This is a handmade tutu made almost 100% from tulle. It starts with a layer of pale yellow underneath, is next topped with a layer of orange, and finally has a layer of bright red on the top. There are handmade little rosette like flowers around the rim of the red layer. There is a tube like jersey skirt underneath that fits snug to your body so no one can see your panties through the tulle. Some of the layers of tulle have wire sewn to the bottom of them (you do not see the wire, it is covered with a rolled hem in coordinating thread colors) to keep shape.

This tutu has an elastic waist, but fits size 4-6 best. Spot clean only, and spray lightly with water to release wrinkles.
