A dapper 1920's bride and groom topper, refashioned and set among antique millinery flowers, green (silk & velvet) and silver (paper) leaves and golden (appears olive in some light) feathers.
Pale green linen base and vintage ruffle trim. Base can be customized with couple's names, the wedding date, or other small greeting-with embroidery or paper banner. Hair color may also be customized-the vintage state is male-blonde, woman- hint of brunette left)The base of the vintage porcelain topper is inscribed, "Our Wedding Day".

Measures 4" wide by 7.5" tall.

Custom Vintage Wedding Cake Topper-Reservation and Down Payment

(I've been hoping to say something like that my whole life!)

I'm now offering custom assembled wedding cake toppers similar to the one featured in Grace Bonney of Design*Sponge's wedding featured in MS Weddings this fall. I work with you to understand your wedding vision- colors, themes, etc...and can even work with you or your baker to ensure your topper is the right fit for your cake dimensions.
The toppers usually fall between 5-6" but can be modified if necessary.

The main feature of my toppers is an antique or vintage cake topper from my collection or that I will purchase via Ebay, Antique Shops, etc... to specifically suite you after I'm commissioned. If you are partial to the crepe-paper flapper-style couple- I can recreate one suited for you with the same materials used in the originals.

The rest of the topper is assembled from original vintage millinery flowers, leaves, mushrooms, bits and baubles. The base is made of chipboard and covered in vintage or new fabrics and ribbon. The topper will be delivered with a removable waxed paper layer under the base.

*Down payment of $100. is due before I get started.
A final charge of $85. plus $14. shipping will be invoiced to you via Paypal upon your approval of the final design.

**Please convo me to discuss your topper before purchasing the down payment! That way I can be sure its something I'm able to easily make for you! After your topper is completed and you have approved the final version via email, I will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional payment.
**Production Time...approx. 3-4 weeks...this can definitely change so please remember to let me know your time allowance!

A very sweet vintage bisque wedding topper has been transformed into an elegant, new, and artfully shabby and chic wedding cake topper. Assembled with vintage and antique millinery flowers and leaves, blush and silver pipe cleaners,
vintage natural linen and blush cream silk ribbon. The sweetest details include a few yellow sprigs of ostrich plume, a tiny yellow mushroom, and a teeny birdcage veil of antique lace for the bride.

Measures 4" x 4" x 8". Lightweight but sturdy chipboard base construction. Removable and clean protective waxed paper layer underneath base.
