This one wanted more than the farm could offer hence grew beautiful pinkish wings for freedom

Thanks for previewing. These are finely detailed torch sculpted, by hand, Borosilicate* crystal figures. Though some I've done many times, each is unique onto itself as only a hand made figure can be. Each figure has a tiny diamond scratched insignia (wmc-08) larger one o f's are in addition numbered.

I have several of both. I have always felt in art, one should create as one does and I have done many forms of yoga for years and done glass longer.
In seeking a study for the human form I did not have to look far as what is more still and majestic than a properly done asana. To capture some essence and at an affordable price was quite an objective. Here is the result a small clear crystal figure with all major joints and proportions developed in any one of majestic poses.These hang from an integrated loop on the head.

Realistic heavy solid glass Elephant about three inches

Mostly clear with hued accents these are a return to my earlier ventures Quite realisticly scaled details with mass! I am going to start listing ounces. As in life a humming bird light these safari animals and dinosaurs need glass mass to convey power and motion because of glass prices and fuel cost as well as a long learning curve this type of sculture has al but died out.

Touch pieces. a theme is emerging, if one or more speaks to you I am happy for that connection. This is an Alchemist or touch piece, along with a lifetime of Sci-Fi influence showing through
It is very solid and annealed with no sharp edges. The loop for hanging robust and thick, well incorporated into the design

Torch sculpted, by hand, Borosilicate crystal figures* Some I've done many times. Still each is unique onto itself as only a hand made figure can be. Each figure has a tiny diamond scratched insignia (wmc-08) larger one o f's are in addition numbered. Figure is approx 1"x 2 black base is 3x5 (not included) attached to a rounded 22' quality leather thong (without minus $4)

I have some interest in the Metaphysical, especially Alchemy, here is a little token of my interpreting history and imagination in that area. I spent much time searching within for a special form. It need be organic, representing something in life tho perhaps not from here. The form is revealed! It must as a tiki, possess lines which beckon touch as well as visual captivity. The back is elliptical,flat, and fire polished. Meant to be handled, stroked and contemplated upon for? Why should glass always be thought of as fragile and breakable.

Dragonflies, or damselflies, were connected to Freya the Norse goddess of love, fertility and warfare. Freya was famous for her beauty and her knowledge as a magician. It was she who taught Odin the shamanic practices known as seidr which were still practiced during Christian times. The paired bodies of mating dragonflies form the shape of a heart, perhaps being the source for that modern symbol of love. In ancient lore, the dragonfly represents transformation, adaptation and insight.

This Hummer is one of my first designs and still among my best sellers. It captures the grace and energy of an actual hummer in flight hovering to obtain nector. Available in many vivid colors. As in all WMc figures it is made with colored high temp. borosilicate glass never dyed or re-colored!

Rhino, coe33 Glass, detailed torchworked small though heavily made statue calipers pict at 3" she is very gender specific this one is larger and more detailed then hanging 3" models shown in my store or at auction. Though only slightly higher priced. This is an old standard for me. This type of work not so popular anymore due to cost increases. A heavy glass, costly piece a lot of heat must be generated to shape and detail this piece.
I developed my skills in heavy sculture years ago I will be offering an entire Safari Line Rhino's Hippos and Giraffs etc. Also, several Dinosaurs Figure stands boldly and will liven any collectors display!
