Buy one, or buy them all! Each bowl was hand thrown on the wheel, altered to form the rim, then flipped upside down and trimmed to create the foot. They feature a beautiful purple glaze that breaks to a vibrant blue on the edges. This glaze makes the swirl in the center of the bowl more visible and interesting to look at.

This listing is for one bowl. Each measures approximately 6.5" wide x 3" tall. Each bowl's measurements vary slightly due to their handmade nature. They are the perfect size for cereal, soup, salad, desserts....you name it!

This beautiful vase was hand thrown, carved and sculpted to create the image displayed. Each vase takes approximately 2.5 hours to create, plus firing time. It can be used to hold flowers, but is equally as beautiful standing on it's own as the focal point in a room. It measures approximately 10.5" high. It is glazed in a striking blue-green glaze both inside and out, which turns to a rich amber brown on the edges. You will receive the exact vase shown in the photograph.

This unique tea cup was thrown and trimmed on the potter's wheel. When leather hard, underglaze in lime and slip in a rectangular shape were applied to each side of the bowl. The entire piece was then coated with a clear glaze and fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln.

Sky Blue Neti Pot Set

The neti pot was hand thrown, then trimmed and assembled. The tray was cut and formed from a slab of clay. A circle was then carved from the tray to give the neti pot a place to sit. Both pieces were then manipulated to give the illusion of movement and add character to the set. It was then glazed in a vibrant sky blue. All my work is microwave and dishwasher safe.

This great handmade jar was created on the wheel using a combination of stoneware and porcelain clays. After being thrown, it was altered to create an animated shape. Decorative carvings on both the jar and the lid line up so the lid always goes on the right way! This jar seems to move, even dance on the table! A tan glaze called "oatmeal" was applied and it was fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln.

This jar measures approximately 3"x 5.5" and is the perfect size to store jewelry, spices, cotton balls, office supplies, you name it!

Handmade Copper Red Cups

These tumblers were thrown and trimmed on the potter's wheel using a clay that is part stoneware, part porcelain. They were later coated with a copper red glaze and fired in an electric kiln. Each cup measures approximately 6" high, although due to their handmade nature, the exact size will vary from cup to cup. I mix all my own glazes and this is one of my favorites! The color ranges from a bright white, to a rich raspberry red, and finally to a rich purple where the glaze is applied thickest.

This is a piece that was inspired by a customer's special order! This vessel was hand thrown and altered on the potter's wheel. It can be easily used as a tumbler for your favorite beverage or a vase for your favorite flowers! The inside is not glazed, but still holds water. It is the perfect size for a variety of uses and measures 6.75" x 3.75". This pot has 2 glazes on it. First, I dipped the bottom half in a green celadon glaze, then carved through the glaze to create interesting lines. Lastly, I coated the top half in a shiny clear glaze. It is then fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln.

First, I dipped the bottom half in a green celadon glaze, then carved through the glaze to create interesting lines. Lastly, I coated the entire outside in a shiny clear glaze. Blue Celadon Soap Dish

This great and unique soap dish was handmade and began with the tray which was cut out of a slab of recycled clay. The feet were then added as pieces of clay and created using water and a pulling motion with my hand. Coils were then added on the top to allow water to drain away from the soap. Neti Pot on a Pillow

This neti pot was hand thrown, then trimmed and assembled. The handle was hand built, then attached to the pot. The tray was created by throwing a clay slab repetitely at the correct angles to create the look of a pillow. Once the tray has dried slightly, a circle is carved into it for the foot of the neti pot to rest in. The entire neti pot was then glazed in a beautiful rich blue glaze that breaks to brown on the edges.

White Floral Vase

This vase was handthrown on the potter's wheel into a bottle shape. Once the clay begins to get firm, the bottom is trimmed and a piece of the bottle is cut out to create the floral shape. Extrusions are then added and molded into the freshly cut bottle to create a thicker, more substantial rim. Finally the artist's signature is carved into the bottom and the vase is allowed to further dry before it is fired, glazed with two seperate glazes, then fired again. The finished vase is a great addition to any space. Its simple elegance fits into traditional and modern areas alike. It makes a stunning statement on its own or with your choice of flowers, branches or grasses.

Once the clay was completely dry, fine steel wool was used to remove the slip on the surface, revealing the (now black) carved lines.

The tile is then glazed in a clear glaze and fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln. Once it is fired, it is attached to mat board that compliments the tones in the artwork, and an additional piece of mat board is cut to frame the piece. A frame is then chosen that brings out the style and colors that were used in the previous steps. Each piece is signed on the front and is ready for hanging. It can be hung vertically or horizontally.

This tea bowl/cup was hand thrown and trimmed on the potter's wheel. It was later decorated with under glazes, a red liner glaze, slip, and coated with a clear glaze to increase durability and protect the design.
