dropping from above and below is a cluster of beautiful gemstones.

Asymmetric necklace very rich in texture and sparkles. :) The focal center is a base of sterling silver hand shaped and hammered flat. This pretty swirl shape was then wrapped with many feet of solid sterling silver wire in a very fine gauge. Finally a second wrap was made on top to encrust gems along the top portion. Gems include: faceted checker cut citrine briolettes, faceted large pink amethyst onion briolettes, rose pink quartz faceted onion and checker cut teardrop briolettes, faceted rhodolite rondelles, faceted pink tourmaline rondelles, faceted pink opal teardrop briolettes, faceted pink rose quartz rondelles, and faceted citrine rondelles. Dropping down at the very bottom is a gorgeous faceted citrine twist briolette.

Along each side of the necklace to the right is a large cluster of the same gorgeous gems capped by a smooth pink amethyst nugget. Weaving in and out between these gems are my handmade glass lampwork beads. These are a pretty faceted diamond shape capped with solid sterling silver end caps. The beads are a very pretty combination of pink, transparent amber and a touch of lavender. The faceted edges really catch the light beautifully. The end of the necklace is finished with a fancy solid sterling silver toggle clasp and more of the smooth pink amethyst nuggets.

Captivating shades of blue create a very romantic heart necklace! The glass heart was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. Pure borosilicate glass and no presses were used to create this heart, only gravity and tools of the trade.

The glass heart focal has been wrapped with solid sterling silver wire and a pretty coiled bail. Wrapped on top and clustered below the heart are pretty faceted blue topaz and lolite marquise, faceted glowing moonstone and tiny fresh water pearls. Dropping at the very bottom is a stunning slate blue quartz twist briolette. The colors are absolutely dreamy together.

A dreamy combination of reds and yellows with just enough glitz and glamor. This glass lampwork flower focal was handmade by me in the flame. Rich vibrant shades of red and glowing yellow make this flower pop.. along with a touch of my favorite shimmering dichroic glass.

This necklace is intended to be worn as more of a choker style so the flower sits up high and can be seen well. The necklace is handmade by me of solid sterling silver and beautiful gemstones to compliment the flower. Alternating along the handmade necklace strand are beautiful deep rich cranberry red faceted chalcedony briolettes and faceted sparkling rutilated qartz nuggets. The rutilated quartz nuggets have been wrapped from top to bottom in two strands of sterling silver wire for an added touch of detail. Shimmering pale yellow oro verde quartz onion briolettes have been added along the bottom portion of the necklace for added color and movement.

This necklace is adjustable between 16-19 inches in length. There is a 3.5 inch piece of sterling chain to finish this necklace along with a simple small sterling lobster clasp. Truly a unique and feminine piece rich in color and elegance.

The most beautiful color combinations can be found looking at the thousands of different varieties of orchids. The inspiration for my color choice of this orchid was pulled from my handmade glass beads in deep rich amethyst purple with sparkles of dichroic glass dispersed about the beads.

Wrapped around each bead is a double row of tiny freshwater pearls in creamy white and another row on top with tiny sterling silver thai beads. Cascading below are larger freshwater pearls in creamy white, deep purple faceted amethyst briolettes and sparkling faceted ametrine rondelles and briolettes. Very rich and elegant, as the orchid flower.

The WATER LILY Necklace

A truly unique and inspired spring piece! Beautiful shades of shimmering blue and pale yellow set off the oxidized sterling silver. The glass lampwork bead was handmade by me in the flame. A base of transparent aqua blue and dichroic glass with pale yellow and white flowers dancing around the bead.

The bead is wrapped in solid sterling silver from top to bottom with pretty coils and faceted lemon quartz along the bottom. At the top are three large loops all coiled tightly in fine gauge sterling silver wire and large faceted lemon quartz briolettes sparkling in the center.

The EMPRESS Necklace

This necklace is fit for an Empress. A very unique necklace with an almost Egyptian feel to it. The base of solid sterling silver has been shaped into the zodiac symbol of the ram horns and then hammered flat. I used very fine sterling wire to wrap the entire piece and added tiny thai beads and faceted beer quartz rondelles to the frame. In the center is a larger faceted imperial topaz roundelle.

Dropping on either side are faceted spiral cut rock quartz briolettes and below is one of my handmade glass beads in rich amber swirls with a matte finish. The bead is also wrapped with a very fine gauge sterling wire and a small beer quartz rondelle wrapped at the top and bottom of the bead. Dropping below the glass bead is a beautiful faceted honey quartz briolette.

The chain is handmade of tiny sterling thai beads and faceted beer quartz rondelles. The chain is left unfinished so I can finish it to the desired length. Please add desired length in the comments section when checking out.

TROPICAL RAIN FOREST Bracelet

This bracelet surpassed my dreams! I have been playing with this design idea for some time now and it has finally come together! Many hours of work went into this baby and I am so happy with the results.

The shiny glass lampwork lentil beads are handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful combinations of sage, lime and emerald green along with caramel and chocolate. How can you go wrong with those colors? :)

Each glass bead has been wrapped with beautiful sparkling fall colored faceted tourmaline rondelles on one side and wrapped coils along the other side. Each bead has been completely surrounded by intricate coils of solid sterling silver in a fine gauge. All silver has been oxidized to give a more mysterious look.

Each glass bead is connected to a beautiful barrel shaped deep rich faceted carnelian nugget. Clustered between each alternating glass bead and carnelian bead are gorgeous sparkling lime green chalcedony faceted briolettes and stunning faceted hessonite briolettes.

Each of the briolettes have been wrapped on hand forged sterling headpins. I love the rich colors and the clusters in this piece. The clasp is a very pretty solid sterling silver heart toggle clasp.

This sweet turtle is a part of our Ocean collection. This turtle was created by hand by my husband in the torch. Deep shades of blue floating in a transparent blue create his shell, while deep transparent blue make up his head and little flippers.

This sweet turtle hangs from his head, which is the bail. No glue or any other material was used to create this turtle; purely borosilicate glass. And no presses! This turtle measures a little over 1.75 inches in length and about 2 inches in width (at the widest parts). Turtle hangs from a 16 inch black leather cord.

WOW! My husband really out did himself on this glorious piece! I was so excited to pull this beauty out of the kiln the next morning.

This exquisite carnival mask was made by the hand of my husband in the flame. This is made purely of borosilicate glass and this piece was several hours in the making. I watched him construct most of this piece because my interest got the better of me. :)

Full of color, passion and life, just as the celebration itself! The mask is attached to a handmade chain of gems and solid sterling silver. The mask itself is attached to a handmade focal piece of wire wrapped solid sterling silver, faceted blue lolite and faceted red crimson red garnet. Clusters of freshwater pearls and smooth garnet drop from the center.

Along the handmade chain are beautiful top grade gems consisting of faceted lilac amethyst, aqua chalcedony, faceted blue lolite, faceted crimson red garnet, smooth round garnet and sterling silver. This necklace measures 18 inches but can be adjusted to any desired length upon request. Please just enter a note when checking out with your desired length or convo me.

The most captivating shades of gold and blue are captured in these earrings. The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. These are some of my favorite beads! Pretty soft shades of aqua blue, golden brown and beige and shimmering dichroic float beneath a clear transparent coat. So much depth and sparkle and in the sunlight you will see how the frit reacted creating tiny air bubbles for the prettiest effect!

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom with very fine gold filled wire. At the top and bottom are beautiful faceted citrine with such intense color. Dropping below the glass beads are the most delicioius London blue Topaz faceted fancy briolettes drizzled with strands of gold filled chain and more of those beautiful faceted citrine wrapped with vermeil headpins.

Earrings hang from fancy Bali vermeil ear posts and drop down about 1.75 inches from the middle of the earpost. You can't believe the sparkle and impact of these earrings. So feminine and ultra chic!

The IRISH EYES Necklace

A heavenly assortment of greens... The lentil shaped glass lampwork beads are handmade by me and consist of a brown frit, shimmering green dicrhoic glass on a base of vibrant emerald green and coated with a pale citrine yellow. Each glass bead is finished with a fancy sterling silver end cap and wired to amazing colored faceted green fluorite nuggets.

The center focal is also handmade by me. Sterling silver wire was shaped into a teardrop and hammered. The shape was then coiled with very fine gauge sterling silver wire. Woven into the center are pretty faceted fall tourmaline and prehnite rondelles. Dropping below is a spectacular and flawless faceted green amethyst (prasiolite) briolette.

Clustered between each set of glass beads and green fluorite nuggets are faceted pale citrine onion briolettes, faceted prehnite briolettes, and faceted vesuvanite briolettes. All gems have been wrapped onto the necklace with sterling silver headpins. Necklace measures 17 inches and focal hangs down about 2 inches from the center. Necklace is finished with a sterling silver hammered s-clasp.

This stunning heart was handmade by my husband in the flame. He used only gravity (no presses) to shape this heart pendant. Beautiful shades of blue with a hint of beige and green. The glass shimmers and glows like only the borosilicate glass can.

Sweet, simple, fresh and feminine earrings. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Creamy beige covered in pixy dust gives these beads a pearl-like appearance. Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in fine gauge sterling silver and tiny champagne pink freshwater pearls.

Clustered below are beautiful creamy rich keshi pearls wrapped onto sterling headpins. Dropping below the cluster of keshi pearls are AAA faceted fancy scapolite briolettes. The play of pale yellow, creamy beige and pale soft pinks are so classic and pretty.

The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me. Vibrant sky blue and lavender speckled with silver foil and dichroic glass for a dazzling affect! Of course, I couldn't wait to pair these glass lampwork beads with some of my newest gems.

All gems are grade A and above. Each glass bead has been wrapped in fine gauge solid sterling silver wire from top to bottom. A lovely combination of the prettiest pinks and apricot with tons of sparkle and shine. A simple yet stunning piece that can be worn time and time again. The beautiful glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. Pure borosilicate glass created by hand, no presses were used to create this unique piece.

The glass bead is finished with pretty solid sterling silver end caps on the top and bottom. Do you dream of these beautiful creatures like I do? They are such a magnificent work of nature's art.
Another work of art and a very wearable piece! This is a one-of-a-kind piece; rest assured nobody else will have another one just like it. :)

My husband created this piece in the torch using only gravity, flame and tools of the trade. No presses, glue or any other materials were used to create this beauty.

The base is a mix of colors including amber purple, watery blue, sea-foam green, and glowing orange. The borosilicate glass fired beautifully creating the silvering and opalescent effects common to the borosilicate glass.

This glorious butterfly is 2 inches in width by 1.5 inches in length. The dots along the inner wings are raised to give this beauty some added texture.

This majestic beauty hangs from a solid sterling silver neck wire in 16 inches. Although this piece has been properly annealed in the kiln, it is a delicate piece (due to the placement of the wings) and should be handled and worn with much care and love.

A twist on my signature earrings... statements they are! The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Very pale soft shades of lime green dancing amongst specks of amber and golden green dichroic under a soft green transparent coat. These beads are magical.

Each glass bead has been wrapped with very fine gauge sterling silver wire from top to bottom. Tiny creamy freshwater pearls are wrapped on the sides where the sterling chain is attached. The sterling chain comes together at the top and hangs from solid sterling silver fancy Bali posts. Clustered below the glass focal beads is a breathtaking combination of faceted peridot and large creamy and delicious keshi pearls.Dropping at the very bottom is a beautiful faceted gold oro verde quartz briolette.

The CRYSTALLINE WATERS Necklace

A very feminine and extravagant piece to say the least! I LOVE the colors in this necklace...reminiscent of crystal clear Caribbean seas. Many intense hours went into creating this beautiful necklace.

The glass lamwpork beads are handmade by me in the flame. These are a very rich deep, yet glowing sapphire blue in color. The base was created from a thick gauge solid sterling silver and hammered for strength. Then began the very long process of coiling each row (upper and lower) in a finer gauge solid sterling silver wire. Each bead has been completely wrapped in wire to hold it in place.

Clusters of smooth and faceted peruvian opal briolettes and faceted green amethyst twist briolettes were wire wrapped between each bead. Wrapped along the end extension piece are more smooth and faceted peruvian opal briolettes, some large cornflower blue chalcedony faceted briolettes and more faceted green amethyst twist briolettes and lots of wire coils. Dropping down in the center is one larger faceted cornflower blue chalcedony briolette.

All wire used to create this necklace is solid sterling silver. No glue or solder was used to create this piece; only many hours of TLC. :) The end of the wired portion of the necklace are joined with three strands of fine solid sterling silver chain and fastens with a simple large sterling silver lobster clasp. Currently the necklace measures about 22 inches in length but can be shortened to your desired length. Please specify desired length in the comments section when checking out or send me a convo.

A very unique and special heart found only here in my JEWELS by L Designs Heart Collection. This beautiful and very unique borosilicate glass lampwork heart was handmade by my husband in the flame. Bright red and shimmering dichroic glass twisted to create this very unique heart.

To match the twisted glass I have twisted some solid sterling silver wire to create a unique bail. The heart itself measures about 1.75 inches. Including the bail the heart drops down about 2.25 inches and hangs from an adjustable orange/red ribbon cord (16-18 inches).

Shimmering shades of blue... these earrings are loaded with WOW factor. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Varying shades of deep transparent blue and aqua with shimmering dichroic glass and silver foil.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in a very fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom of each glass bead are faceted apatite rondelles wrapped tightly in fine sterling wire. Cascading below is a cluster of the most pretty gemstones in similar shades of deep blue and aqua to compliment the glass beads perfectly.

Clustered below are faceted and smooth kyanite briolettes, faceted green amethyst twist briolettes, faceted kyanite rondelles, faceted apatite rondelles and faceted aquamarine briolettes. The earrings drop down Just over an inch from the bottom of the solid sterling silver lever back earrings.

I love the images inspired of crystal clear but wanted to create something that is very classic and wearable. Bases of these earrings were forged of solid sterling silver wire and hammered flat. Outer edges were coiled with very fine sterling silver wire. Along the inner edge I have added faceted black spinel and tiny thai beads for a very delicate look.

Dropping down in the center are beautiful crystal clear faceted sprial cut rock crystal briolettes which I have wrapped again with very fine sterling silver wire. Dropping above the focals in a lovely cluster are sparkling faceted rutilated quartz onion briolettes. I have oxidized only the outer edges of the sterling silver to give a two-toned effect. I love the versatility of these earrings.

Rich and opulent yet completely wearable! The glass lampwork bead featured in the center of this beautiful necklace was handmade by me in the flame. Pretty shimmering swirls of pale yellow, pale aqua, and gold fading in and out and coated in clear for added depth and shine.

The focal is wrapped in fine sterling silver wire with pretty loops and oxidized for added depth and richness. Dropping from the outer two loops are blue apatite faceted twist briolettes and faceted citrine briolettes. Center top is a beautiful faceted blue topaz briolette. My glass bead drops below and is adorned with faceted blue topaz rondelles on top and bottom center.

Clustered below are faceted deep blue and light blue apatite, faceted citrine and a large smooth lemon quartz briolette. The necklace measures about 21 inches in length and the center focal drops down about another 2.5 inches. A very unique piece which will make a statement!

Like a bright star shining in a deep beautiful midnight sky.... this very delicate and feminine necklace was created by hand. A tear drop frame of solid sterling silver wire was formed and hammered then coiled in a very fine gauge sterling silver wire.

Pretty sparkling blue lolite are wrapped around the inner most edge, followed by creamy white freshwater pearls and a beautiful Oro Verde quartz faceted briolette in the center.

All silver has been oxidized to set off the colors in the gemstones and to give a dark and mysterious look to this necklace. Beautiful handmade charm hangs from a solid sterling silver 18 inch chain, also oxidized.

Intense earrings not for the faint of heart. The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. stunning shades of citrine orange with deep brown flecks of frit. In the sunlight you can see the beautiful bubbling of the frit below the transparent clear glass. Such a pretty effect!

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom with solid sterling silver chain using very fine gauge sterling silver wire. A very intricate process well worth the labor. At the top and bottom are beautiful faceted citrines with tons of sparkle. Dropping off of the sterling chain are beautiful freshwater keshi pearls, faceted imeperial topaz and lovely faceted citrines. At the very bottom of each earring is a beautifully matched pair of the most intense checker cut citrine briolettes (35.3 ct).

A piece fit for a queen. The look and feel of this necklace reminds me of the beautiful Cleopatra. The glass beads were handmade by me in the flame. Deep rich swirls of black, emerald green and rich amber make these beads very unique. They were pressed into a diamond shape and annealed in the kiln for durability (as with all of our beads).

The focal piece dropping down includes a hand wrapped diamond shape of beautiful green aventurine, peacock green freshwater pearls, a faceted onion shaped citrine briolette and a smoky quartz trillion cut focal.

The necklace itself is asymmetric with alternating pieces of glass lampwork diamonds, faceted smoky quartz and smooth polished smoky quartz nuggets. Between each alternating piece are clusters of glowing green smooth and faceted onyx briolettes, faceted rich citrine briolettes and peacock green freshwater pearls. The colors in this necklace are truly spectacular.

The necklace measures about 19 inches and is secured by a fancy solid sterling silver and peridot clasp. The center focal hangs down about 2 inches from the center. This sweet turtle is a part of our Ocean collection. This turtle was created by hand by my husband in the torch. Deep shades of blue and red/brown floating in a transparent blue create his shell, while deep transparent blue make up his head and little flippers.

This sweet turtle hangs from his head, which is the bail. No glue or any other material was used to create this turtle; purely borosilicate glass. And no presses! This turtle measures a little over 1.75 inches (4.4cm) in length and width (at the widest parts). Turtle hangs from a 16 inch nude leather cord.

A SAFARI Bracelet

Inspired by my leopard glass lampwork beads this bracelet took on a very rich safari look. Oh how this bracelet sparkles! :)

The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. They are very rich in colors varying from beige to caramel and shimmering green/gold dichroic glass with rich coffee brown spots which give these a leopard look.

Each bead has been wrapped with solid sterling silver wire and then coiled all along. A very time consuming process but well worth the results as the look is very rich! At either end of each glass bead on one side there is a faceted lemon quartz briolette wrapped tightly in wire.

Between each glass bead is a beautiful gold and brown rutilated quartz step faceted twisted bead also wrapped in a herringbone of sterling silver wire. Clustered between each section of the bracelet are faceted green vesuvanite heart briolettes, freshwater cultured keshi pearls in a creamy beige, more small faceted lemon quartz rondelles and gorgeous bi-color faceted marquise briolettes of lemon and smoky quartz. Oh, how I love this combination of colors.

The bracelet is finished with a fancy sterling silver and citrine box clasp with a security latch so the bracelet doesn't come lose from your arm. All wire has been oxidized for a more mysterious look which adds to the richness of this bracelet.

This bracelet measures about 7.5 inches so it best fits a 6-7 inch wrist. I am happy to resize this bracelet at no extra cost to you; please provide your wrist size in the notes section when checking out.

Delicious shades of green create a stunning and elegant pair of earrings! The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Varying shades of green and brown are suspended in a clear coat. These beads have so much depth and texture, difficult to capture in photos.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in a very fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom of each glass bead are beautiful faceted prehnite rondelles. Cascading below is a beautiful cluster of faceted peridot, faceted prehnite and beautiful faceted fancy cut green amethyst. A stunning compliment of gemstones with these glass beads.

The earrings hang from solid sterling silver lever back earrings and drop down about 1.5 inches from the base of the levers.

A one of a kind signature JEWELS by L Designs Heart found only in my collection. This glass lampwork heart was handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful shades of caramel, black/brown and cream pulled into a pretty and unique layering and coated with clear for added depth and shine. And I couldn't forget that dichroic glass... just a hint peeking out from under this rich design.

This glass has been wrapped with sterling silver wire. On top it is adorned with beatutiful faceted citrine, faceted hessonite and faceted fall tourmaline. The bail is also hand coiled of solid sterling silver wire. The bottom of the heart is finished off with a lovely solid sterling silver end cap. All gems are beautiful quality and compliment this heart perfectly. For an added detail I have placed an antique key on the sterling chain which can be removed for a different look.

Very pretty shades of green and beige for a very elegant and classic look. The beautiful glass lampwork cabochon focal in this piece was handmade by my husband in the flame. The piece is entirely borosilicate glass and has been properly annealed in the kiln.

This cabachon was hand wrapped in a lovely woven net of fine sterling silver wire to hold the cabochon securely to the solid sterling silver base. The bail has also been created from scratch and is part of the frame. In the center top is a faceted beer quartz rondelle also wrapped in fine sterling wire and then surrounded by lovely faceted pale green amethyst rondelles.

Dropping down below is a large faceted and glowing beer quartz briolette and clustered above are small faceted green amethyst and citrine rondelles. All gems are AAA with exceptional clarity. The colors of the gems compliment the cabochon very nicely. The focal glass piece itself is about 1.25 inches in diameter. The pendant hangs from a flat solid sterling silver neck wire in 16 inches.

Such a romantic piece with an old world feel. The pendant can be oxidized upon request and a differnt neck piece can be swaped for the neck wire, just convo me for different pricing options. Vibrant and unique this piece reminds me to seize the day! The glass lampwork bead featured in the center of this necklace was handmade by me in the flame. Pretty bold layers of magenta, aqua blue, pink and cobalt blue are pulled into a pretty feathered effect and coated in clear for much depth and shine.

The focal is wrapped in fine sterling silver wire. At the top a beautiful loop wrapped with faceted amethyst acts as the bail. At the bottom a pretty swirl also wrapped in fine wire and adorned with a cluster of complimentary gemstones including blue topaz, kyanite, purple amethyst and lilac amethyst. At the very bottom is a beautiful AAA faceted pink amethyst briolette.

A delicate piece yet something to talk about! The featured glass focal was handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful coppery dichroic sparkles on a base of cream with cocoa frit, a streak of animal print and a flower on each side of this bead. I am in love with this glass bead.

The square glass focal has been wrapped from top to bottom with fine solid sterling silver wire. In addition the glass bead has been framed with a diamond shape of wire wrapping along the interior on both sides. At each side I have wrapped lovely faceted fall colored tourmaline rondelles. Clusters of these fall colored tourmalines surround the top and base as well. Dropping down at the very bottom is a stunning AAA faceted citrine twist briolette.

The necklace itself consists of sections of sterling silver bright beveled oval chain attached by faceted hessonite rondelles. This necklace measures 20 inches and has a beautiful sterling silver and onyx s-clasp. This necklace can be oxidized and/or resized upon request. A rich and elegant necklace in some of my favorite colors! Rich browns, caramel and blues.... The glass lampwork beads featured in this necklace were handmade by me in the flame. Lentil shaped with sparkling blue goldstone, shimmering golden dichroic glass, browns and aqua blue all floating suspended in a clear transparent coat for tons of shine!

The focal is a section of handformed solid sterling silver wrapped in very fine gauge sterling silver and encrusted with aqua blue apatite, beer quartz, deep blue kyanite, labradorite and blue fire spectrolite. Dropping below the section of magical gemstones is a very large and amazing smooth rutilated quartz briolette (29mm x 21 mm) framed in coiled sterling silver wire.

The sections of the necklace are also filled with these same gemstones wrapped onto fine sterling headpins. Towards the back of the necklace beautiful faceted beer quartz rondelles lead to a solid sterling silver and labradorite fancy box clasp. Oh have I had fun with rings recently. Thanks to Iza Malczyk's ring tutorial I am no longer fearful of rings! :)

This ring is not for the faint of heart. This is a very large ring. Got Rocks comes to mind.... In the center is one of my handmade glass beads with a fun paisley design. The paisleys float on a base of transparent lime green.

This ring was created completely from scratch using no solder or glue. Lots of coiling and wrapping went into this baby! The glass bead is framed by two strands of faceted peridot rondelles and tiny sterling silver coils. On either side of the focal bead are beautiful sparkling apatite onion briolettes.

This ring is very fun and most positively an eye-catcher! The ring is size US 6.5. The edges of the wires have been filed and crimped for a comfortable fit. All wire has been oxidized to set off the blues and greens in this ring. Please convo me with any questions.

Such a pretty and fun piece! Gorgeous borosilicate glass lampwork bead was created by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the most stunning shades of blue and green with tons of silvering. The bead is an organic barrel shape which lends itself beautifuly to this unique design.

The glass bead has been wrapped with solid sterling silver and then coiled with very fine gauge sterling silver wire at the top and bottom. Dropping below is a stunnning large polished labradorite briolette, a large polished green amethyst briolette and a faceted fancy green amethyst briolette all hand coiled in solid sterling silver. The silver at the very top and bottom of the bead have been oxidized for a very rich pantina, while the gems and chain at the very bottom and top have been left in shiny sterling silver for a lovely contrast.

Some delicious green everyone needs in their life! The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Swirls of beautiful white and glowing green with patches silver foil and shimmering dichroic glass to give these beads tons or sparkle.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom are small faceted peridot rondelles, also wrapped in silver. Clustered below each glass bead are sparkling faceted prehnite rondelle, faceted peridot briolettes and rondelles, and keshi pearls with amazing luster. Dropping down in the center are incredible AAA large faceted fancy lemon quartz puff marquise.

My theme piece of the week for Jewelry of the Year 2008. Mizuno means of water in Japanese, which seemed only fitting of this bracelet. These glass beads were handmade by me in the flame and have vivid shades of blue and white so the contrast is quite striking.

I have wrapped each glass bead from top to bottom in solid sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom and on both sides I have wrapped a faceted glowing moonstone rondelle. There are two stunning faceted blue swiss topaz nugget beads between the glass beads. Between the glass beads and the blue topaz are clusters of stunning and faceted cornflower blue chalcedony briolettes, faceted moonstone briolettes with amazing blue flash, pretty faceted spiral cut rock crystal briolettes, and faceted blue fire spectrolite briolettes.

Each gem has been wrapped onto a solid sterling silver headpin and dangles ever so delicately from the bracelet. The bracelet is finished with a fancy chalcedony and sterling silver box-clasp with a security hook. This bracelet measures 8 inches so it best fits a 6 to 7.5 inch wrist. A rich and vibrant combination of reds and crystal clear with a hint of purple. A simple yet stunning piece that can be worn time and time again. The beautiful glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. Pure borosilicate glass created by hand, no presses were used to create this unique piece. The beautiful ice shape craeates so much depth and shine.

The glass bead is finished with solid sterling silver wire wrapped for a pretty and elegant touch. Dropping below is a gorgeous faceted rock crystal briolette with tons of sparkle. Clusters of faceted garnets dancing around the beautiful briolette set off the reds in the focal bead. The focal bead hangs from a pretty solid sterling silver chain measuring 21 inches and can be adjusted to a shorter length by fastening the lobster clasp along any part of the chain. Focal center drops down another 2 inches from the center of the chain.

Bold and regal yet soft and sophisticated. The glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. Beautiful shades of purple, white and pink and tons of shimmering dichroic float beneath a clear transparent coat. So much depth and sparkle in these beads.

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom with fine gauge wire and tiny sparkling sterling silver Thai beads. Wrapped at the top and bottom center are pretty pink aquamarine morganite. Dropping down below each bead is an amazing checker cut flawless deep purple amethyst briolette (37.10 ct).

Earrings hang from fancy sterling silver swirled earposts. Earrings drop down nearly 2 inches from the middle of the earposts (where they will sit on the earlobe). So rich and feminine and ultra chic!

Heavinly shades of blues and greens create this coveted piece of glass art. This beautiful glass lampwork focal bead was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. Pure borosilicate glass created by hand, no presses were used to create this unique piece. The prettiest shades of gemstone blues and greens with so much opalescence! The borosilicate glass fired beautifully in this piece!

The glass bead is finished with an elegant solid sterling silver wire wrapped bail for a chic touch. Faceted green amethyst are wrapped around the top and bottom to set off the greens in this piece. Including the bail this pendant is about 2.25 inches in length and about 1.25 inches in width and another .25 inches in thickness. This stunning work of art hangs from a 16 inch solid sterling silver rolo chain.

The AKILA Necklace

Delicious shades of pink and amber create this stunning and very elegant necklace. The glass focal was handmade by my husband (Aaron Holm) in the flame. The borosilicate has fired beautifully to create the most magical pillows of opalescent amber, purple and pink floating in a clear transparent coat. The delicate creases magnify the intensity!

The glass focal has been wrapped and coiled with gold filled wire and a pretty coiled bail. Flowing below this gorgeous glass bead are strands of gold filled chain attached by a pretty faceted citrine rondelle. Dropping below each gold chain are smooth pink rose quartz briolettes and a beautiful faceted cognac quartz briolette at the very bottom.

The glass focal measures about 2 inch in length and .75 inches in width at its widest point. Including the bail and the beautiful strands of chain the focal hangs down about 5.5 inches from the center of the delicate gold filled chain. This beautiful chain measures 23 inches in length and more than likely will need to be adjusted to your desired length. The WINTER WONDERLAND Earrings

These earrings are spectacular and will definitely get lots of attention. They are reminiscent of winter wonderland, perfect for holiday parties or just slipping something on to make you feel glamorous.

These glass lampwork beads are handmade by me in the flame. Pretty pale lime green with a spattering of brown and shimmering green dichroic glass. I love the colors in these!

Each glass bead is wrapped from top to bottom in very fine gauge solid sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom are beautiful faceted prehnite rondelles. Clustered below the glass beads are beautiful creamy white keshi pearls, tons of faceted small prehnite rondelles and extra large faceted spiral cut Oro Verde quartz briolettes. These briolettes are AAA quality and are amazing!

Earrings hang from solid sterling silver lever back earrings and drop down about 1.5 inches from the base of the lever backs. All silver is oxidized to set off the beauty of the glass and gemstones. An ORCHID in the NIGHT Necklace

This piece will most certainly be a conversation piece. The glass orchid focal was handmade by my husband in the flame. Created purely of borosilicate glass this flower captures deep rich shades of sapphire blue, emerald green and luscious purple.

A base of solid sterling silver was handformed and hammered for additional strength. A hand woven base of solid sterling silver chain was wrapped with solid sterling silver wire. Beautiful sparkling pale green amethyst are wrapped along the inner edge of the base. Sterling silver wire continues inwards for a delicate lace appearance and the flower woven onto the base. Dropping at the bottom is a gorgeous and huge faceted mystic topaz heart briolette to compliment the colors in the flower perfectly.

This lovely and very unique pendant hangs from a 19 inch solid sterling silver chain. The chain is finished with a very sweet sterling silver heart lobster clasp. The pendant itself measures 3.25 inches in length (including the bail and the briolette at the bottom) by 2 inches in width at its widest section. All wire has been oxidized to a deep patina for a mysterious and utlra feminine look. SO happy with this stunning piece.

Fit for a princess, these earrings are stunners. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Swirls of beautiful pale pink and chocolate browns float suspended in a transparent coat and of course, that shimmering dichroic glass I love so much.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom are small faceted pink amethyst rondelles, also wrapped in silver. Clustered below each glass bead are sparkling faceted ruby, pink amethyst, and beer quartz rondelles. Dropping down in the center are incredible smooth pink rose quartz cabochons.

A fine sterling silver chain drops from each side with clusters of gems on top and only the chain peeking out from below. The effect is really pretty and elegant. All sterling silver has been oxidized for a very feminine look. Earrings hang from wire wrapped bails on top and are attached to solid sterling silver lever back earrings. Including the total length of the chain, these earrings drop down about 1.5 inches.

A romantic and truly stunning necklace to take you through day and into evening! Beautiful shades of lavender and amethyst purple set off the shiny sterling silver and tiny white freshwater pearls. The glass lampwork flower focal was handmade by me in the flame. Pretty transparent lavender petals and a sparkling center of dichroic make this flower magical.

The base of the necklace is made of solid sterling silver hammered and wrapped in fine gauge solid sterling silver wire. The outer edge is adorned with tiny captivating white freshwater pearls. The center has been coiled in a loop pattern to create a beautiful background for this flower.

Dropping below the flower is a most stunning 14.4 carat purple amethyst fancy briolette. This beauty hangs from a solid sterling silver chain and closes with a sweet heart toggle clasp in solid sterling silver. Currently this necklace measures about 22 inches in length with center focal dropping down another 2.5 inches.

The magic of the Fleur d'lei; so rich and elegant! This gorgeous piece of art was handmade by my husband in the flame.
He continues to amaze me with his beautiful glass creations. This beauty was handmade by him using only the flame and some tools of the trade; no presses or glue or any other materials were used to create this piece.

The colors are very rich in sapphire blue and emerald green. The pendant measures 2.25 inches in length by 2 inches in width. The bail is also made of borosilicate glass in the form of a loop which wraps around the back side of the pendant.

This pendant hangs from an adjustable blue leather suede cord (16-18 inches). Such a regal piece!

The MINT JULEP Heart Necklace

Beautiful shades of pale mint green and flecks of brown create a very romantic heart necklace! The glass heart was handmade by me in the flame. No presses were used to create this heart, only gravity and tools of the trade. Pillows of pastel mint green and shimmering dichroic dance amongst specks of browns all covered in transparent clear for so much depth and shine.

The glass heart focal has been wrapped with solid sterling silver wire and a pretty coiled bail. Wrapped on top and clustered below the heart are pretty faceted beer quartz, faceted rutilated quartz, faceted green amethyst and faceted aquamarine. Dropping at the very bottom is a very pretty smooth chalcedony fan briolette. Such a dreamy necklace with complimentary stones to match the glass heart perfectly.

The heart measures 1 inch in length and width. Including the bail and the briolette the heart hangs down about 2.25 inches from the center of the solid sterling silver snake chain. Delicious... Ripe and juicy! These earrings are stunners. The glass lampwork beads were handmade by me in the flame. Swirls of beautiful cream, glowing pale pinks, patches of pale grey and iridescent orange. The dichroic glass gives these beads tons or sparkle.

Each glass bead has been wrapped from top to bottom in fine sterling silver wire. At the top and bottom are small faceted lemon quartz rondelles, also wrapped in silver. Clustered below each glass bead are sparkling faceted lemon quartz rondelles and gorgeous AAA faceted songea sapphire briolettes. Dropping down in the center are incredible AAA large faceted citrine twist briolettes.

The APHRODITE Necklace

A very rich and elegant necklace can be worn as a formal piece or dressed down for a more simple look. This flower was one of the first I made for the Fall season. I used a glass that has some silvering properties which gave this flower a very unique look. It almost doesn't look like glass because of the frosted appearance. This flower is a very rich golden soft brown with a dichroic center.

The flower focal was wired to a base of solid sterling silver wire, which was wrapped with a fine gauge wire and then wrapped again along the outer edge to form small loops to give the look of lace. Dropping down below the focal center is a AAA faceted beer quartz briolette. The center focal measures 2 inches in length (including the briolette) and about 1.25 inches in width.

The necklace itself consists of 10mm gold and brown rutilated quartz step faceted twist beads wrapped in sterling silver wire. Between each rutilated quartz are clusters of small faceted Petro Tourmaline heart briolettes and creamy freshwater keshi pearls. Clasp is a fancy freshwater pearl and sterling box clasp. All silver has been oxidized for a very rich and dreamy look.

A TIDEPOOL Pendant

This is my husband's most recent pride and joy. This borosilicate turtle fired beautifully with so much silvering. This turtle was created by hand by my husband in the torch. Beautiful rich shades of sapphire blue and coral with an amazing texture that can only be created with borosilicate glass.

This very sweet turtle measures 2 inches in width and height and hangs from a solid black leather cord measuring 16 inches. If you prefer an 18 inch cord please add a comment when checking out and I am happy to accommodate your request at no extra charge.

A truly feminine and very wearable necklace! The glass lampwork bead featured in the center of this beautiful necklace was handmade by me in the flame. Pretty shimmering shades of pale yellow and amber floating in shimmering dichroic and silver leaf and coated in clear.

The focal is wrapped in very fine gauge sterling silver wire from top to bottom. Tiny creamy freshwater pearls are wrapped on the sides where the sterling chain is attached. The sterling chain comes together at the top and hangs from a solid sterling silver chain necklace. Clustered below the glass focal bead is a breathtaking combination of faceted champagne citrine, faceted imperial topaz, faceted moonstone, faceted songea sapphires and a large smooth lemon quartz at the very bottom.

The necklace measures about 20 inches in length and the center focal drops down about another 2.5 inches. So very happy with this beautiful necklace!

The CALYPSO Necklace

The colors of the Gemini zodiac sign are blue and yellow which was my inspiration for this piece. The design started with my handmade glass beads in beautiful tropical ocean blue with shimmering dichroic glass and a coating of pale transparent yellow. Between each glass bead are gorgeous champagne quartz faceted ovals in the prettiest yellow that glows. Dangling from the center of each bead and oval quartz are fancy lemon quartz bell faceted briolettes and beautiful aqua blue faceted apatite heart briolettes.

The center focal was created entirely from scratch using solid sterling silver wire. The base was formed and hammered flat then wrapped in fine sterling silver wire. In the center oval are tiny faceted blue apatite rondelles fading from light to deep aqua blue from one side to the next. And in the center is another champagne quartz faceted oval. Dropping below the focal is a faceted lemon quartz kiss shaped briolette. At the top is a faceted deep aqua blue apatite heart briolette, more of the tiny apatite rondelles clustered along with a fancy lemon quartz bell briolette wrapped on either side of the focal piece.

The entire necklace has been oxidized to enhance the beauty and sparkle of the glass and gems. Necklace measures 18 inches but can be re-sized at no extra charge. Please specify desired length in comment section when checking out. The clasp is a fancy solid sterling silver and aquamarine box clasp. Center focal drops down about 2 inches from the center.

This kit, includes all of the materials you will need to make a pair of unique artisan glass lampwork and gemstone wire wrapped earrings. This ten page tutorial provides step-by-step instructions along with pictures to demonstrate some of the more complex aspects of the work. The instructions are detailed enough to clearly walk you through the process but not so detailed you get lost in the instructions.
